Called to see if they were busy first, told not at all. They told me to pull up and someone would come to me. I pulled up and waited 5-10 minutes, no one came. Okay, maybe they don t see me. Went inside, they re coming . Waited another 5-10 minutes, nothing. An employee even walked a ways in front of my car, MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME, then walked off. So I left. What s wrong with yall lmao

Horrible experience at this location. The tire tech damaged 2 of my lug nuts and claimed it was like that when I brought it in. I ended up having to spend $80 at the dealership for a set of lug nuts (no other auto part store had them). After they finally finished replacing two tires and rotating the other, I paid and got ready to leave, only to notice that they had damaged all 4 of my rims. There are visible scratches and chips in paint.I then told the service manager on duty Charles about the issue, and he went out and looked at them. After a few minutes of him trying to dodge responsibility, he reluctantly agreed to call over another manager so I could fill out a claim form for the damages. That's when I met with Shaun, who introduced himself as a Walmart coach and began the claims process. Shaun insisted that I go home, and he would finish up the claim and call me with the claim number, I refused. Instead, I stayed until Shaun provided the claim number. I ended up leaving just after 7:30 pm after being there since 3 pm.At no time did Charles or the other tire tech apologize for the damage done to my vehicle. I urge anyone reading this to stay clear of the particular Walmart tire center unless you'd like them to damage your vehicle.

MJ and APRIL were amazing. Very friendly very knowledgeable. And kept a smile on their faces even in this heat! WM better tale care of employees likethat!Good workers are hard to find ! Took great care of my Jeep! 5 stars! Ty MJ and APRIL in Broussard automotive!!!!! Ty!

DO NOT get your vehicle serviced here! One of the mechanics broke the switch to adjust my seat on my 2022 dodge charger and told me I couldn t file a report on it because their systems were down. I m also sure I seen Charles, the mechanic, doing donuts in my car when I was waiting for them to bring it back to the front. I called corporate and they said someone from management would contact me within 3 business days of the incident. I was contacted on 2/25 that an investigation would be started to see what happened and as of 3/6/23 I have not heard anything from anyone!Service: Oil change

Service was awful!!!!! I called before I went there to ask about a car battery. The gentleman was very nice over the phone. He informed me that they do install batteries (but they don't like to)with no charge. When i got there it was a whole different story. I waited for 5 mins for Mr Duke to get off his phone and get out of the chair to assist me. Like I said before I was told Wal-Mart changes car batteries with no charge. I already knew what kind of battery I needed but when I told him (Duke) he offered another kind and tried to send me to the Walmart on pinhook. Told him my battery was under the tire and he said they couldn't change it. Walmart rotates tires, changes tires, puts air in tires so whats the problem?? I bought the battery anyway and left. No one explained warranty and no one apologized for the miss communication. Walmart Tire customer service sucks!!

Walmart Tire Center had me in and out very quickly. Every employee greeted me with a smile, and every question was answered. I had a better experience there, than at most mechanics. Thank you, I shall return!

My car sensor showed low pressure in a tire and I remembered that this Wal-Mart (being close to were I was) had an auto department. I found out I had a roofing nail in the tire. They fixed it for $10. Great service.

Very professional auto techs friendly answered all the questions I had fast service excellent products always had my tire size in stocks highly recommended going here for auto service then on pinhole location which did not impress me at all the best place in town for all auto needs

These guys are the best! They had me in and out less than 1 hr for 2 cars. The prices are the best and they have one of the best tire warranties out there. Thank you guys!!

Bought new tire on pinhook, they broke my tire sensors and didn't change stem. Tire would leak air, DONT change tire on pinhook all new people who can't even change a tire correctly. Broussard Walmart put new tire on for me for 2 buks. Broussard Walmart has experienced employees.

No sense of urgency, staff chit chats and wastes time.had to wait for 4.5 hours to get two new tiers and an oil change, they had only two cars ahead of me.They have lost my business.

Horrible came in at about 8:35am for a oil change I asked how long it would be an I was told about 40mins 10:30am I'm still waiting

Horrible service, rude people, and policies are not explained at time of puchase. Wpuld recommend gping anywhere else but here
