Only offering $2-$5 off per car in an unlimited family plan made me reevaluate my membership. I already dish out $39.95 monthly for one, so the price benefit of having two cars comes out to be $75 instead of paying $80. I rather dish out a $20 per time I go regardless of what car I take than pay $75-$120 a month.Not knocking staff or facilities.

This place is okay but inconsistent. Sometimes the people who do a pre wash are conscientious and sometimes not. What aggravates me is when they allow the car behind to get so close that the machines cannot get to the back of my car. And this happens often. At this writing a new car wash place is being built and I plan to try it out when completed.

I went here to get a car wash and when I came out my whole antenna was GONE!! I went back and spoke with the manager and he went and retrieved my antenna from out the wash. He put it back on and said I was good to go. Several hours later as I was driving (maybe 45ish mph) my antenna comes flying off!! Thank God my car is under warranty because they won't pay for anything!! I have used many carwashes in my lifetime and this has NEVER happened. I do not recommend this place at all. I should have stuck with Tommy's Carwash where I usually go.

Staff was nice, but car was not completely dry after wash and still had some bugs on the windshield. I feel the results should be better for a $10 base rate. I will add, it was nice that there was a $2 off coupon automatically applied today.

I have a brand new car. This was the first car wash I took it to. The car wash scratched my car in multiple locations. I would strongly caution against taking your car here if you care about the paint job and keeping it looking new.

I just came from the car wash on Hwy 21. It is under renovation. There was no station to pre wash. I like to scrub the bugs off. Very few vacuum stations because of the renovation. And when you get one, half of the vacuums don t work. And you still charge full price. The wash is good, but if not all services are available, you shouldn t be charging full price.

Have the monthly pass, this place is usually very busy so early morning is best. Most of the time the vacuums work great, occasionally they are clogged, the attendants should check every 30 minutes to avoid issues.

This place is great and conveniently located right on hwy 21. Kind of hard to beat $5 for a car wash. They provide all sorts of extra stuff like towels and stuff to make sure you leave with your pride and joy looking good. Well ran place that is great to go to. I like it a lot, and stop here often for car washes.

I like that they provide rags & different type of cleaner ( glass, multipurpose, etc.. ). They also have an air gun in addition to the vacuum for getting water out of hard to reach places when your drying off your car. Their staff's great too... helpful & friendly.

Mehh.... Don't feel like I leave there with a really clean car for $16. I feel the guys doing the pre-wash are not paying attention to their job but focused on chatting. Vacuum auction is hit or miss. I left today with bugs still stuck to the front of my car and windshield as well as a rear window not cleaned well at all.

I have been using this car wash for years without problems, but several months ago my new car was severely damaged going through the wash. Immediately upon leaving the car wash, I noticed spots covering the entire car. I took it back to have them look at it and I was told the spots were just excess wax and they would go away with time. It has been 3 months, and not only are the spots still there, the stains have now etched into the paint. I have taken the car to my dealership and to a body shop, both of who are estimating it will take thousands of dollars to repair. I have reached out to the car wash to discuss this, but they have been unwilling to talk. I am a local business owner and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. There are far better options on the Northshore to get your car washed.

Clean facility, good equipment, easy to use and several locations I can utilize my memberships at. A little on the pricey side when you have three vehicles, (only one of which you can drive at a time!) but I like it. Jordy has always been super helpful and professional!

Compared to Tropic car wash this place is just not up to par. I wish I had brought my camera along with me because not one person smiled or told me to have a good day OR that they appreciated my business !!!The only way I would return pelican point car wash is ... IF I got a apology and a free car wash Then I might possibly consider it.other than that steer clear !!!

Friendly staff! They scrub the bugs off the front of your car before it goes into the wash. Other car washes I've gone to make you do that yourself or you have to get in a different line. So it's very convenient!

Nothing but dirty water to wash my wheels/rims with at the prewash tanks this is definitely not the first time this has happened at this location. Makes it look like the mangers don't care what they give their customers to use very sad there are other car washes around town thou.

