I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided to me today at NTB in Denham. Brittany was so welcoming and informative when I approached the counter to inquire about an Oil change. Ryan was very professional and helpful in offering me the best price for brakes and routers which I thought I also needed. Once my car was taken to the back Troy and Dee were honest and had admirable integrity by informing me I did not need brakes or rotors. They brought me out and showed me how thick my pads were. I appreciate the honest service provided and recommend them for honest and reliable service needs.

Went in with one problem and got TWO fixed for over $100.00 LESS than the dealer would have charged me for ONE of the issues!I was helped right away by Elka who was super kind and accommodating and I was in and out in 1 hr!Car is running smooth again AND I had a lot extra money left over thanks to their great prices!I would HIGHLY recommend and rest assured I will be back!!!

This location has been absolutely amazing with customer service! My father initially took my Subaru in for new tires, and was treated so well that he insisted I go here for my oil change. When I went in on Tuesday, I received the same spectacular customer service. This included a wonderful conversation with Savannah to pass the time! I will definitely continue to use this NTB for my routine maintenance!

Brought my car in after work to replace all 4 tires and receive an oil change. Service took a little longer than expected but that was no biggie for me. When the worker finally did bring my car around, my new tires were noticeably low/flat which seemed a little weird. He fixed the issue immediately and I was on my way. About 5 minutes later as I m driving, I hear a bunch of scraping sounds coming from my car. Again, very weird. I pull over and my belly pan is hanging completely off underneath my car. At this point the shop is closed so I just remove the pan and decide to come back in the morning. When I returned this morning they acknowledged that they had some issues with getting the pan back on my car initially. Before I could even really speak they knew why I was back at the shop. Okay cool, I wish I was informed earlier but I get it. They offer to clip it and zip tie it back into place for me and I believe I m on my way again.As I drive down the road I again hear scraping noises, this time worst than before. I check again, and the pan is hanging down more than before. The scraping is loud and causes my car to struggle when driving. I decided to cut my losses and not go back to the shop. I bring my car to the dealership services to have them take a look. They claim I need a new pan, cool that s expected. What I was NOT expecting was being told that I needed to have yet another OIL CHANGE. Why would I need this if NTB just changed my oil? Apparently this shop left the filter and drain plug too loose after my oil change and I had been driving around with virtually no oil because of such. As a result I ve now spent more time and money (400 dollars extra) on my car than if I would ve gone to the dealership in the first place.The manager and workers here are extremely nice and helpful. I do believe they mean well and are overall good. However, there are some clear issues with the quality of work that is being done. The pan issue is something I really don t fault them for. I wish there was more transparency or at least letting me know ahead of time that it was an issue for them. Low air in brand new tires and completely messing up an oil change should never have happened. Those are 2 things within their control and it shows signs of sloppy/careless work.

I had and appointment for 9am on Sunday morning, I arrived early. Savannah pulled in after me, went inside then immediately came back out to see what I was there for. She let me come early, wrote my ticket out and had my car taken back as soon as the guys arrived. I always use NTB in Denham because of the fast, friendly service. I wouldn t trust taking my car anywhere else.

I came in with a nail in my tire and a bad excuse from Walmart and was upset. Ryan and the staff made me aware that I had a breaks issue and shocks issue. They took care of me and got my car fixed and despite a delivery issue which was not their fault they were always checking in on me. I am from out of state and wish we had them where I live. I definitely recommend this place for your car maintenance. Absolutely amazing staff and if I am in the area again with an issue I will definitely come back here. Thank you Ryan!!!

We went to NTB today to get our tire fixed. They were fast to find where my tire was leaking. Savannah was very nice and helpful with us trying to get the right tire for our car. Definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back!

When I came in for service, the environment was so pleasant. Savannah took out a lot of time to give us prices on tires. I definitely will be going back to that location because of the professionalism that the whole team showed us.

The people at NTB were very nice and personable . Savannah gave me a call right after booking my appointment to verify my services and also give me a peace of mind letting me know that the product was there for my vehicle ! Upon arriving they were also fast with checking me in and getting my vehicle to the back . I did forget to mention Savannah also was able to help me add road hazard before getting to the shop for the tires I purchased . Highly recommend and will be back again for more services ! Tires were marked at a reasonable price as well .

We came in today to get my tire looked at. They were fast and professional with finding the leak and showed me where it was. Savannah was really nice and professional the whole time we were here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with tire problems

Dennis was so helpful and explained exactly what I needed and why. I never felt pressured like most repair shops. The manager knew exactly what was going on with my car the next day when I came to pick it up. I found my new mechanic thank you. I will be referring NTB to my family and church group also.

Savannah and NTB were awesome. I literally dropped my car off at 5:10, she fixed my pricing, and were running to get my car fixed up within the hour.Not sure where else you'd get this kind of service nowadays. 10/10!

Savannah and David helped me when my car broke down they literally came running to push me into the driveway off the road. I was able to get a new battery and head on my way. I couldn t have broke down in a better spot. God is Good

Mr Wyane store manager was very patient and helpful with me. He does a great Job with communication with his workers and very helpful with clients. I contact him to service my personal vehicles as well and he is very kind every time.

I was stranded at the sonic with a flat tire and gouged rim and the employees came out to help me in their own free time. They showed me goodness when I was in a really bad spot without a jack, or a cellphone to call for help! I will 100% be giving them my business from here on out!

I have been a customer here for a few years but after a recent experience I will not be returning. I want to preface this by saying that the manager and rest of the team have always been kind and respectful. Over the span of a few months and many visits, I had my tires replaced. Afterwards I was having issues with what I thought was my alignment and had to bring it in 3 times trying to get them to fix it. After the third time, they said the reason by alignment was off was actually because of reasons; a,b,c etc. with an estimated cost coming out to a little over $1000. It was a little off-putting that they never mentioned these issues any of the other many times I got them to look at it, and now all of a sudden I need major repairs that brought my bill up to over $1000. I wanted a second opinion before moving forward, and went to a nearby mechanic shop and was told that the repairs presented to me by NTB were unnecessary and wasn't even going to resolve the issues I was having. He told me what the actual problems were and the cost was half of the price... Again, I have always received good customer service here, but If you are randomly told that your vehicle needs major, expensive work..... get a second opinion.

Mr Wayne and his crew helped me out today pointing out my suspension and brake issues when I came in to get my oil changed that I was unaware of. Glad to take care of it before it got really bad. Always great service thanks again Mr Wayne!

Mr Wayne and the guys there got me right in and did a excellent job on installing 4 new tires on my vehicle! Very reasonably priced also compared to others in the area! Would definitely recommend them !

Definitely would come here again! I got off of work and my tire was flat. I got here with 20 minutes to spare and Allen and James were so helpful! I know how frustrating it can be to have a customer that close to closing time. But they were so kind!

I came into NTB with the issue of my car pulling to right after another tire place put on a used tire. These very kind and helpful men Alan and Chris made sure to check for all possible reasons why my car would be pulling. I'm thankful they were so thorough because I travel often and have a 3 year old as my passenger. Highly recommended going to NTB Denham Springs for all your tire needs!!!

Omg. I called this morning because I needed a front end alignment. I was fit right on in. Then I was able to add a bake job to it as well. They are awesome!!!!! I ll definitely be back, and refer refer refer!!!!!!!!!!

I got a sudden flat and needed to purchase a single tire. Mr. Kelly met ever expectation I could imagine and had amazing customer service! He out did his competition and got my business with his kindness. Thank you NTB and Mr. Kelly.
