Hands down best dealership in the entire southern region. The Service department is amazing and helpful, especially the sales floor. They are very knowledgeable and can get any question answered. Every employee had a great attitude and they are willing to do anything it takes to make sure your needs are met. Jason is probably the smartest and best salesman I ve ever encountered so definitely ask for him.

Great service department. Called about getting my 2019 Wake Pro 230 Seadoo serviced and spoke to Reid. I let him know there were no known issues and it was running great at the end of last season, but it was time to get my annual oil change, and I wanted to get it done professionally with an inspection since I purchased it used last year and didn t have long-term detailed service records. They said to bring it on in the next day and, unless they ran into something, they should be able to complete it the same day. An hour after dropping it off they called to let me know that, upon initial attempt, it was cranking but wasn t turning over and confirmed that I wanted them to proceed with the regular maintenance service/inspection and then circle back if not resolved with new spark plugs or something else similar fixed in the normal course of the appointment. Of course I said yes, please proceed, but I really appreciate that level of communication. They called back a few hours later to let me know that, although new plugs didn t get it going, they tracked down the issue (starter sensor), cleaned and reinstalled the part, and it was running great and ready for pickup. They didn t charge anything extra for troubleshooting that issue. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also checked and greased my wheel bearings for no additional charge. The paperwork at checkout was sufficiently detailed on the inspection and the checkout process was smooth and quick.Although nothing very complex in this case, quality of customer service is evident no matter the service being performed, and Covington Powersports seems to have it figured out. I ll be a repeat customer based on my experience today.

The service department was amazing. Reed answered any and every question I had. My bike was quickly done once all the parts arrived. And what I love a lot is that they answer the phones and if they are busy they call you back. And they gave me updates on the bike and when the parts would arrive. They gave me updates. Honestly, I love the service department here.Also, a huge plus was that was of the shop doors was open, and I was able to look inside the shop from outside, and the shop, for it being a shop, was really clean compared to most shops. And the way I look at it, if they have pride in their shop, then they take pride in their work.

Although I go to Honda of Covington all the time and they share the same lot. This was my first time in.Looks nice enough. Tenants are helpful and answered all my questions.The Main reason for visit today was because I've become interested in getting a Bike and obtaining an endorsement. I want a Honda bike therefore here I am.Looks like they have a nice selection of Bikes, ATvs and water vehicles. Plus there's a small store in the back for things like helmets, gloves , oil Etc etc.Talking to sales people. They're tight like everyone else during COVID Fiasco's. There's no ability to custom order anything. It has to be there or allocated.There are no pre-paid maintenance plans though they do have a service department. There's also in house financing but I'd probably just pay in cash.On Bikes at least u can purchase an extended warranty up to 4 years though exactly what it covers appears more up to maintenance departments discretion so I don't know about that just yet.I left a 4* review not because it was poor or anything. I just feel I'd need to go through a full purchase of something and at least a maintenance visit for a complete experience review vs just a random walk in viewing. So hopefully next year when I look to buy my bike I'll have a more up to date experience review

We put a deposit on a crf125f for my son. We were told it was price+$200 dealer prep+tax=x price I won t disclose that in order to avoid issues with advertising their sales price. I put the $1000 deposit and the salesman via email and he followed up the following day and said it was Y price. I had not run the tax calculation but he had my address so I assume it was x price + tax. I went today to sign the paperwork and the total didn t make sense so I started asking questions and only at this time did they say well we have to add a $425 doc fee that had never been disclosed prior to that moment nor did the bill of sale state that it just said ttl. The fee amounted to the price being over 13% higher than the advertised and quoted price. I then got an explanation that its dealer overhead, let s call it what it is 13% more gross profit on the deal. We walked and they refunded our deposit so I will give them that. Total bait and switch trying to hide fees without even producing a statement showing the fees they literally just wrote the amount owed by hand with the fee baked into the price and I had to drag it out of them why it was so much. Be professional and disclose the fee, geez. Here is the email where we chose to buy the bike and there is only mention of the $200 prep fee and tax. Buyer beware. This is xxxx with Covington Powersports, we recently received your inquiry about our new Honda CRF125F. Great news, I do still have this machine in stock and available for purchase. We are not charging any manufacturer freight/surcharge. We are charging a $200 dealer setup. Bringing your pre-tax total to $x,199.

Great experience, highly recommend! I sent an email inquiring about a bike and a price, including a trade evaluation. Kyle (and team) promptly responded with the sales price, trade-in offer. I drove an hour and 15 minutes (local dealer, who are also great, didn't have this bike) expecting to have to argue (negotiate). Nope, what was in the email is what happened. Rode home on a brand new bike. Thanks again!!

Covington Power sports is awesome. Both Kyle and Cole went above and beyond to help me out. The whole dealership has a ton of knowledge. Also I had issues finding a floating dock that I didn t have to pay shipment on. They have floating snap docks in stock which helped me a ton. Cole keeps in contact like he should but isn t that annoying salesman. He listens to what you have to say and is laid back. Kyle is the same way. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

This January I bought a 2018 Honda Goldwing from Covington Powersports. This was, without a doubt, the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Darrell Uloth handled the sale for me, and he was always quick to answer questions and provide information I needed. I'm very pleased with the bike, all paperwork was handled efficiently, and all items promised were delivered. I would not hesitate to buy from Darrell and Covington Powersports again.

Talked on the phone with a salesman about selling them my fourwheeler. Was told they would give me a price if I bring it to them. Drove an hour to bring it to them so that they could give me a price just to be told that they aren t in the market for the particular fourwheeler I brought (told them the year, make and model on the phone).

Everyone at this Honda branch has been very helpful. Being a 1st time buyer, I really had no idea of the process. Joel, Jason and Michelle and all the other associates at the Covington branch were more than happy to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond what I needed. They ordered my bike and when it came in, Joel even came in on his day off so that I didn't have to sit in anticipation anymore. Thank ya'll so much. I couldn't be happier with this bike and this experience.

My overall experience from start to finish was outstanding. Michelle was very helpful providing information regarding financing options and application process from the get go as well as making the sometimes dreaded but necessary paperwork actually enjoyable. Thats hard to do! Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. Sage also did a great job providing the many options available and was very well informed on what those options were. He made it easy for me to narrow down the bike that suited me best for what needs I expressed to him. I purchased a Honda Foreman ATV from Russell here last week and I couldn't be happier with the process. I contacted 10+ dealers in driving distance and Covington Powersports was able to give me a competitive price. Brand new location is very nice. I had to wait 4 or 5 days for the ATV to arrive on the truck, but they kept me well informed of the progress. I would highly recommend this place.

I looked at a lot of bikes and a lot of dealerships, but I kept coming back to Honda of Covington Powersports. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Zero pressure environment. Extremely helpful staff that went out of their way to answer questions and help during the buying process. And continued to go above and beyond right through delivery. 10/10 Extremely happy with my Rebel. Will be back for sure.

I have to say this was some of the greatest people to deal with. Jason went over and beyond what I expected and gave me everything we wanted in a side by side. Michelle made the paperwork super easy and had everything ready for us when we got to the store. The guys that went over the bike answered our questions and even to time with my 9 year olds questions and she had a lot. lol. I have to say I am glad unfriendly Honda didn t want to help us with me purchasing of a bike. THANK YOU ALL.

I am from the New Orleans area. I was dealing with a terrible dealership. I contacted Honda asking about a bike and Kyle reached out to me early during the mornig. That very same day I went to Covington and I got approved in no time and left the dealership with a new bike and as a happy customer. Very professional and caring staff.
