I've been going here since they opened a couple of years ago. They've always been good to work with and excellent at ordering specialty tires. Michael and his crew run a tight ship over there that's for sure.

On my way from Florida to Texas in our motor home when I got a flat on my tow vehicle. Michael Meyers was VERY helpful changing our tire and getting me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend them for anyone local or passing through.

Called day before oil change to get a quote. I was asked for Year, Make, Model and provided that to receive a quote of $78. Go in today, hood popped and service started, the lady says I will owe $148. I explained I was quoted $78 yesterday, to which the lady that had quoted me agreed and said she was the one who spoke to me and she did give me that price. I ask how is it double today? They said it's because I needed 2 extra quarts. I said so that doubled the cost? They go speak to a manager, and come back saying prices changed this morning. So prices doubled from yesterday afternoon to this morning? Then, to make it better, they say they were not aware it was a foreign car, which is completely untrue because I had to provide the year, make, and model to even get a quote. Terrible service all around. Jamie and the other lady were sweet and not in control of the pricing, management is to blame here. Very poor way to do business. Myself and others who referred me will never return.

My coolant light came on my Jaguar and I was freaking out. I stopped in, they checked it, looked for leaks, and refilled it. I got an oil change while I was there. The coffee was great. They are fantastic team. I felt like my car was in good hands. They were very friendly and had a nice smile. Definitely worth the stop.

Came in for an oil change and the guys noticed that the serpiente belt was in bad shape. We traveled home for the holidays and during the drive we noticed our cars RPM fluctuating. We took the next exit and found our way to Express. We were fearing the absolute worst and still had 5 and a half hours left on the drive. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and to top it off, they didn't even want to charge us! I insisted on atleast paying some sort of fee for their time and effort. What upstanding and polite people! They saved us from a LOT of stress during the holiday season. I HIGHLY recommend this place as they are super honest and hardworking folks!

I would not recommend this place for service. They misdiagnosed a check engine light problem and told me to go buy a $260 part from the dealer which I did and then had Express Oil install the part for $75 labor fee. Turns out the check engine light came right back on the next day so I brought the car back and Express Oil told me that the 1st part wasn't the problem and now I needed to go buy another part for another $200. When I raised my extreme frustration all they would offer is to wave the next labor fee charge on the new part that I had to buy. No offer of reimbursement for any of the misdiagnosed parts and labor that they caused. I will not take my business there anymore and I highly recommend anyone else to find other service options for their vehicles.

Great place!! Everyone at this establishment is a pleasure to interact with. They are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. I stopped by because my rear brakes were suddenly grinding at low speeds. I arrived about 8:45am and they were able to diagnose and replace my rear brake pads and roters quickly while I waited. I also left with two new recipes to try that were kindly shared by Michael while discussing the wide range of Ninja kitchen appliances. LoL!! Pecan pie cooked in a slow cooker and the perfect rice pilaf! While this may not be what I went there for, it s just considered good old fashioned business lagniappe to me.Just an overall great experience!! I will be returning in the future for sure! Thank you so much Michael and crew!!

I brought my 2018 Tundra in to have my brake pads and rotors changed. I had my own parts, and the manager quoted me a very reasonable price for the labor. After they began to change my brakes they discovered the calipers were bad and needed to be changed. The Service Manager CJ, told me if I purchased the calipers he would change them for me at NO extra labor cost, just the original price I was quoted. This was a huge relieve as the calipers alone were close to $500. I can honestly say I was shocked. Not only did they treat me right financially, they also stayed late past closing time to finish my vehicle and get me back on the road. CJ the Service Manager is a stand up guy and he has my business as a return customer for sure. I would recommend anyone to come here for repairs. They are honest and fair!

Jamie, SHE did a great job. Very professional. Changed the oil and then showed me the clean oil on the dipstick. Topped off all the fluids. Checked my air filter and told me it was OK and maybe have it changed next time. No pressure to spend extra money.I will be back!!!!!

7 months ago, The guys that helped take care of our truck were beyond amazing and wonderful! They did such a great job and helped my anxiety go down by far! So I returned yesterday hoping for the same friendly, fun,and even informative service because as we all know, a trip to get your vehicle worked on is not one of our favorite things to do. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and an all point inspection due to some light wobbling and a rattling noise in my car. They told me my ball joints were almost completely rusted out my U-joint, sway bar links and bushings, as well as my shocks all desperately needed to be replaced and it was going to be almost $3000 in total, they didn t show me anything and I just got all that done a little over a year ago so I got a 2nd opinion, everything was still in good shape, some rust to be expected but nothing bad or things that needed to be replaced! Come to find out they charged me over $100 for oil change and an all point inspection but didn t even change the oil filter! They only added oil! A place I recommended to so many 7 months ago, just killed it yesterday. Beyond livid. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE UNFORTUNATELY!

The lady who handled our transaction was wonderful and kind. Treated us like close family and taking care of our vehicle. Josh and the other techs we very respectful and explained every detail for every service they did on my Suburban. They were fast and effiecient. I was shocked by how fast they were. Also, their tires were the best prices in town! Would 100% recommend to everyone to go see Josh!

This place is amazing ! The customer service is top notch ! I called NTB, Firestone, and Goodyear on 21 and they were all very rude about patching my tire saying it be several hours wait 4-6 hours.. I needed a oil change as well. They were just rude and unprofessional about the wait times. Express oil front desk customer service CJ was amazing and friendly. They fixed my tire and oil change in less then a hour ! Even though they had several cars already there. Highly recommend this place for all your auto service

I've come to this place for oil changes, inspections, and car care. They have been phenomenal in their work and care. Ashley is one among many who make this shop feel better than the rest. They care and take care of their clients! Would recommend for anyone in need of service for their vehicles

Excellent and speedy service! We were headed out of town for vacation and needed to get our tires balanced due to me hitting a curb. These guys are the fastest and best tire guys on the northshore. Wife brought her car in with a nail, pulled it, plugged it, and was on her way in 10 mins. That s awesome service! Stopped in on my way to work and was assured that my headlights and wipers could be done quickly. It took 45 minutes and there was no one around for me to communicate with as to what was going on. This place is far from Express and I won t be going back.

Ashley changed my oil and she was awesome. They were busy as hell and I had absolutely no problem waiting. They changed my oil pretty quick once I pulled my car in. Thanks for sweating your balls off because if I tried to change my own oil I'd end up with a oily surprise to the face. Ask for Ashley!

Excellent service. Bought a used car with 4 different brands of tires and it was vibrating on the hwy. They gave it a full tune up and new tires. Running like a dream. Thank you Josh and Chris for dispelling any buyer s remorse I had.

I had a couple encounters with the crew, nice folks, less than stellar experiences. It is a fifty-fifty on getting someone who heavily exaggerates the issue and having someone not qualified for what they may be doing to your vehicle. They will do the job, just make sure to ask as many questions as you can and properly understand what they intend to do before they grab any tool.

We always get our cars work on and oil change here. Very nice friendly works you can tell they love there jobs, they do awesome work and never A long wait..
