The sales team is absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle. They worked on it until it came home with me. Most dealerships would have given up but Benoit didn t. My salesman Logan was beyond friendly and helpful. He kept in contact with me the entire time. Kept reassuring me that it would work out. He made the entire experience so much better. Thank you everyone at Benoit Nissan for such an amazing experience.

Noah Wright call me to check up on my experience with Nissan. I explained I was waiting for someone to give me a quote on installing some parts. I never got that call. He listened to my request and took care of me. Also, talked to the parts guy (Sorry I do not remember his name), he was very helpful and helped me solve my issue. I give a shout out to both of them. Good job! Thanks for all your help .

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement for another day.I called the service center to see if I could come on the day before the scheduled appointment. I spoke to Noah and he told me to come after lunch.I arrived and the service was performed.I brought my computer with me to work. I was prepared to wait a long time because I was a walk-in.The service went so smooth.As soon as I arrived, my Nissan was taken into the pit. The process was so smooth and my vehicle is back on the road.Thank you Noah for the excellent service!!I will be back.

The thing that stood out the most was the knowledge of the product. Cody Bailey was my salesman and he was spot on about everything. He made the whole buying experience exciting but it might have been that big blue F250 I was . Really if you want a well qualified team to point you in the right direction this would be at Benoit Nissan.

I bought the Hyundai Tucson, ultimate 2020 i m not happy with the price after taxes specially because I ask for the final price and that the total value of everything was 25,000 and the tires were bald. They come with a special lock for the rims and they did not give me the key. so now I have to spend money and have the locks removed just to change the tires. Also I did not get a spare tire. I am completely unhappy. I feel cheated. a friend of mine. Also bought a car from there. It was a 2018 Ford fusion and his transmission went bad less than a year later. I m the soldier at Fort Johnson.

The team TOC the issue I had with my inspection sticker. Gave me guidance on how to fix this issue for the next year that it has to be renewed. I would highly recommend that you go see the people at Benoit Nissan.

This is the first time ever shopping out of state and I have to say my sales guy Randall and the finance manager Cody, went above and beyond for me. I had the best experience. I drove down and they were very welcoming and made me feel like I was part of the family. Thank you again Benoit Nissan. I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

Best car buying experience ever . We wanted our space to just browse around and look since my wife wasn t sure what kind of vehicle she wanted , and we got just that . Shyanne was amazing and as soon as we decided on a vehicle we were able to drive it home in less than an hour ! Overall great , friendly and professional service . We will be back for sure ! I have purchased two vehicles through benoit. the first one didn t have any issues it ran fine and after two years i decided to finally upgrade my vehicle. when i upgraded to my new vehicle immediately my check engine light came on within a couple days of purchasing. Benoit fixed the problem however, they did not fix it correctly so I brought it back the issue then went away. I still had a yellow light for the tire pressure. a month later the check engine light resurfaced with the same issue as if I haven t took it to constantly be fixed by them. After this experience and reaching out to Benoit I would warn ALL SOLDIERS to not purchase their vehicles from them. being that its directly outside of base it is a convenience however it is an easy way to get soldiers out of their hard earned money.

Great expierence!!! The service was fast and done well. Lauren was my service mechanic and took the time to explain what was done. All the other employees like Mario also took time to talk with me while I waited. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Benoit Nissan.

Everyone was very polite and courteous. They answered my questions and concerns. Zac Nelson was very good at getting what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. Need to put some freshments for customers because there is a lot of people that doesn't drink coffee.

The entire experience at Benoit Nissan was fantastic. J-Bobb was so friendly and wonderful to work with. Wendy and Tyler helped us get the exact car we wanted for our daughter. They even helped us surprise our daughter with the car. We definitely will be back for our next car.

Awesome experience buying a used truck from Benoit. Big thanks to my sales team: Chris Boyyet, Ryan, and Dennis. They made purchasing the vehicle from out of town streamline, and as painless as possible. They catered to my needs and never made me feel like it was too much. Above and beyond! Everything promised verbally was fulfilled. After the deal was done and signed, I was still able to get ahold of Chris easily and he corrected a miscommunication with an aftermarket shop in less than a minute. Honest, straightfoward, streamlined car buying! BEST dealership experience I could have hoped for! Highly reccomend!

The people at Benoit were super helpful. This is the 4th car we have bout with them and between Lamar, Cody Bailey and J.Bobb they made a super stressful situation lessssss stressful.
