It was great! We had both of our cars serviced at the same time. Sherry was awesome, she went to bat for us with insurance company and made sure we got a favorable outcome. We drive almost two hours and pass up Baton Rouge Mercedes just get great service at Covington. We will be sure to get our third Mercedes from here when the time comes as well. Thank you to Angela as well you both made us feel at home with the great hospitality that you have shown.

This dealership is fantastic! Customer service has always been phenomenal, the parts department is amazing and has much better pricing than my local Mercedes dealer. The service department was excellent the one time I needed them! Definitely worth the extra 55 mile drive to give them the business!!

Outstanding Car Buying process. I found a 2019 MB C300 Convertible online at Mercedes Benz Of Covington and submitted an Online inquiry requesting more information.I was contacted by Payton Thornton and from the very beginning I was impressed with Payton's politeness and professionalism.After making the decision to purchase the vehicle Payton walked me through the entire process knowing that I would be traveling from Charlotte, NC to purchase the vehicle.Everything from making the initial deposit to signing the purchase documentation was smooth and a very pleasant experience.I truly enjoyed working with Ms. Brandy Walker as well. I would give 6 stars if I could. I recently found a 2017 Audi Q7 and reached out to the sales team. I received an initial response within a few hours with all of the vehicle details as well as an email from the salesman Jerry asking if I had any questions.Working with Jerry made the car buying experience truly amazing. He worked with me through the car buying process knowing that I was going to be an out of state customer. He was extremely professional and very helpful. His level of service was unmatched.What truly sets Mercedes of Covington apart is their dedication to transparency and honesty. They were forthcoming with all the details regarding the vehicle's history and condition, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing. Hands down, the best sales LADY EVER. Lynn is charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. She eagerly accommodated my elderly, handicapped parents. She was courteous and treated them both with respect. She even entertained my father while Mom and I did the paperwork. Lynn is also easy on the eyes fellows, so be careful if the wife is there too!We will shop there again.

My wife s car is a 2011. I called the service department to talk to them about getting it towed there for repair. The lady cut me off real quick and said they don t work on anything older than a 2012. She said it s a liability. What an insult. Like my car ain t good enough for them to work on.

This company from sales management on down is not customer friendly if you are not using in-house financing. The sales lady that messaged me could not answer my questions and "felt offended" by my inquiries about a vehicle and process she has done for "20+ years" and accusations of dishonesty. I had financing and did not need to do anything but purchase the vehicle. I was then contacted by 3 separate people before I decided to call in and speak to Jamal in management, which is when I realized why the salespeople had such terrible attitudes. He proceeded to yell and speak over me and tell me he WOULD HANG UP...at that time I HUNG UP AND PHONED CORPORATE. DO NOT BUY HERE! Mercedes-Benz are sold literally EVERYWHERE and I would not be spending a penny here. I won't be mistreated and then expected to spend my money with them.UPDATE: Jamal, aka J.K., the sales manager refused to give HIS side of the story to corporate after I filed my complaint. I assume he knew he was dead wrong and very unprofessional along with his salesmen...and I had the emails and texts to prove such. I literally have 2 lines of financing ready and he yells at me because I wouldn't agree to a co-signer for in-house financing. Why would I when I have financing without a co-signer?! I also wish I would have read the reviews 1st before wasting my time and energy on these scammers, they are a known problem for Mercedes-Benz and the bait and switch scam is mentioned more than once along with the lack of honesty and integrity at THIS location. His refusal to give his side to corporate is a HUGE red flag! As I read the comments, Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans is a better choice...I, myself, will be taking my bank approval offers elsewhere after reading about the terrible service experience and my terrible sales experience.

I ve had such a wonderful experience with Mercedes-Benz of Covington. So much so, that I ve purchased two vehicles from them in a years time. My Sales Consultant, Chris Dubuisson is the best. His sales approach is top notch! I never felt pressured or persuaded in my buying process. He was patient with me, and answer all my questions and concerns. He s gone out of his way to personally ensure that I m happy with EVERYTHING, from the car to the financing. I ve told all my friends and family about him. I highly recommend if you re in the market of buying a vehicle, go to Mercedes-Benz of Covington, and be sure to ask for, Chris Dubuisson, you WILL NOT regret it!

