Tried getting a rim swapped there, lady kept telling me to call back in an hour, well on the 4th call back she said they can't take my vehicle.. wasted a whole day dilly dallying with them when I could of taken my business elsewhere.. Definitely Need to up their customer service game.

Jack's has always had fantastic service. I hate to use anyone else. I do my own oil, but I almost exclusively use Jack's for inspection stickers and tire rotations. Can't find a better example of good Cajun service. As a bonus, the snacks sold inside are the cheapest you will find anywhere on the Bayou.

Jack's Exxon is a great service and repair station. One of the few places on the bayou to get brake tags, too. Very friendly.
