Jacki did great setting everything up to get my car in, Mr. Ricky assured me on their work--which is awesome, looks like a new paint job & they even cleaned the inside, I apologize I don't quite remember the name of the other lady working in the office, but she made sure to let me know when it was ready for pickup and got insurance supplement straight . Overall good experience from start to finish!

Ricky and Danny are the absolute BEST and I can t recommend this place enough!! Not only are they AMAZING at what they do but the kind, caring, and great staff here make your experience with car headaches so much better! I didn t even have my car repaired here it was dropped off here by tow truck overnight by mistake but Jackie at the front desk was so nice and helpful it made a stressful situation much easier. She made sure my car was safe and went out of her way to find my phone number to call me and give me updates. Excellent customer service!

Everyone was super awesome and nice. My car looks brand new. Mr Ricky was an amazing guy to work with. He saw details that I didn t and got my car ready for me. I was super happy picking up my car and seeing it waiting for me parked in the front. Plus they even detailed my car which was something I was not expecting and made the experience even better. Mr. Ricky Robin, Car Crafts Manager, is a genuinely nice person. He is very attentive to the needs of his customers and takes time inquiring pertinent information to have a great job done on your car. His office is ran very well as his secretary does a great job fulfilling the needs of customers also. Leann and Mike are the best! My fianc� and I have both brought our cars here a few times. They are always fast, efficient and have good pricing. Mike always let s me know my price up front and if there is a change from that, he always advises me of the change and ask if I would like for him to proceed. Leann is always so pleasant and sweet. Mandy and Ricky called to give me updates onfinding the parts needed and when the work would be completed. Friendly, professional.Car looks great. Worked on getting payment from a 3rd party. They even cleaned and detailed my car before I picked it up (inside & out).Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Can t imagine a better shop. They are always friendly and professional. Been going here for years as my dad did before me. They truly want your car to be like new and work directly with the insurance company to make sure that happens.

From the moment we arrived at Car Craft I felt totally comfortable working with Ricky and the Car. Craft crew. From the front desk to the front office and every one in between they were professional and preformed there job beyond our expectations. Our vehicle was repaired very well and was finished within the time period they outlined from day one. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed and in the timely manner in which it was completed. Thank you to everyone and we highly recommend Car Craft to all that need there vehicles repaired

I have to be honest... at first I was just going in for a quote but after talking with Ricky and some of the other staff they were so extremely nice that I turned my car around went right back in and gave them my business. I didn't want any other quotes they were so friendly and so professional that it was a no-brainer for me. I would definitely recommend car crash to any and everyone who needs work on vehicles and will definitely spread their name.

Best auto repair service provider. All team members are extremely professional. I truly respect Mike, my service coordinator's honesty & giving me several options. I didn't feel pressured & he wasn't pushy! Rare to find this level of service in the auto repair world

My car is always ready on time or before schedule. The staff are extremely pleasant and courteous. The work standards are professional and above average and my car is always returned to me cleaned inside and outside. I would highly recommend Car Craft for their services.

I had a real bad experience with firestone on West Judge Perez in Chalmette and CAR CARFT answer my prayers. They took my vehicle in as an emergency repair and got to work right away. Brought my car in for a simple strut repair and tie rods.I got my car back with my alarm working(never knew I had one) and my air bag sensor was corrected.The only place any sensible person would bring their vehicle to in the area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Raymond and the staff at Car Craft have kept my truck on the road for a long time. They always have time to talk with you and figure out any problems, but ONLY the problems you actually have! Their service is fast and affordable.
