Very helpful. Had a bent axle on my trailer. They swapped it out and were very helpful during the process. I was without a trailer for only a 1/2 of day.

Been having this 5'x12' tandem trailer for about a month now. It's been a great upgrade from my little 4'x8' trailer! Northshore trailer had what I was looking for. I needed a tandem axle to haul heavy material yet one that was narrow enough to navigate narrow streets of New Orleans on occasion. The first job I used it on I had to squeeze down one of those streets. I thanked myself for getting this trailer instead of the 6.5' x 12' trailer (which is 8' wide total). This new trailer is only 2" wider than my truck. Northshore trailer was the only dealer that had what I needed. Deanie and her fellow coworkers were very helpful, Thank you!

The staff at the Covington location was attentive and helpful. They took the time and effort to explain and demonstrate the differences in the trailers and manufactures. They even helped with customizations to meet my needs.Do not waste your time at their Perl River location, make the drive to this Covington location.

Very disappointed with the service at the Covington location. Asked prior to dropping trailer off and at the time of drop off for cargo lights to be placed on trailer and was told no problem. At time of pick up, lights were NOT placed and I was told they did not do that service there. I was never contacted during the day stating the cargo lights could not be put on the trailer and was not told otherwise until I specifically asked why they were not there. Very expensive for the few marker light changeouts they did.

I highly recommend this business based on my recent personal experience with a trailer purchase. Their expertise is evident based on the.time they spent making the most appropriate recommendation on the best equipment for my personal situation. My situation was complicated but they helped me find the most economical trailer to suit my needs, then went above and beyond when i had a technical problem after the sale. My compliments to everyone there, especially the manager who worked patiently with me to resolve the issue, but everyone was great!Thank you for your help.

Friendly staff gave great advice on best way to rehab my utility trailer (instead of only offering to sell a new one). Welded on spare tire mount so it's more functional than when it was new. Quality work worth every penny.

We purchased this dump trailer 3 weeks ago and already have this axel assembly issue. The trailer is completely immobilized and we are unable to bring it to a dealer ourselves to get repaired. They are claiming this as a warranty issue and will not cover the towing cost. Their customer service regarding this matter is absolutely horrendous. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.

My husband with our son was headed back from our store in lake Charles to Alabama and his bearings went bad on the trailer he was pulling. He stopped at a few tire stores and none did hubs. He was in a bind with no tools and the last store recommended northshore trailer and tires. He called them and they said come on. In less than an hour, he was back on the road and headed home. He said everyone in the store was great and polite and the two guys that worked on it, jumped on it and got it done. Even taught him a thing or two. They will get our business in the future when we need a trailer or part for a trailer.

My family and I were just leaving Covington, headed back to NC. 5 minutes into our return trip, the open utility trailer we were pulling caught on fire !!!! The tire anyways... the brakes had frozen and caused the fire. So the fire dept directed us to this business. The police officer helped up rig the trailer to get it to this business, since it didn t open until 8 we sat in the gravel driveway for 2 hours. What choice did we have. Not only did they let us in a little early, they immediately took our trailer on a forklift to the back, came out 5 mins later told us the issue and had it repaired in 45 mins for under $200!! After sitting for hours going over worst case scenarios this had been a blessing! This group was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone in need of trailer repairs, parts etc!!Thanks again to all !

We rented a trailer to move furniture. Need a cover trailer because of the lovely rain we have been having in south Louisiana. The trailer was clean we were able to make 1 trip and get it back on time thanks y'all for your help.

Employee at the front very rude. No one even asked me what I needed after standing at the counter for several minutes. Smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and I felt like I needed a shower after 5 minutes inside. They do rent trailers, do inspections, and a few other services, so nice to have all in one place.
