Auto Zone is totally customer friendly!Their diagnostics was on point and exactly what I had going on. This made it easier for the auto center to service my car. If you need vehicle assistance, GO TO AutoZone for great assistance and accurate diagnostics. Keep up the good work!

My car battery was dead. I called and spoke with Nick who told me they couldn't bring me a new battery, but he did offer to come jump it when he got off work, which was about an hour. He did! Sweetest young man. I then drove around for a bit as he suggested, and then went back to the store and got a new battery.

This is one of the best AutoZones around this area. The employees are all really well spoken, respectful, and say hello is there anything I can help you with as soon as you walk in the door. Shaun and Nick are some of their great staff. They helped me diagnose what was wrong with my car and Shaun even put in my battery with a smile on his face. Would rate it 10 stars if I could

Normally I have no issue with this location however this morning I arrived 7:05 ish. No other customers in the building. No greeting. No "what are we working on today " I proceed to the back aisles and grab my oil and funnel and go to the front. There is a red shirt with no name tag and a week old crew cut just standing behind the counter. I approach. He asked "is that all you need?" I say yes and he marches me over to another setup where I'm instructed where to put in my rewards number and press pay when ready and he walks off. I explicitly went to a man who clearly had nothing to do but stand around and instead of doing the job he's paid for he elected to walk me over to a self checkout. I don't work at autozone anymore. I do not need to be processing my own purchases unless you're gonna give me the employee discount since I had to do your red shirts job for him. I finished my purchase without fuss figuring the young man probably shouldn't be in a customer facing job anyway and likley saved me from an even less pleasant experience.It will be some time before I frequent this location again and if this happens more at other locations I'll be sure to find somewhere else to buy my autoparts.

What can you not say great about this place!! Great customer service. Not the best prices, but they do keep a lot of paint in stock. They always have VHT paints I need!!!

I have to brag on the HWY 21 AutoZone manager. I sadly forgot to ask his name but his customer service was above and beyond all expectations. Today even though I purchased headlights and windshield wipers from a different local AutoZone location, I came in to the 21 store requesting help installing new headlights and windshield wipers. He did not hesitate to assist me. I was extremely impressed and grateful for his positive regard and willingness to help me out when he could have easily told me no. Thank you so much for your efficient and friendly service!

There are very rude employees, I went in and asked about a tool bc I didn't know what it was and jacob one of the employees says "oh he isn't the brightest tool" about me. Another employee kept sarcastically making jokes about me and my relationship saying "yall are so cute are yall on a picnic" and began laughing with his coworkers. When me and my partner were sitting on the tailgate of our truck waiting on a friend, clearly. If he is rude to a stranger I know they are rude to others. If those things are said to the wrong person ik things could happen with the coworkers and business.

I had a flat tire on the side of the road and called this location and I cannot complement it enough. Landon Dixon went beyond the call of duty and changed my tire when he got off from work. Please support this location. Mr. Dixon, thank you for your professionalism.

I was in and out within like 5-8 mins, that included a consult where the guy came out to my car, helped me find the little part I needed, brought me to the parts to check and see for sure if the one I bought was correct, and watched to see if I installed it correctly. They re great :)

Always a positive experience at AutoZone. At this store in particular, Landon is great. I'm not a real "car guy" and Landon never makes me feel like a shmuck for not knowing how to do something, or for asking really basic questions. As far as I'm concerned, there are no other auto parts stores on the Northshore.

Just want to thank Kyle E, and I forgot the other guys name for helping me today! They didn't quit until we figured out the issue, which was the battery and a blown fuse. Now I will rest easy knowing my daughter won't be stranded on the side of the road.

Staff always seem to be very helpful when you walk in the door. Their prices....eehhh, well... I think Auto Part stores put far to high of profit margins on the products they sell. Just sayin.

Some employees seem it is like an act of congress when asking question. Their was a guy who I asked a question about a part and he told me I had to Google the information. Wow, I thought you were an auto part store and had access to all make and models part info.

