Trent was hands down the best auto detailer I've ever used! His communication throughout was fantastic! He made excellent suggestions for that appointment and options for the future. He was upfront about what could and couldn't be done ( my car is 6 years old and I do a lot of long daily highway travels..aka major bug guts!). Despite my cars flaws he made it look brand new inside and out! Oh, and definitely go for the steam cleaning! I had spots on my seat from a previous owner that no one could get out, but he did! And a few days later I had a follow up question and he addressed it immediately! Again, hands down the best customer service ever and he will be my go to person from here on out! I don t typically leave reviews, however I was so pleased with the outcome I felt compelled to do so. Trent did an amazing job. My car looked like it was brand new when he finished. I actually hated to get in and drive it for fear of getting it dirty..lol. Communication and customer service was excellent. He was extremely polite, prompt & on time, completely self contained and completed a thorough job in only a few hours. I m so glad I found Mizell on social media and will not hesitate to use their services again. Give them a try, you won t be disappointed!Service: Auto detailing

Mizell s detailed my 2015 Buick LaCrosse and it looks amazing. The leather seats, tires, interior, exterior and windows haven t looked this fantastic since I purchased the vehicle. The other reviewers definitely have lower expectations or higher cost tolerance. For $300 I got an above average car wash. When picking up our SUV he seemed surprised that we wanted everything out of the pours of the leather driver's seat, and all of the bugs off headlights and plastic trim. His response was to let me know I was underquoted and it would be more than $300 in the future.Service: Auto detailing

Mizell's made my jeep look fabulous!Between my 5-year-old trashing the back seat, my lap dog leaving nose prints all over the windows, my german shepherd shedding all over the back, and my need to hit every single mud puddle, it was in desperate need of a detail.It looked like new when they were done.
