My first visit - recommended by D & SIL. Totally impressed with the customer service received today. Phil Meraux Tire Service has gained a new customer! They were able to check my tires, removed a nail and patched/plugged and completed rotation, all while I waited on site. Price was very reasonable. Great to learn they do other services as well! Thank YOU all so much.

Quick and efficient, friendly staff. I was only getting a nail removed from my tire, but I liked the service they provided. Kudos to the guy that was patient with me when I disagreed with him about the electronic tire display on the dashboard, he was right about the slow update and I was wrong. Good man.

It's been a very long time since I've encountered such a professional group of technicians. Took my Yukon with oversized tires with lift kit and they quickly and accurately balanced rotated tires and aligned my vehicle well under the price that I expected. If you don't take your vehicle to these guys, you're going to regret it.

Excellent job as always. I have feeling the owner did my alignment on my Jeep. Sorry if it was so far out but you all clearly brought it back into correct alignment and I now get to enjoy the feeling of a brand new car again. If you want quality go see the people at Phil Meraux.

They are simply the best! Out of my entire experience with auto shops in the last 25 years or so, nobody does it better than Phil Meraux. In particular, Mrs. Melissa Meraux does business the old school way- and that is treating each and every customer who walks in the door like they are a longtime friend. You will not find a more honest shop and they have gone above and beyond to address our tire needs. I m particularly embarrassed to say that the warranties with tires are a joke and they make tire dealers jump through unnecessary hoops. If your tires are over a year old, don t bother and just replace them. Melissa and her team will give you a great price- so there s no need to go beyond that. I highly recommend them and there s no other place I ll go.

I ve brought my cars here since high school. I love them so much and they are completely honest with you. I honestly wish they were more than a tire place because I would bring my car here for everything.

Every time I have went, great, fast service and knowledgeable. Like a personable mom and pop shop feel which I love. I have purchased a full set of tires here and also recently had my oil changed along with a tire rotation. I will return and will recommend to my friends and family.

4 new Michelins on my wife s car, tires leak down regularly requiring me to add air almost weekly on at least three tires at a time. Took the car in and they say nothing is wrong ..she went in once when low tire pressure warning appeared, asked if they could air tires. The people there said she would likely have to wait 30 minutes before they could do that.Found out that none of the valve stems were replaced causing the slow leaks. We will not be doing any further business here. Lack of respect & laziness by these folks.

I've been a customer at Phil Meraux Tire since 1987. My first visit was proof that these are honest, caring folks. They solved a problem for me that didn't make them a dime on that first visit, but provided me with an education, and made me a lifelong customer. Since then, they have provided tires and services on my 3 cars, 1 pickup truck, horse trailer, and flatbed trailer, and total satisfaction has always been there for me. I would never think about going anywhere else. I live 50 miles from them, and it's more than worth the trip!

Get all my work done on my vehicle here. I bought 4 tires here and get them rotated for free. I never need an appointment for oil changes or tire rotations, they can usually get me out of there just as fast as a 5 minute oil change place does. I also had brakes replaced here and their prices were reasonable. They're up front, give you quotes and match them, they explain in detail any issues with your vehicle and if they do not offer the services necessary they refer you to a reputable shop that does. Excellent business.

I've never been overcharged, and never had to wait an excessive amount of time. They're always prompt, fair, and do exactly what needs to be done without tacking on unnecessary charges. I always go back!

I used Meraux Tire Service for years now. Outstanding, honest, fast service. It's rare these days to find a service company that is know parish-wide for being fair, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for most auto related service. They will also recommend reliable experts in St. Tammany if they do not provide certain services,i.e. body repairs.

I got a great price on Michelin tires with $70 rebate. Service was good, quick. 1 complaint, when you get new tires, you would think Phil Meraux would clean your rims. Your 1st glance at your new tires would look nice.Go a little extra step. I went home and got them shining.Proud of my tires

We found a huge screw in our tire as we were pulling out of our hotel in Covington headed home (an 8 hr. drive). We drove straight here after reading other Google reviews - and they were great! They got us right in - 20 minutes and $24 later our tire was patched and we were on our way. Highly recommend!

Outstanding. Was driving from Florida to Texas and noticed a nail in tire. Was panicked cause not in familiar area, who can you trust, etc. They were stellar. Didn't force me to buy what didn't need. Thought for sure would need a new tire, and didn't!!!!! Patch and $30 later. Very, very happy. Awesome experience and totally recommend.

I went in with a nail in my tire hoping to get it patched up. I have been to other tire "specialists" and they are pushy about selling you new tires... NO not here, Phil Meraux provides an old school friendly & HONEST, service that you just don't see anymore.In terms of quality of service and honesty with their customers "the rubber meets the road" here at Phil Meraux Tire Service.

Phil Meraux tire took great care of me after several visits to other tire shops where I didnt get the care or service I needed . PM had the tire I needed in several brands and fit me right in to their rotation so that I could make my next destination in time. They will have my future business indeed. I'd feel comfortable sending anyone I know there for their next service or tire purchase.

This is a must read for anyone who might have concerns regarding the honesty or integrity of the people at Phil Meraux Tire Service. I have worked in the automobile business for 26 years and have dealt with many shops and individuals on a regular basis. I had been talking for quite some time about an issue that I was having with my 15 year old p/u truck but was afraid of what expenses that I might have to incur. Finally I brought the truck over to Joe and what do you know. The problem with my truck was exactly as Joe said that it probably was. Joe quoted me a price of 80.00 and that it would ready for pick in 2 hours. I can't believe that I waited so long to deal with this issue and won't let that happen again. My 15 year old truck drives ,rides and handles like new. my hat's off to everyone at Phil Meraux. Bless you all, Hermon Walton

Over the past few years, I have relied upon Pat of Phil Meraux Tires for a variety of services, and have been extremely satisfied! They are prompt, efficient and courteous. Melissa in particular is extremely helpful, and has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. They have my highest recommendation!

Was used to going to Firestone and when they refused to mount my wheels, I had to look up another Tire shop and found these guys. They were friendly and did a great job in a timely fashion. I even had them change my oil while I was there. Will definitely be coming back.