Service is horrible. I had a 9 A.M. appointment today for a check engine light. I told them I would wait. With a straight face, David said it would be 2 weeks before someone could look at it, and we don't have loaners. He looked at me like I was crazy for thinking I could wait with my 9 am. appointment. I left and will never use this place for service again. BTW, we purchased the car from them with a service warranty. I'm not sure what's going on with service. Stay away.

Mr. Joe and his colleague, both employed in the Service Department were AMAZING! My vehicle battery died, the driver s door was unlocked, the manual key was ineffective in locking the vehicle, and my frustration level was elevated. After several attempts in contacting several MB dealerships in the New Orleans and Metarire area neither had time to assist me. I decided to call MB in Covington. Mr. Joe was very helpful despite how busy he was. At some point he was summoned and gave the phone to his colleague. I don t recollect his name, nonetheless, he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He walked me through jumpstarting my vehicle and eventually getting my door locked. He was especially patient and extremely professional as I didn t have a clue prior to my new found knowledge of this process. My car is secured and all is well. Thank-you Mr. Joe and your colleague for taking care of a stranger in need. Happy Holidays and remain blessed.

I customized a GLB 2022 Rose Gold Mercedes and Alan Snow helped me through the whole entire process. I received it sooner then I expected and the process went great. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and had everything ready to go. Definitely will be going back for future purchases.

I am truly impressed with the exceptional service the Mercedes Covington team provided. The purchasing process was seamless, and we received our vehicle without complications. It's amazing that we could purchase our second car from this dealership within just two years. As expected, everything from the purchase to the wait until we finally received our vehicle was smooth and hassle-free. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Lynn for her invaluable assistance in helping us build our second car. She was patient and resourceful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our needs. Great experience! Found the car online, called the dealership and Samantha took great care in helping facilitate my purchase. I worked the numbers with Brandy in finance while I was working and by the time I was off I had a great deal. ***UPDATE: The operations manager, Jody Tate contacted my husband this morning and had a lengthy discussion regarding the customer service he received. He was sincere and apologized for the unpleasant experience. He did offer to make it up to us the next time we needed service. However, it was never about the money, only about the service. We just wanted MB of Covington to be aware.I was actually very surprised that my review was read by their team and was responded to so quickly. That s does count for something. Thank you Mr. Jody Tate for reaching out.If I could I would give zero stars!I completely agree with all of the negative comments regarding this particular Mercedes-Benz location. One customer review said it best and literally could've taken the words right out of my husband's mouth "this dealership is an embarrassment to the Mercedes brand and how Mercedes is supposed to treat thier customers. time wasters liars and the service department has no idea what they are doing avoid at all costs find a small certified euro shop don't waste your time with these crooks"Deborah Lesly (receptionist) and HannahSteiner (porter) were very friendly and helpful.David Holland tried to make up for his service department's gross incompetence.Shelly Blades (service client advisor) has the absolute worst customer service skills and should not ever come into contact with any costumers.Communication at this location between staff and between staff and customers does not exist. It took 2 days to complete an oil change and repair a recall part. When I booked the appointment I was told it would take more than an hour. We received a call at the end of the day stating that our vehicle was not ready and that they were closing and would call to update the next morning. We dropped the car off at7:45 AM!When my husband finally went to pick up the car and questioned some of the charges as well as the service, he was treated very rudely by Shelly.I don't know who owns this location or if they even know about the terrible customer service by their employees. Regardless, I will be sure to post this review wherever I can and will definitely tell any Mercedes owner to avoid thislocation at all costs. I doubt an oil change was even done to my car for $300! The sticker from the Blue Harbour for my previous oil change hadn't even been removed!When you purchase a car, especially a luxury car, you expect to get excellent service, and more so at the dealership. Beyond angry and will NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!

This is my 2nd car i have bought from this location and I m just blown away with the customer service. My salesmen Chris D never got frustrated with me wanting to look at several I mean several different cars. He went above and beyond showing me all the features and benefits of their new EV s. By far the best most knowledgeable sales person I ve ever worked with. The process got even better once we went inside, the GM JK and new car manager Kyle were very polite and helpful and showed they truely cared about the needs/budget for me and my family getting the best deal possible. I shopped around and they were by far the best price and easily the best shopping experience. Just when I thought things could not get any better, the next day we meet Damien to show us everything about our new EV, he was extremely knowledgeable, nice and patient with us. This entire buying process felt like a true red carpet buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership, they actually care about their customers and not just making a buck.

