I'm 78 years old and have used many, many automotive repair shop. And Christian Brothers in Covington, LA is by far the best I've ever used. My repairs where fairly priced and completed in a timely manner. They were extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. They are now "my forever" repair shop!!

When I need an auto mechanic, I go to Christian Brothers in Covington, La. The shop has excellent equipment and they can handle repairs on my Audi or Ford truck. John and his team are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work, honest, friendly. I've brought 3 vehicles to them and they have been great at communicating with me and ensured I understood all aspects of the repairs. They even helped me for free with small tasks when I was in a bind. The courtesy shuttle is a life saver and they are always friendly and willing to help however they can.

I have been to Christian Brothers twice in the last six months. Each time I was welcomed into a clean and comfortable sitting area with free snacks and drinks. Through asking questions, I found out it is family owned with the owners there each time. The owners were kind and gracious. The service was quick and reasonable. They were very knowledgeable and it felt like a trustworthy business. I will 100% go back next time a car issue arises.

Christian Brothers Automotive is unlike any other car mechanic I ve ever experienced, or heard of. From the time we made first contact, to the reception area, & interaction with the team it has been different. No hard cell, or complicated terminology. It s a place I would feel confident sending my wife or daughter to. Estimates come with photos and easy approval or disapproval process. Team was ready to answer any and all questions. The owners are on site and oversee the excellent process. Our vehicle was thoroughly repaired, as promised, and at very fair pricing for the incredible service received. We would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to our family and friends.

They are incredibly kind, professional, and hospitable with an impeccably clean and comfortable waiting area with free WiFi, fresh ground coffee, snacks, phone charges, etc. They took care of my car issue immediately and with me being a woman, they didn t try to sell me something unnecessarily. They were honest, upfront and gave me a price quote prior to starting anything. This will be my new place I bring my car for all my car maintenance. If you bring your car here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you John Coleman, you ve got a great business!

Staff is friendly, especially the office pet, Coco! The office and clean and comfortable. I like how they can schedule you the same day! I like how everything was thoroughly explained to me. They also have reasonable prices as well. Definitely worth my time and money.

First experience there. These guys were quick and very transparent. I was impressed with the attention to detail and manner of which they informed you of the issues. They provided comprehensive reports along with pictures and videos so that I knew the repairs were needed. The staff was very friendly as well! I highly recommend these folks!

The amazing group of folks at Christian Brothers Automotive, in Covington, LA are like none I ve experienced. They don t stop until they find out what is wrong and then they make sure it s affordable for you! This is a MECHANIC shop! They are honest, professional, kind and they make you feel like you re the most important customer they have! And, they have a free shuttle service to pickup/deliver you back to your destination until your vehicle is ready. I can not say enough about these wonderful people! I pray they prosper like never before in the coming year(s), because they surely can be trusted! Oh! And, the waiting area and powder room, looks like it s out of a design magazine! They are truly a blessing!

I had a lot of work done on my husband's work car a tune-up, brakes, rotors, oxygen sensors, two tires and oil change. They were very timely, professional from the technicians to the office. I would highly recommend them very satisfied.

Christian Brothers took good care of my car and turn it around quickly! Good, honest mechanics! Mr. James keep me posted and he also called to see how everything was after my service.My car rides just like it does when I first purchased it. This is one of the nicest and cleanest auto shops I ve ever been to. They also have complimentary shuttle services! I would recommend Christian Brothers in a heart beat. Came in and they showed me where I had wires showing on two of my tires. They replaced them and checked my alignment. Very friendly staff, clean and relaxing lobby. Fair pricing and honest service great people to work with. Will recommend!

Where to begin, this company deserves way more than 5 stars! From Johnathan to the mechanics on staff to everyone in affiliation with this location deserves more than 5 stars. Story Time. My Wife and I purchased her dream Jeep in March earlier this year. She was so excited to make the purchase because it was her dream since she was a teenager. When we purchased the car from the company (which will remain nameless because I m trying to uplift and not tear down) the Jeep had a plethora of steering problems. Ball joints ,springs ,control arms, driveshaft, rear end. THE WORKS (8k in repairs).The company only agreed to pay for some of the damages because it was still in the 90 day window of purchase. They didn t pay for it all but they paid for about 30% of the issues. Just to make it drivable. My wife travels 1.5 hours one way everyday. That s a long distance for a heavy Jeep to sway all over the interstate. It DEVASTATED MY WIFE to not be able to drive her dream car that we just purchased. We took it to Christian Brothers where they didn t feed me any malarkey or bull. It was straight to the point and very professional. The more we talked about the Jeep, the more they became like family. We worked together on prices and talked about specifics. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty which covered 95% so we only had to come out of pocket the deductible and a few small miscellaneous charges. After a long month of part availability and miscommunication from the company , CHRISTIAN BROTHERS NAILED IT. My wife has been smiling ear to ear ever since she has Our Child back from the shop. We are definitely gonna buy them lunch or something. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .

Worked with a couple of different Ford dealers. Didn't feel like they were connecting with me on a personal level. Christian Brothers automotive however connects very well on a personal level. They use and leverage technology with their quoting system. I felt like the whole thing was a smooth process with very good results. They flushed my transmission and did some periodic service that was required to be done. Very happy with this company

Wow! The office was beautiful, the people were so incredibly nice and accommodating, and top notch service. They even have an extremely nice shuttle service which is crazy convenient! I got alerts from my phone as they were servicing my vehicle and was able to approve or deny services with a click of a fingertip. The estimate broke each service down by price so I was well aware of everything I needed to know while selecting! I could not recommend Covington Christian Brothers Automotive enough!

Wow! Just look at those perfect reviews! Well Earned. Honest and Skilled! They could have charged me $2500 for a new catalytic converter system but instead, fixed it by blowing out the clog. Cost me about $150 instead. I would never go anywhere else if I lived in the area. You guys are the BEST!

The shop and office is clean and the staff is super friendly. I had an oil change and tire rotation and they offered a shuttle ride home to wait for the service to be complete then they picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Love all the staff at CBA in Covington! They were able to work me into the next days schedule for overdue servicing with a shuttle ride home to and from the appointment. The emailed detailed inspection report and recommendations allows for a user-friendly digital "menu" of services to accept or decline.This visit I opted for all the "attention required" items and can budget for "suggested" items in the future.CBA is gonna make sure my old 4Runner makes it to be my son's first ride!

The automotive knowledge and service at hwy 21 Christian Brothers automotive is considerably better than anywhere else on the North Shore. I ve been to all on the hwy 21 corridor. The service is very fast and affordable. If there is anything unexpectedly wrong, they call you with an explanation of what s wrong, how long it s going to take and how much it s going to cost. Overall, I ve been extremely pleased with Christian Brothers.

Great service. I dropped my vehicle off the night before, and they kept me in the loop when a tech was looking at it, sent me an estimate, and completed work promptly. I will use them for all my auto needs. Certain times a year they open up on an off day and give free oil changes for single mothers.

I found this company when I purchased a car from CarMax. They have a contract with CarMax to repair their vehicles. They were very professional, kind, and patient!They are truly focused on customer service, from those answering the phones, the courtesy shuttle, to those working on vehicles. This is the best in automotive care business I have ever been to! Everything is done with excellence. The customer service is truly remarkable. My 16-year-old son is the one who referred me. His experience was also amazing. He said they treated him with so much respect and it was such a godly environment. I ve been here for regular maintenance and new tires and alignment.
