Asked window attendant about excessive bugs and prep he said I could go through twice. The wash did better than I expected but I still had to get some bugs off. Also the rear wheels still had more brake dust than the front but I could manage. It was dark when I got it washed so it was harder to see inside for cleaning. They also have a mat wash and it was perfect for what I needed. I like this named franchise best when it comes to quality washes and services.

The wash does a great job! The extra help yourself cleaners etc. are super cool! But you guys should seriously consider not allowing people to blare their own disgusting trashy music with F you, N this and P that blaring through the parking lot! thanks

I want to give a shout out and BIG THANK YOU, a shift lead at the 190 Covington location! His name is Albert Arroyo. After my car wash I was having a car problem that was really scary to me and went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road.

Drew handled my lost receipt to connect to the app with care and provided clear directions to resolve my issue which was my fault. His professional and courteous manner was excellent! They let me get my free car wash on my word that I did purchase the plan with no issue at all! It's quick and it cleans better than any other car wash around. Powerful vacuums, and they provide spray and rag for wheels. Well pleased.

Tommy s is my favorite the conveyor belt is what sold me for it b:c you don t have to worry about that thing grabbing your rims . It s never caused a scratch on my car unlike some others . The employees are always nice professional and helpful .

It's clean now, after having to run it through a second time. At least they didn't charge me to run it through again. Especially since it should've effectively cleaned it the first time considering I paid $15 for "The Works". Usually I don't have an issue with that though. Tommy's is my go to for drive through car washes.

I don't normally do the drive thru car wash because it hurts the paint over time, but this place has been great! It actually cleans my truck (2019 Silverado) including the tailgate! Can't say the same for other places in the area. I do The Works monthly package and go at less once a week of not more. Worth the money.

We use the app for multiple monthly washes, saves lots of money and gets our truck super clean. 5 STARS for smooth operating brushes, no hard banging during wash. Vaccuums could work better. Attendant's are helpful and friendly.

The staff should spend more time outside ensuring vehicle's get into the car wash at a safe distance from the vehicle in front of them. Tge staff were all inside talking to each other instead of being outside monitoring cars entering the car wash safe.

Download the app, select a monthly subscription to get as many washes as you want per month, or select pay per wash. Then drive up, your license plate is scanned and you enter. Or there s a window you can drive up to pay or talk to someone if you d like. Quick and easy entrance into the car wash where you drive onto a moving belt and place your car in neutral, whereas some others car washes you have to drive your tires between metal bars which is more difficult. This is easier. Thoroughly washes and has beautiful colored lights inside the wash, and several powerful blowers that dry your car at the end. There are powerful vacuums here to use for no cost after your wash, trash cans and a little vending machine at each hub which accepts credit cards to buy a packet with several items inside to clean the windows and seats inside your car, a shammy towel, as well as air fresheners and a hand wipe once you finish. Love this place!

SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN CARWASH!! Our family had a bloodcurdling time! Steampunk, Mike Meyers, crazy clowns, Scream, Skeletor, Beetlejuice!! Fantastic screaming fun! Tha Kidd was thrilled! And the car got clean!

The first time we came we had phenomenal customer service and signed up for a monthly plan.Last few times we have visited, the employees seemed inconvienced and bothered to have customers..Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

This is the best car wash I have ever been too and I never have to worry about my rims being scratched since you just drive on a mat. They are very helpful and friendly!

I really love this car wash! I wish we had them this nice in Georgia! I loved the compressed air as an option to clean my vehicle! This place was immaculate and the prices were very reasonable.

I have a monthly subscription and it's the best. I love going in the early evening. The air hose at the vacuum is a blessing in itself. I can get the water off the trim and windows where it would normally streak and leave water spots. The floor mat cleaning system is a life saver for moms with little kids. It has a wet and dry option for cleaning them. The vacuums work better than any I have used in the past and their self serve detail station is convenient.

Great car wash service! As a rideshare driver, washing and cleaning my car on a regular basis is a must and Tommy s is the both the best deal and best wash in town! I love the extended hours that mean you can wash and clean when it s not blazing hot outside! The wash cleans your car in no time flat and includes free vacuums. The staff is friendly and attentive.The only suggestions that I have is that it would be so much better if some of the vacuums had a crevice attachment to get into the hard to reach spots. The wide attachment does a great job but can t get all books and crannies in my vehicle. Another gap is having a station with tubs and different brushes to scrub off insect splat, dirt and grime from the front of your vehicle. If Tommy s were to add those two things, I d give it five stars hands down.

It was a super hot afternoon when my sister and i took 2 vehicles to Tommy's. The staff were helpful and handsome! The wash was seems good. We got both an avalon and a suburban cleaned in just over an hour!Only downside is the car mat automatic washer. One seemed to not work at all, the other required repeated use to get a dirty mat clean enough to put into my clean car. This technology seems to need more development.

Awesome car wash with a great staff. It s double the length of the average car wash as well as double the amount of equipment used to wash your vehicle. Monthly membership prices are reasonable and they use license plate recognition to confirm you re a member. No membership cards or stickers in the window, just simply pull up to the gate (if you re a member) and go right through. Building itself has a very clean and modern design to it that is sure to catch anyone s eye that is driving down 190. Overall very satisfied

Honestly the best car wash I have had in this area....possibly ever. It was so easy! I love the app payment option. And the wash itself was great! My car sparkled {and she was full of pollen prior}. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! Great price my car always comes out clean and when it hasn t they have let me go through again.Love the vacuums are unlimited so you can get all the dog hair out of the car!They also sell little packets with a wipe for the windshield and the dash and a airfreshener! It even takes card

This place is okay. I don't wanna speak negatively, however there isn't much wow factor to speak of. They have good vacuums with the nice crevice adapters for hard to reach areas, but their wax upgrade is far inferior to other local washes. Get a regular wash and save your money on any premium washes. Staff is wonderful!

This is everything you could want out of a car wash. Awesome car wash, unlimited vacuumes, floor mat cleaners and detailing supplies, all for the price of a carwash. Their subscriptions are a really good deal too.

I love going to this car wash! Great monthly rate and great wash. The best part is the incredibly friendly employees. They will make you smile even when you re having a bad day. I couldn t be happier with Tommy s.

They don t use scrub brushes or bad chemicals so if you have a lot of bugs they make you go through 2 or 3 times at the charge of only one wash the ensure your car is clean! Highly recommend this place. And the free vacuums are amazing also

I went to 3 different spots to vacuum my car they all was down. There was no way to what one was working so I used the one next me that someone was just leaving it didn't work. My car was not as clean as it should have been going to other places. Wow !!! Hands down the best car wash ever !! My car is dry and supper shiny !!My tires and rims are perfect. Honestly my car has never been cleaned this good unless I did it with my own hands. Looks like it was just waxed ! Love the vacuums, plenty of space so I can open all of my doors and I have my own left and right vacuums so I don t have to wait and share with the person next to me. The suction is awesome ! Free Matt washers too !!Supper clean site.This place is by far the best !

Nice set up and friendly staff. I m giving 2 stars because I ran my vehicle through the wash Saturday afternoon(11/16/19) around 1:30. The car wash broke down as I was going through it, they reset it and got it running again. I was excited to see my car all cleaned up with nice shiny tires but was a bit disappointed to see that the rims were still dirty and absolutely no tire shine at all. After paying $15 for the wash I was expecting a little bit better job. I understand machines malfunction so maybe I ll give them another chance next weekend.