If I could give 10/5 stars I would!The honest truth is I was not in the market for a Mercedes, but since purchasing; I absolutely love my car.The selling point is by far the customer service provided by this location in all aspects. The lines of communication are wonderful, from beginning to end.I set my test drive up online, and then was assisted in person by Lynn Abide. She was extremely patient while being informative (I had a LOT of questions leaving an electric car, but trying to find something with the same convenience). She was beyond accommodating and kind to every member of our family, from my husband, to our teen, to our small baby. Anyone with any questions, she had an answer, and if she was unsure, she found an answer. We were definitely sold, and then dealt with Don Matthews who was equally as informative, and FAST. He explained everything to us in the buying process as well as the different tiers of maintenance packages and their different benefits.Upon picking up our car, Lynn made a wonderful experience even better by having our car ready with a big pink bow (after dealing with our daughters!) and her signature kindness.We have since been back twice, for our monthly car wash, and have been greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism each time, as well as a shiny sparkling car :).I have dealt with one other luxury car dealership at two different locations and they did not exhibit a quarter of the customer service that Mercedes has.This experience has raised the bar for any future car purchases, thank you to all who assisted us!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get any services done here. They charged me $700 for a battery replacement that took over 3 HOURS to finish. Then, they quoted me for TWO new tires that alone costed $900? Over $400 a tire? So, we obviously declined that and brought it to a different shop that quoted us SO much less. Once getting the car to the new shop, my lug key to replace the tires was mysteriously gone. I then spoke with the front desk lady and the manager of service repaires at Mercedes Covington and somehow my lug key just randomly went missing and now my tires cannot be replaced anywhere that does not have one for my car. So now I m out hundreds of dollars and a missing lug key to replace my tires.1. It does not take almost 4 hours to replace a battery and it should not cost $700.2. A lug key in a fairly new car does not just go missing right after getting it serviced.Extremely disappointed.

My experience with MB Covington was outstanding. I actually had the pleasure of dealing with two Sales Professionals, Erica King & Alan Snow. Erica worked with me to order my new GLE and Alan took over when my new vehicle arrived while Erica is on Maternity leave. Both of them were very knowledgeable and professional during the process, making my buying experience a pleasure.The entire staff at MB of Covington were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I rarely give 5-star ratings but I was genuinely blown away by the service here. In March my girlfriend and her daughter were driving from our house in Houston to visit her mother in Florida. They were in a 2021 Mercedes GLB 35, and a few hours into the trip the car started making noises. They just happened to be within a few minutes of the Covington/Mandeville Mercedes so they pulled into the lot.After explaining the problem, the staff helped my girlfriend get into a rental, and within 2 hours she was back on the road. Not only that, but the issue with the car was covered by the manufacturer's warranty which meant the rental was 100% paid for.It did take some time to get the necessary parts - about 5 weeks - but that's to be expected these days I guess. So about 5 weeks later I get a call that the car is ready to be picked up. Only problem... I'm in Houston and the car is in Mandeville. Plus, my job is pretty demanding and I don't really have the ability to travel on short notice. So I called the dealership and asked for the car to be delivered, expecting to be shut down. But no! They said no problem, and 3 days later the car was delivered to my front door. I was even able to return the rental to a local drop off location.I didn't know businesses still offered customer service like this. Next time I buy a car I will make the trip to this location regardless of where I'm living. Customer for life!I want to give a special thanks to David Holland who helped me and my girlfriend throughout the whole process. He is an all star and really came through when we needed it.

From the moment I walked into the dealership and throughout my buying experience, he was friendly, courteous and was able to answer all my questions. I had nothing short of a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Covington! I purchased my vehicle last week and Logan was the best salesman. I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, but I was indecisive about interior features. Logan pulled up 5 cars and took the time to explain the interior differences between each one. He was so knowledgeable about each car and did not make me feel any pressure to purchase. Ultimately, his attention to detail and responsiveness to my requests helped me find the perfect car. My great experience continued with the business manager, Don. He was very transparent and did not try to sell any extra or unnecessary packages. Great team and love my new car.
