I came in for an oil change . I did not have an appointment, I was told there was only one service person who was doing oil changes and tires, he had done 15 oil changes and tires and still hadn't taken his lunch break yet, and he still agreed to take care of my oil change. I am very grateful for his kindness to squeeze me in.

Tonia is the best salesperson there is!! Yall go get with her she will find anything you are looking for and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for you! I called her and told her what I was looking for and within a hour she had the car parked at the dealership waiting for me to go look at it! Finally purchased the car of my dreams, thanks to her!

The service experience was great!!! The problem came when I was walking the parking lot and no one came out to talk to me. I had just finished a $675 service and was looking at the 2022 GMC AT4, again no one came out to speak to me about this truck or the BMW that I also looked at. Keep up the great work service department! It is the only thing keeping me going.

I bought a 2023 GMC here and every time I call to arrange for schedule maintenance I ve not been able to talk to the service department. I talked to operator who said she would walk my message over to the service department and have them call me back that was a week ago and I still haven t heard from them.

I'm disgusted with the service at Vaughn Chevrolet in Bunkie. Brought in my truck for an oil change. It was done too quick in my opinion. When I got the invoice there was no check sheet with the invoice when I went to pay for the service. I made the appointment on line selected the 6qt oil change. They didn't want to honor the $55.95 and asked about the check list sheet that normally is attached to the invoice stating the fluids checked and topped them off, don't know if they checked the brakes and let me know what shape they are in. Usually the mechanic will write on the check sheet how many mil are left before need to be replaced. Don't know if they checked the transmission fluids and the others. I talked to Jeremy at the service there and said they were out of the check sheets, didn't know when they would get any. If they didn't have the check sheets the mechanic should write on the back of the invoice of all the checks he did. They normally check the pressure in the tires and record it. I finally got them to honor the $55.95 oil change. They told me I had to print out the special. I showed the special to a Chevrolet dealer in Sevierville TN the last time I had my oil changed and they honored it and they showed what they checked and topped off all the fluids and had a check sheet showing what's in good condition and things that need to be watched. That's the way it should be done, not as I experienced at Bunkie Chevrolet. Very poor professional service. I won't be back to this dealer.

When I went to check out on the status of my vehicle. Mrs Lisa walked up to me to see if I needed any help and I voice my opinion to her. She sat down with me and me the perfect vechile. She actually took time explaining and listening to all my concern. I could not have ask for a better sale person. I give her a 10+ rating and would highly recommend anyone to her. She made me feel so at ease and as a person not just a number. Thanks So much Mrs Lisa.

$180 an hour and still doesn't know what is wrong with my GMC pickup and left it unlocked and parked way out back someone stole all the change and dug thru the glove box!, can't believe that they don't look vehicles

I have no complaints. I recently bought my 3rd car from Jay Stewart and he has been a true help! Customer and service oriented. I got my oil changed yesterday. Brad and his staff are still working out the kinks but we re super friendly and did a great job. I m happy to be a member of the Vaughn Value family.

I made an appointment online to have my 2021 Buick Escort GX serviced. I was greeted by an employee when I arrived and my vehicle was taken in to service. What a wonderful experience!! Upon entering the dealership, I had an idea of the vehicle I wanted but knew it was a little bigger than I wanted. Lisa did an outstanding job of listening to what I wanted, knew exactly what type of vehicle I may be interested in, gave me several options and lead me to the new vehicle that I am absolutely in LOVE with!! Not only did that happen, her expertise along with the hard working finance department was able to beat the pre approved financing that I came in with! Overall, it was a top notch experience and I would recommend Vaughn (especially, LIsa) as a great place to purchase a vehicle!!

we had the worst, most unexpected good friday and felt very helpless. thankfully we found our way to the next town, as we were on a trip and stumbled upon bunkie, and this dealership. everyone was so accommodating, and incredibly helpful. we are so grateful to Shonna and Blue, they worked endlessly to make sure we were able to make it home. We also had our 2 year old, which can be stressful especially in that environment. Shonna was so sweet to our baby, she definitely made a new friend in her. We are so appreciative and thankful for all of y all s help, we will definitely be back and highly recommend this location even from our home of shreveport!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I discussed problem with the shop foreman and he had a pretty good idea within 5 minutes of what the problem was. We discussed parts needed and cost of parts and labor and I left my vehicle with complete confidence that it would be fixed. The people I dealt with were very professional and attentive to my needs. I am very satisfied with my experience at Vaughn Motors.

I am 60 years old. I have purchased many vehicles and had service at 12+ different dealerships. I can wholeheartedly say this is by far the best service I have received. It may be the best serviced I have received in any sector of my life. This group went so far beyond my expectations I thought I was being filmed or punk'd. A special shout out to Nicki who drove me all the way to the Alexandria airport to catch a flight and THEN picked me up on a Saturday she was not working and drove me back to pick up my truck when the service department was closed. Brandi also gets a big shout out as she fed me while I was in the waiting room and offered to drive me from the airport on her day off. The entire team went above and beyond. I travel all over the country for work. This is the best example of stellar service I have experienced in this great country of ours. These people blessed me to tears. If I buy another truck I will drive the three hundred miles from Ft Worth to honor what they did for me. Bless you guys, my new family in Natchitoches ! I can spell it I just cant say it ...

I brought my 2017 gmc yukon into the BUNKIE LA LOCATION on Thursday 7/06/2023 b4 11a.m. bc i was feeling a small twitch r jerk. At 04:50a.m. i received an email informing me tht my tire was 23 psi. So im not understanding Y was it like tht. So i checked to c if they had moved it inside from whr i parked it. Wellll, i noticed tht it was 3 STREETS AWAY from VAUGHN DEALERSHIP whr i PARKED IT. That morning I called them to inform them NOT to drive it bc of the low tire. Keep n mind i NEVER MENTIONED ABT MY TRUCK BEING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION bc i was trying to gather all info and was checking to make sure there wasnt any system glitshes. I called tht morning and asked to speak to a someone in sevice. Well they verbally delivered an inaccurate message that i DID NOT LEAVE for the service department. I can also say this, this location BUNKIE La 71322Is VERY JUDGEMENTAL when going to this establishment. Out of all employees that works there only 2 are genuine Author in sales & Jeremy in service. Now to Carlos who no longer works there u did the best thing by LEAVING.

Mr Cecil, Bryce and Kenzie (I think I have her name right) were awesome. They had everything ready when I got off from work and drove almost an hour to get there. Car was full of gas and ready to go. They helped me get On Star set up before leaving. Thank you. I love my new 22 Equinox
