Just had Zach with Absolute Auto Glass come to my house to repair two chips in my windshield. Extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Absolute if anyone is needing a repair or replacement. I spoke with the owner Jeff earlier this morning and he had Zach out for the repair a few hours later. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They were great with communicating when they were on their way and estimated time of repair. I will conduct all my future auto glass repairs with Absolute.

Used Absolute glass twice. Fixed crack on my car in driveway, took all of 10 minutes. Had windshield replaced at the shop in Denham Springs. Both times very courteous and efficient. Thanks.

Highly recommend Absolute Auto Glass if you need a windshield replaced or a crack repaired. Jeff setup an appointment and showed up at my house to install a new windshield. He showed me a few issues with the vehicle (like a small rust spot under the glass) and took care of them (cleaned and primed the spots). I m very particular about taking care of my vehicles and I appreciate that he took the time to properly take care of small issues like that. When I have another glass issue I will definitely be giving Jeff at Absolute Auto Glass a call.

Absolute Auto Glass is one of the best business there are. Jeff has taken care of me and my cracked windows/windshields countless times. He always answers any questions or concerns I have and always does whatever he can to help. I ve called him short notice due to my side window getting cracked and he worked me in immediately. Very Thankful to Jeff and his team for always being such great people. It s hard to find down to earth people anymore but these people are the best. Absolutely loved this place! Had the best experience with them replacing my windshield that was previously installed wrong at a different shop and resulted in a leak. We decided to go somewhere else to get it fixed and we re so happy we went here! They were always prepared to help me and give me the best price on the market. I called them yesterday to ask about having a windshield replaced. Not only did they have the windshield in stock, they came to me first thing the next morning and had it installed in an hour. I think his name was Zac that fixed a rock chip in my windshield. Can t even tell where it was. Only company I ll use for auto glass needs. I also recommend them anytime I hear someone needing auto glass work

I called Jeff to ask about a leak I thought I was having from my windshield. Turned out it was from the sunroof drain hole. He took his time, came to my job and explained it all to me and fixed it in record time. He was very patient, professional and kind and I'll definitely use him for any auto glass needs in the future. They don't make people like Jeff anymore!! He's a fantastic guy!

Heard from an expert that Jeff offers the best auto glass repair service in BR and after having him repair my vehicle I must agree. I've been through several other services, including nationally recognized ones, who failed miserably... and when I say Jeff went above and beyond, he really did! Offered to check on what the last guy who worked on the car did wrong and cleaned concrete out of the bottom area of the engine which had somehow accumulated there. Reccomend him wholeheartedly.

I have used Jeff Craddock for years and have lost count of how many windshields he has repaired or replaced for me. He is the only windshield guy I recommend to my friends.Recently, I needed the windshield replaced on my 1995 Mercedes Benz convertible. It is a rare model and replacement trim pieces are very hard and sometimes impossible to find. Jeff determined that the top exterior trim piece was not a typical pry-off piece and rather than muscle through and possibly break or deform the piece he stopped and told me he would need to do some research. I told him to do whatever he needed to do to figure it out as this is my fair-weather driving car and I am in no hurry to get it done improperly.Jeff kept me posted on his research and after a few days he is now finishing up the job--If you have a 1995 E-320 Cabriolet that needs a new windshield, Jeff is your man! Beautiful work! Just left my house. Came out in the cold weather and had my brand new windshield installed in 30 minutes! Great guy! Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My windshield was poorly installed by another company. Absolute came out, diagnosed the problem and installed a new glass. These guys are pros, and would highly recommend.