I went thru the carwash yesterday. When I attempted to pay for my service with the automated system, there seemed to be a glitch and it billed me for a basic $6.00 carwash. I was actually trying to use the $16.00 service. When I pulled up to go thru the carwash, I talked with one of the young men working and told them what happened. I honestly wasn't expecting them to fix it. I would have gone thru a second time to get the wash I wanted. However, I was astonished at the arrogant attitude of the young man. He could have been least concerned. All I could think of is that I was glad he and the rest of these boys did not work for me. Complete lack of customer service. I enjoy the carwash and equipment there to vacuum and clean my car, but very turned off from their attitude. Doubt I will return.

Track they put your car on either doesn't work or the person controlling it didn't know what they were doing. My car hit the one in front of me then moved back and then moved faster to hit the car again. I had to hit my brakes which you aren't supposed to do and tell the attendant to get control of the track. Car mat cleaner wasn't working. The attendant that is supposed to brush off your car before entering the wash never did.

Can't get pollen off a car? Very disappointing. I got the "better" $15 wash. The hood was still streaked with pollen after a trip through the wash. Pollen was still around the door handles. I have been to Pelican Pointe before, but this was the last time for me.

It's a car wash, it's automated, it washes cars... not much you can say. However, there was an African American gentleman that was working Saturday, 3/24/2018 in the morning. He would assist the patrons purchase different wash levels. Though there was not a lot to his duties, his demeanor was stellar. Treated me like I was a top tier customer and made me smile just getting a car wash.

I never write reviews, but this guy deserves one. I was having a horrible day, and on the phone with a friend. I had to go inside to get change to get a few things to clean my car. I wish I knew his name, but the guy working in the office had overheard my conversation and gave me a card for a free wash the next time I go in. It was a really kind gesture and goes to show that there are some really caring people in this world. Brightened my day immensely, plus it's a great wash with free vacuums. Can't say enough good things.

Best car wash in the world. Honestly was having low hopes when it was 6 dollars but after the car wash it was so entertaining and my truck loved it. But I'ma give a little backstory on why I came. I was coming back from mud riding in Mississippi and it was dirty as mud. I pulled up to the wash station and the young man politely stopped me and continued to extract the dirt from my undercarriage, such an adequate service for a low price guaranteed. Would recommend and and I'll be going to Texas during Mardi gras break and you can bet I'll be getting t16 dollar carwash to have that best quality wash again. Thank you guys for your service.

I had an account with this place for several months. The quality of service was great for awhile. Then, maintaining the equipment began to falter. The consistency of good service became random. In my case i have car with an antenna wing that they knew would loosen and break off if the blue painters tape were not applied to secure it and turn on truck bed mode so the upper blowers would not blow directly on it. I assumed wrongly that the tape would be applied to secure. It was applied like a child learning to finger paint for the first time. Well, sure enough the wing began too break. But, that was not the issue that caused me to close my account. I drive for a living and had a scheduled large ticket customer and wanted to go in vacuum and wash fast. Well, one vacuum to the right side was not connected to the hose and the one on the left had no pressure. At that point I said forget vacuum, time is short just wash it. Well, the fast pass was not allowing me to enter. I checked scheduled ride and sure enough I was delayed just long enough to lose a $45.00 fare. In irony just what the monthly service at pelican Pointe cost me per month. That was it and I closed my account. If you drive for a living and need good cleaning fast do not go to pelican Pointe Car wash. End of story.Thanks

We use this car wash often. Great amenities; i.e, prewash stations with solution and lots brushes for scrubbing, and working vacuums.

The wash itself was fine but the vacuum is terrible, i went at 8.10am and the 1st vacuum was stuffed with candy wrappers and leaves, i unplugged it and 'used' it, gave up and tried the one beside it which didnt look clogged up but was not any better, a baby with a straw in its mouth would have more suction than these vacuums. I used a 3rd vacuum and it was marginally better, honestly i gave up even trying i was just wasting my time

Great wash but I'd prefer it if the hanging brushes didn't hit the front of my car so hard. Really rattles the front. I'm a monthly subscriber and rarely have an issue.
