Disappointed in my last 3 times up here.It took 2.5 hours for an oil change, which was disappointing. My daughter and I sat up there the whole time, and when I asked why they kept doing other vehicles and not mine, I was told "they told me they got into a groove and forgot about your car, my bad"When I brought my car in for the warranty work, I was told it shouldn't take more than 3 hours so I dropped my car off the night before, that way it could be done first thing the next morning. I then called around 10 am for an update and was told they haven't even started on my car yet. I said ok no problem and called back at around 1pm. Then I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day and would get a call when it was done. I got tired of waiting and came up there at 5:15 pm my car was DRY from getting washed, which means it sat there for some time, and I still wasn't called to be informed it was done. I'm honestly a little disappointed in my last service. The lack of communication and miscommunication is a problem. This isn't the first time I've had this issue either.

Ms. Tammy gave me 5 Starr service!! I've purchased 7 brand new vehicles in my lifetime and she's the only one who has ever explained the vehicle and showed every gadget the vehicle has to offer.

Crooked dealer running up milage on 500 miles on vehicles as brand new. Shame on you. Typical Nissan stealership games.

Accidentally ripped off my antenna, therefore, while getting it checked out and parts ordered, I had some maintenance done.My service representative, Mary, was very informative, cordial helpful, and kept me updated on the services being completed during my 3 hour service appointment! Everyone is kind, warm and friendly and the waiting area is bright and comfortable. The restrooms are nice & clean! I've been a customer of All Star Nissan for many years and I have never had any unpleasant dealings with them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The gentlemen at the service desk was wonderful and made my transaction very pleasant even offered me a shuttle to Juban Crossing (I declined due to being a beautiful morning for a walk and shopping). My Rogue was ready when promised and looking great. The lady at the pay center was just as wonderful and a delight as well. I definitely will be returning for my next services. Nice waiting room and immediate attention for express service but they upsold me on a tire balancing and then sent me off with unbalanced tires, all wrong tire pressures, and the TPMS light on. I was just passing through so didn't have time to go back and have them redo the work. Had the tires correctly rebalanced at a tire shop a 100 miles down the road. Usually the car feels great after a service. This time it felt worse than when I drove in. Don't fall for the upsell...expensive mistake.

Purched a used vehicle from Allstar Nissan. Two days later had issue with console and check engine light came on. When informed, they immediately told me to bring the vehicle back and they would repair and provide rental vehicle. Great service.

First time service at All Star Nissan. Very nice facilities. Want in for a free (prepaid) oil change. Ended up needing rear brake pads and tires (had a foreign object in the sidewall of one so I opted to get both rear tires). Cost was not bad at all, yes I could have purchased tires and a brake job for less money, but they have a huge window looking into the service area and I was very impressed with the attention to detail the technicians show. I don't mind paying a little more knowing the job was done right and by Nissan specs. Would have given 5 stars, but had to wait a bit for someone to go get the tires I needed. I understand, not many 370z cars out there so I was probably lucky they had some close by.
