I almost forgot it was over there. It kind of sits off to the side, but the employees there are very nice and professional. I was able to go in and get a low beam headlight for my car and install it in about 5 minutes. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience. I needed a battery. They looked up my account. I purchased it, and it was installwd in about 15 minutes! Best battery buy ever!

They try to upsell. As I m sure there corporate bosses would be telling them to. If I weren t as knowledgeable about cars, they would have had me buying way over what was necessary for the part I needed.

They were good and understanding that I needed to return the item because I didn't need it and after looking at the item to see if it was not damaged they gave me my return with no questions asked

Ahh the boujiest of overpriced retailers in the area. No this isn't a pub or Bill, or David, or Kevin O Reillys. It's AutoZone with the moral compass of Bernie Madhoff. Place literally has a Boston accent and is trying to sleep with your girlfriend. You're only redeeming factor is that your a half mile closer to home than Advance when it's down to the nitty gritty and every RPM is a gift from god

Never get the right parts. Employees dont know anything. I brought a part back because it was the wrong part. Had to argue with the guy for 5 minutes about how it was in fact the wrong part. He said that the part I needed didn't exist. Another employee went and gor the "nonexistent" part off the shelf that was the right part. I will never step foot in there again

Had a great experience this morning at O'Reilly's in Covington. I went in to get some advice on a problem I been having with my truck and hopefully buy a part that will fix it. The manager Byron was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked me through everything I need to do to install it and fix the problem. And it worked! Something I thought was going to be difficult and complicated was actually pretty easy thanks to the advice I got from Byron. I know where I'm buying my parts from now on.

This is still a 5-star review. They're open on Sundays they know what you're talking about and they have the parts what more can you ask? Oh yes, the prices are reasonable and usually in stock

They say you can't return an unused in the box with the binding straps still on it generator. They say it is corporate policy. This has to be illegal. I will be contacting the DA's office.

They were awesome. My battery was bad. Got a new one, they installed it and I was back on the road in less than 5 minutes!

OMG. If your white your greeted wit a warm welcome wave and smile. I dont know the man name, but unwilling to help people of color. Thats sad.

They treated me differently than they treated the other customers and that was very unacceptable to me they need to work on treating all customers the same if a person is spending his money just like everyone else why should there be a difference
