Diane was great. Buying process as a whole was very smooth. Had an issue with the steering wheel a few days after I bought it. I set up an appointment with the service department. They were ready for me when I arrived and fixed the problem. Would buy from them again.

My experience was outstanding! We visited a few dealerships and nobody else even came close to the kind of service we received at Paretti Covington. Spencer and Nick were knowledgeable, helpful and did their very best to make sure I could find the perfect car, finance manager made sure we got the best deal we could get. I'd be happy to see them next time I'm looking for a new car.

My Experience with Paretti Mazda was an AMAZING one, I would 10/10 recommend to anyone that s looking for a new car, my salesman Spencer was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and patient!! Nick did a fantastic job in making this car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Everyone else we worked with at Parertti of Covington was awesome as well. From the moment my wife and I walked on the lot and after we purchased our CX-5, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and all of our questions were answered. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We waited (my active 20 month old) and myself. The experience while we waited was welcomed by friendly staff as we walked around the showroom. While my child doesn t watch much TV, it was equipped with many channels including the Disney+ station to accommodate squirrels kiddos. Thank you all for being so kind. The oil change was also quick and efficient.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was given a loaner car and expected the service to take some time but I got the text that my vehicle was ready much earlier than expected! My car was clean and taken care of and the building and waiting area were clean and comfortable. Great service!

I cannot recommend Paretti Mazda of Covington enough and I am thrilled that Diane Michel is now located here. She assisted me with my purchase recently and was nothing short of amazing! Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism are unmatched.I must say that having the service center on this side of the lake is incredibly convenient. Over the 8+ years that I've owned a Mazda, I've only had to bring it in for routine maintenance and oil changes. However, the added benefit of not having to cross the bridge for these small tasks is definitely a plus.

Excellent Customer Service. Short staffed so was a little later than appointment time. They complimentary gave me new filters. Then after final check they informed me that battery was not acting right so they gave me a new battery. Greatly appreciated and I definitely will be back!

My experience at Paretti Mazda in Covington was great! They were able to answer all my questions and had inventory on the lot to choose from. It was definitely worth the drive from Long Beach, MS. I actually purchased my vehicle the same day, which is something I don t typically do when buying a new car. The sales person and GSM were easy to work with, they weren t pushy which I really appreciate! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Didn't buy a car - had my old Mazda serviced. The service dept was very professional. Communications are excellent - they sent me a video link of the technician pointing out the repairs my car needed. They answered all my questions and they washed my car before they gave it back. Zero complaints. (Ask for Casey in the Service dept)

I had the 15K Maintenance Service for my CX-5 performed at Paretti of Covington. The customer service was excellent from the extra effort by Jeremiah to ensure all components in my PRO-TEK Plan were covered, through to the attention to details by Kelly and the guys in the garage. Friendly, caring people who know what they're doing!
