I had to replace the battery on both of my trucks. They were very helpful and had everything that I needed. In fact they even put the batteries on both trucks for me.

Great customer service always speaks to you as soon as you walk in and if there all busy with customers they will be sure to come to you as your looking around to see if they can help you next. Anything I have ever needed they will go the extra mile to see that I'm taking care of. They remember there regular customers and always so friendly. There Manager Eddie he is always so helpful. As most managers are in there offices or letting the workers carry the load he is always helping customer's. He is there greeting you even if he is with someone else he will let you know he will be rite with you. Great place always neat when I go in for anything.

Wonderful and friendly staff who know their stuff. If they don't someone there will and they work hard to get you the best price and deals! Definitely recommend!

The only reasonably priced auto store in DeRidder. Husband usually shops for parts and gets prices on other parts, I usually shop for car scents. Some of the employees are completely dumb founded when asked about parts. A bit annoying, this is why I am not giving 5 stars.

Needed starter shims, Auto Zone said they didn't have them with a "so so" attitude, went to Advanced, the guy brings them to me and Viola!
