Had ac completely replaced at 1150 dollars and it crapped out in a couple days, brought it back and he fixed it but after a couple days it seems to be crapping out again. Gonna have to take it back again. The owner and lady at the desk are very nice and helpful but don't know about the mechanic doing the work.

Ricks Auto Repair & Tire has been around for as long as I can remember. As a child, my grandparents, parents, uncles, and aunts were firm believers in using Ricks. Now I use them and the most reassuring thing about using them is that the owner is there over seeing and even when he has to step out, His help are very well educated in what they do. They are the most friendliest as well as professional shop around for just about all your auto needs. You'll be very well pleased with their prices as well as there service. I needed some propane and Rick is one of the few that charge by the pound he was very friendly and explained how the economy is changing we pay more for stuff and get less in return. If you need propane he is the one i would visit, the repair shop was very clean and tidy and I have a Suburban with high miles on it and they got my misfire fixed fast and the coolant hose replaced they even told me what I could do to keep it going a little more. Thanks to Rick and his mechanics I will be back whenever I need work done.

Rick is a really down to earth guy and honestly the only mechanic I trust in the area. He not only repaired my vehicle but truly did have genuine empathy towards his customers. All the guys at the seminary down the road trust him and have been more than satisfied.

Drove by to get a break tag. Made eye contact with a man outside. Then made eye contact with 2 women and a man inside. They didn t say anything or come out. Had to call the phone number. The man on the phone tells me that they are going to be closed for lunch until about 1:30. That s fine but I feel like the customer service is lacking. You couldn t just acknowledge me and tell me that face to face? Not going back there. I work in customer service and I would never be that rude to a paying customer.

I called him with a problem and he told me to show up at 3:00 p.m. and he would take care of it by 3:10 I paid him and left very courteous very prompt highly recommended

got a few things to say about Ricks automotive on the section road off Lee road or hwy 40 not sure which one ok well my daughter who is a good person has 4 children she bought 4 tires for her truck it was a good deal always looking for a deal anyway she brought these tires to ricks atomotive an paid them to put them on her truck .1 week ago , last night one flew off while her an children took a ride, that night an following morning we looked an looked couldnt find it geuss someone got to it quicker then we could so now this girl is stuck at home with 4 babys an no way to get anywhere without asking everyone for help there goes the job she just got she asked ricks for some help u know just one tire, even though they themselves RICKS AUTOMOTIVE put them on. I just think right is right I just think spending a little money now to help this mother of 4 would be better then possibly spending a whole lot more a little later on down the road what ya think people.Coomments of other people:Were they used tires? To be fair, I'd say that they should put the new one on at no charge but without the tire, if it were used, there would really be no way to know if it was their fault it came off or not. That really stinks!Best thing yall can do is go leave a comment on there google site warning others of there incompetents, if your incapable of doing your job then quit

Not sure if the worst part was spending almost $1k to not have my truck fixed or being told that this is a nice place to live because "there's not a lot of blacks here yet".

Horrible experience do not bring your cars there. Its a waste of your money please look for someone else because you will be very disappointed you went there.
