My new truck was backed into in February causing damage from the front bumper to when the rear wheel stopped me. I didn't hear anything until late September from their insurance company.I was told about Shawn and went to see him. I let him know that I would be paying cash for everything to make sure things were done right and then send the bill to the insurance company instead. I asked for an honest quote and that's exactly what he gave me ... $12,500 for immediate and further wear damages. It took a few weeks for the parts to come in (supply chain, you know how it is today) and was told that it would take about a month to complete. My truck was done in about 2 weeks. He was able to repair some things and clean up a few others and save me a little money.After I drove off, I saw a couple of things wrong (change of light showed some compound still on one door and some spots on the other door) and let him know. He immediately took ownership of the very minor issues and even offered to make it right by buffing out some minor scratches on the top of the bed panel caused by transporting hay bales since the buffer would already be out (I wish it would stay pristine, but you know ... horses gotta eat) for my inconvenience of not having my truck one more day. He even offered suggestions to other small businesses that could help me do a few things that I've been putting off (install a gooseneck, spray line my truck bed).He's honestly one of the best I've ever had dealings with. He's very honest, ethical, and reputable. He was slightly higher than other quotes from people who refused to work with the other person's insurance, but he noticed a few things they didn't. You may pay just a touch more, but he's well worth the small extra to get it done right.I'm super excited to be able to drive my truck without the rain pouring and wind squealing through the doors and be able to clean my truck inside and out again without it smelling like mildew. Shawn is a very courteous and professional guy. He gave me a date to bring in my vehicle to do some paint and body work to my highlander and finished the job in a timely fashion. He also dealt with the insurance company and relieved me of the headache. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with his work and customer service. MillieServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly and helpful. Expect an honest estimate and know they will Stan behind their work. Shawn has always treated me right. I'll never go anywhere else for my auto body repairs.