The level of customer service in this account, since I originally posted a five star review about a year ago, has declined dramatically. Their number one priority is apparently to give pricing quotes over the phone instead of servicing the only customer in the store. You should not have to wait 20 minutes for service in that situation. Very poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

Avoid this location I've had too many issues with employees giving me the wrong parts than they're rude when you go back to exchange parts. The big manager guy tries to intimidate you and tells you this is the right part like he's a mechanic and I don't know what I'm talking about. I've had to argue with these people almost every time I go here. Very unprofessional and rude to their customers. I've been working on vehicles my whole life trust me that these guys do not know what they're talking about.

We had a great experience with the staff. They helped us with replacing our battery as well as diagnosing our truck after replacing the bad battery didn't entirely work. We always come here for minor problems and issues and have never left dissatisfied!

I woke up and had an appointment to take my motorhome in for service but it wouldn't start. I tried using the jumper cables I use for my car but it still wouldn't start. I was told that I needed something stronger to jump it. I walked in to this AutoZone not really knowing what I was looking for. I described it but I'm not great with terms and use the word thingy a lot. I was directed to a jump box and the right size jumper cables. Since I am looking at getting a bigger motorhome, I did get the big boy version. He was very helpful in assisting me.

I stopped at AutoZone after driving my father's car and discovering it needed power steering fluid. I have no experience with this but was told that they would be helpful. The young man behind the counter did look up what kind I needed to purchase but didn't know how much so suggested I get the largest container. I asked if I needed a funnel for this procedure but he said his car wasn't old enough to need power steering fluid so he wasn't sure. He did bring me to their lovely selection of funnels though. I asked what size I needed but again he didn't know. I asked if there was anyone else in the store who might know and he brought me to Jason. I assume Jason was very busy but he did take the time to tell me which funnel to get. I purchased my supplies and headed out to the parking lot to call my husband to see if he could walk me through this process. Thank heaven for video chat. I discovered that it's easy for power steering fluid to overflow but all seems to be well. The funnel was the perfect fit! Jason was finally able to relax and take a cigarette break at the front door overlooking my work. He must have approved the job I did because he put the cigarette out and went back inside while I finished up. I'm so grateful for the help I received. Thanks AutoZone.

They always seem to have what, that's once you can get someone to help you. I can't understand why there aren't enough employees to handle more than 2 people. The last time, one cashier seemed to have a checkout issue, so she was out of the game totally! That left one guy to take on the store. Good clean store, just not a quick in and out!

Brought my battery in to get it tested and take advantage of the free battery recharge service when I brought the battery in they said we can t do that out equipment is not able to do that. But we can sell you a new battery. Go figure why advertise free battery charge service and then refused to provide that service but want to sell me a new battery. FYI they did the same thing a few months ago and would not exchange a car battery that was one day out or warranty shame on me for going back

Here s a review you do not want to miss I ve been a loyal customer of AutoZone for as long as I can remember.But not anymore as of today I had a battery issue that was a couple days out of warranty and they took it upon themselves to say that it was not under warranty anymore,and that I had to purchase a new battery.what is the most disturbing for me more than anything else I spend hundreds of dollars a month if not thousands of dollars a year at this one local store on all of my repairs for all my cars and all my family members but that will no longer take place I will go somewhere else from now on because I failed to honor a warranty. Are sales that bad that you need to take advantage of customers. What ever happened to the customer is always right in this case I am. This post will remain up until I receive a public apology and my part replaced under warranty.

I stopped by my local Auto Zone Covington La. on Hwy 21 , just to get a light bulb for my Map Lights. Associate was very friendly and found the correct part in stock. I ended up , as usual (window shopping) I asked for another item , I thought of & the associate found right away valve stem tool . I had to have WD40 as well. Anyway, the associate was very courteous and did make a couple up sales. I have always had good service at all the Auto Zone Stores. This one is Fairly New at a closer location and great parking, easy to get in and out of. I ll be back for more shopping at this location. Thanks again

The staff here was very rude. Not just one, but several. I came in to ask some questions about tires and air conditioning, and buy what I needed to fix the problems. They interrupted several times, and brushed off my questions about whether different items were of the quality needed. This staff interrupted the kind that make you feel as if you are foolish for not already knowing the proper equipment. As if you are a nuisance for asking questions. Auto zone is a good store, but you should NOT go to this location.

Great customer service at this location! The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I came in to replace a dead battery and Ebony went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved! Thank you.
