I usually get my oil and filter for Terry Benoit to change it, but I also needed to change the battery in my auto key. They changed it for the price of the price of the battery. Amazing...I lost control of my left hand because of a stroke but they said they do this for everyone.

They okay...but on two different occasions I ordered parts for my car and they gave wrong parts, and they had make and model of car...one part they reorder the other I went to AutoZone to get

I go here very frequently and I must say that they do stand up to what they say they do. If you get or have a warranty on any product you buy there and there's a defect with it before the expiration date of the warranty they will replace it 100% without no questions asked and if they have the port in you can exchange it immediately. The workers are always very helpful here also

My tractor had a diesel fuel leak from the shutoff at the bottom of the tank. Six places had never heard of "fibre washers", neither had O'Reilly. But I found them in the oil sump drain plug section. Thanks Dorman Manufacturing Co.

Went to purchase a headlight, usually my husband takes care of these things but because he s gone for work I tried to get the headlight fixed myself. I was originally sold the wrong headlights for my vehicle after giving all the info I was asked. (Not a big deal) I went back the next day to exchange for the correct one and was met by the same person that sold it to me the previous day, telling me I was wrong and having an attitude with me. I told him the correct size I needed (my father informed me what size that was actually needed) he had even more attitude with me and tried making it seem like I provided the wrong info on my vehicle. This person needs to retrained or at least taught about customer service.

My windshield spray thingy was cracked, so I went to O Reilly s cuz they got the best parts but anyway I think he s a mgr,, his name was Collin and he got it working had to lay on the ground to get it done but he did, I offered him lunch are pizza are money are anything,, he said he s just doing his job,, so cooperate people if you read this he needs a raise and match his 401k

I've had a few issues with getting the wrong parts sa couple of times. On 2 instances the employee gave me the wrong size part and on one occasion I had to look up the part myself for them to know what part I needed. Double check parts so you don't get stuck with your car taken apart and no way to get back to the store.

The Plastic shield under my car came loose on I-10 while I was moving from Texas to Georgia. I pulled off on the nearest exit and into a Chevron. The Chevron employee called a tow company for me who sent out a driver. When he took a look, he pooped part of the shield back in place and recommended I drive 3 blocks down to Reilly's, and they would be able to fix it up for me. The employee helping me at O'Reilly's promptly got the parts I needed, and installed them attentively, efficiently, and effectively, sending me on my way in no time, with great service for a great price. Best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store, so I highly recommend this Reilly's!

This man that helped me get my oil cap that's been missing underneath my car battery plate for a long time help me get it he's awesome they're always there to help you did an awesome job man have a blessed day y'all I recommend this O'Reilly's two thumbs up

I like O'Reilly's , my experience is they have good quality parts. Last big purchase was four brake rotors that have lasted like factory OEM rotors

I usually get all of my car modifications here. the staff is great. Everyone employee knows what they are talking about and if they don't, they find you an answer. The manager does a great job keeping the store maintained.

The stuff at the Crowley office was very helpful but the Texas office was sending the wrong parts. The employee Collins help me out so much. When you go ask for him or Mrs.Paul

Hardly ever have parts, some employees are rude and slow others have no knowledge of anything you could ask for a smell good tree and they still gonna ask year make and model of vehicle

Ask for a battery for my keyless remote said I'd have to have the battery real rude I had to remote it's funny I went to AutoZone we took it apart no battery and guess what a young girl that just started there sees it wrote on there and I was good to go got a battery must be not wanting to work over there or something that's not the first battery they sold for remote
