Excellent Car Body Repair at Performance Collision Center in Denham Springs, LA.I had a very good experience getting my car repaired after an auto accident at Performance Collision in Denham Springs.Angie, Andrew and Linda were great keeping me up to date on my car s repairs. They worked with the insurance company directly - and everything went smoothly. They were good at following up plus the repairs on my car look perfect (like it was never in a wreck).To top it off, when I got in my car to drive it home, they had completely vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car.I d like to recommend Performance Collision Center (an auto body shop). If you ve been involved in a car accident, this is one of the best places to bring your car to get it fixed.

Very happy with the work. From first visit to waiting parts to shop vacancy to actual work took about 6 weeks but I was in no hurry.

I am so pleased with my experience at Performance Collision Center. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks with some extensive damage and they kept me updated on the progress as often as they could! Any time I called with questions, they answered to the best of their ability and gave me amazing customer service. They did some additional work to make sure my car was in the best shape possible for when I picked it up! When my vehicle was ready, they cleaned and detailed my car. It was such a treat! If my car ever needs repairs in the future, I will always go to Performance. You should too!

My vehicle was repaired quickly, and I was provided with text message updates about the process. When I picked it up, my vehicle looked brand new. Absolutely great customer service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew was awesome and extremely informative on what was needed. Hands down one of the BEST autobody shops I have been to.

We were involved in a front end collision and had our truck brought to Performance. I could not be happier with their service. They even washed and detailed our vehicle inside and out. Everyone is VERY professional and nice. We were helped by Mr. Manny and Ms. Linda (who is a amazing little firecracker, who GETS THINGS DONE with the insurance company. Honestly I need her to handle all difficult business dealings). Our accident happened close to Ida so Mr. Manny called us ASAP to let us know our vehicle had no storm damage. I HIGHLY recommend these people and their business!

When you are in a bind it is great to have someone on your side. And to realize that being on your side means dealing with supply chain issues, while keeping you encouraged and going to bat for you with the insurance. They (PCC) delivered. I could not have asked for a better group of people to take care of my car and help with my insurance after the accident. Their customer service is amazing. They truly treat you like family there. When I got my car back it looked great! I think they may have even made it look even better than it did pre accident! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

I had the BEST experience with Performance Collision Center! I had gotten in my first wreck and had no clue what to do or where to go, my family friend recommended PCC. Mrs. Linda took care of me and everything I needed done to get my car back to normal. Great workers and quality work. This place knows how to make you feel at home and is very trustworthy. Performance is the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The customer service was just as great as the repairs to my vehicle. They go above and beyond to please. Linda was very personable also helped with the rental car issues. I will never use another body shop after my exsperience at Performance.

They are extremely customer service focused. A safety part I needed for a 20-year-old car. They were diligent in trying to scour the country to find this sensor and help her our car safely back on the road.

I came in to ask for an estimate. They refused to give me one. I have progressive insurance. But out of principle I will not let them do the work.

Would give it 5 stars but my car was not ready on time. I had turned in my rental and had them drop me off. But, the people there did drive me to my house which was a mile away so I could wait at home and came back and picked me up.
