I regularly drive across the country and consider myself to be a fairly safe driver, but I recently had a collision at highway speed with a deer in rural Arkansas. My front end was fairly well-damaged but luckily didn t prevent me from continuing on with my journey. Later that morning once the shop opened, I called Fradella s Collision Center in Chalmette. I spoke with Dave Fradella, one of the owners, and explained my situation. He instructed me to take some pictures with my phone and send them to him. He said that he d call me right back after he received them and assessed the damage. He did exactly what he said he d do and told me to bring my van in after I got back to Louisiana. This shop is top notch. They worked with my insurance company and repaired the vehicle in a timely fashion. The vehicle looks and drives better than before I hit the deer! I have since recommended them to two of my friends, one of whom is very picky when it comes to his vehicle, and both were extremely satisfied with the work done by Fradella s. Their shop in Chalmette is huge and is staffed by a large number of workers, each of whom specialize in a different aspect of collision repair. I believe that they have three shops in the New Orleans area. I can only speak for my experience with the Chalmette location, but if the service that I (and my friends) received at this location is indicative of their other shops, then you won t be disappointed with their work at any of their locations. They take pride in and stand by their work. You are not just a number but a valued customer. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and HIGHLY recommend their services if you re ever in need of any type of body work on your vehicle.

Fradellas l did an amazing job with our car. This was my first time using them, but I knew of their reputation, so I drove all the way from Kenner to Chalmette to have them fix my car. And I m so glad I did. They did an excellent job, my car looks great! Even though it had about $10,000 worth of damage, when you look at the car, it looks brand new. Jennifer and Vincent were both wonderful to work with and I can t say enough good things about either of them. I am a very happy customer. Thank you, Fradellas!

Our son was in an accident that required both body work and mechanical repairs to his car. We initially brought it to the dealership where it sat for a week before we even received an estimate! We knew about Fradella s body work talent from previous repairs they d done to our car, but didn t realize they had a location that also did mechanical repairs! Once we got it to Chalmette, we knew we were in good hands. Vincent took such good care in communicating what needed to be done, what we could skip in an older car, and let me know weekly how the car was progressing. And the price was half the cost of the dealership!! I highly recommend the Fradella s family of collision centers. Very pleased with the level of customer service, turn around time, prices and quality of work provided. This is my second time using them, the first I had a small problem with a headlight cover which they corrected immediately. Highly recommended

Customer service was always above and beyond! Great communication.I highly recommend this place. Once I picked up my vehicle I intended to have it detailed and cleaned thoroughly and to my surprise, it was already done! My vehicles was done in a timely manner, exceeded my expectations! Mr. Vincent is such a pleasure to deal with, so kind and genuine! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Loved it! Diligent, honest kept me informed . I got my car back in mint condition. Vincent, Amanda and the whole team were informative, friendly, diligent, and gaff me frequent texts of when my car would be ready. And, it was ready the day before expected! Can t say enough! The whole thing was absolutely seamless from day one. Jennifer was very nice and helpful in explaining everything, and keeping me informed by text messages, (I prefer texting). Chris was also very helpful, and I didn t think I could have been happier until I saw my truck finished. it looked better than it did when I bought it!
