Total scam for someone to get good money from an insurance! They sure don t take pride in their work! Estimate was $4064.00 to fix the damage. Ok so they was to put a new aftermarket mirror. About a week or so I called them to check on my vehicle. They said should that Friday ok. So they called me around 5 when they close and said my vehicle is ready. It was going to be on the side the shop with the keys in it. Ok so I get my vehicle get home looking over the work they did. Boy did I get a rude awakening!!! So I see about 5 things that are wrong! So call them the following week. Brung it back showed them what was wrong. Oh no problem I ll have one of my guys take care of it. Ok he tells me what anybody would want to hear. Oh we going have to order you a new mirror. Ok a week goes by no call. So I called them. So dropped it off on my was to work. It was ready after lunch. Picked it up thinking I have anew mirror right. New mirror all right!!

Do not bring your vehicle here. Every part of everything they fixed is trash. They changed my hood, and replaced it with a bent one. They repainted the whole car. There s chunks in it. CHUNKS!!!!! Like they painted it at the beach. The orange peel is so bad it doesn t pay too wash it. Literally, it looks better dirty. Oh yeah, the paint is bubbling. I called State Farm and they told me to take it back. Why would I do that I ve already seen what kind of work they do. If I tried to sell the car and told them it had a fresh paint job they d laugh at me . It was probably worth more with the storm damage. Oh yeah, and they left spots they circled to fix unattended.

Bought a classic car a few years back that was built by them. When it went to go get a color change discovered this shop had filled huge rust holes with tons of body filler. The good thing I guess is they are great at hiding poor quality work and rust.Also editing to add the wiring work on this car was some of the worst I've seen.If your thinking of buying a classic car or truck from this shop turn and run!

I was in a accident and used Ken's Auto Repair. I "would"without a doubt" recommend this business for your auto repair needs. These people are friendly and really seem to appreciate your business. They are on top of there work. One again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you guys and lady's. Felt good to talk to people in such a friendly atmosphere.Service: Painting

Damage caused by a commercial truck hitting the rear end of my truck was expertly repaired to a like new condition. All at Ken's were friendly, helpful and professional. Repair work was completed in less time than originally estimated. I highly recommend Ken's for vehicle bodywork.

It's a money racket to begin with, but to try and keep my tools from me was bogus. I understand everyone has a job to do, I truly understand. Pathetic I swear. How can any of y'all sleep peacefully at night!!!!
