The young man at reception of the service department at All Star Ford greeted me by name and listened to what I had to say about services I needed done. He was very pleasant and cordial. He did let me know the recommendations of the service tech in advance and even had a small issue checked out for me, which only needed the push of a few buttons to correct. I am very happy with the courtesies extended to me and will return when future services are due. The young lady cashier was also very pleasant and cordial. Hit a pot hole and turned my rear axle into a horseshoe. Bit the bullet and paid for the work at the dealership. Everything looks good to go, riding like a Cadillac now. Aiden stayed in touch with me through out the entire time it took for the parts to finally show up. It wasn't his or the dealerships fault it took 5 months for the parts. I received a weekly text keeping me updated. Once the parts showed up they scheduled the service very quickly. Took a little longer than originally quoted but service and communication was great.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called to get a quick oil change; because of my schedule it s next to impossible to schedule and oil change. Nathan service writer at all star was up to the challenge of getting me done and in a hurry I might add! The service advisor, Nathan Seidenglanz, could not have been more helpful in keeping me updated as to getting to the bottom of the problem with my vehicle showing that it was running hot. Aidan LaGrone was our service advisor and he was amazing! Maintained contact with me regarding my vehicle. He went out if his way to make this process easy and prompt for me. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. I ended up here bc the Prairieville location was so booked up and I ll definitely come here instead of that location from now on. My truck was there for 6 weeks waiting on a back-ordered part. I called around and found that Supreme Ford in Slidell had the parts I needed so I brought the truck there for repairs. The quote AND bill was 1,000.00 LESS than what Denham Springs Ford quoted. The amount in excess was for LABOR, not the part. Absolutely sickening. I will be sure that all of my friends and family are made aware of their unethical practices.

This was the worse customer service I have had with any business. Thank goodness I saved the written quote I was given. Upon receiving my bill, I was charged a higher amount on most of the service items. No one from the dealership called to discuss these increases. I had to call to get status updates. And if the CSR said they would call me back, they hardly ever did. All this on top of not having parts ready, despite me making appointment several weeks in advance. AND the dealership confirming that appt the night before. Very disappointing and will not return.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Bolt broke on rear axle. Repair covered under warranty. Found the problem when having my tires rotated. Left the truck overnight for parts to arrive. They called me before 11:00 am to say my truck was ready. The cashier s need some big help or training on how to greet and be polite to customers. I have been there several times and the cashier for service dept are always rude and neither one wants to smile, if you hate job go find one you like preferably not in customer service!Service: TiresService: Tires

I usually use a dealership in BR but decided to go local since I had the latch on my hatch changed out here. They didn t want to rotate my tires without purchasing 24 lug nuts. Told the young man I d go back to where I had taken my car since 2015 if this is how I d be treated here. They eventually did everything I asked of them without requiring the purchase. They were able to take the lug nuts off and put back on with no trouble. They had other services they wanted me to purchase that I didn t feel I needed.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My customer experience with service writer (Nathan) was excellent while helping me with the 2 Factory recalls for my 2016 Ford Expedition. At the present time only verification and submitting theparts requests have been completed. I believe Nathan will make sure my Ford Expedition is whole again before those recall parts fail. All in all it was an ok experience, the only issue I had was lack of communication from my service writer and unrealistic expectations. Nathan was very professional. Made sure I knew what the timing was and suggestions of what may need to be done soon. I truly enjoyed this young man. Not sure who this actually goes to but I was very shocked and upset that my usual service professional, Marty, had passed away. He took care of anything and everything I needed and always made sure that if he could use my points, he did.
