A joyful experience dealing with Toyotech. Prices were affordable. David took his time resolving my concerns both thoroughly and thoughtfully. Brad and his team performed services on the vehicle in a swift manner. The team even observed a critical service work mishap that was done by another local dealership. It is hard to beat the value of professionalism and knowledge displayed at this service center. I feel reassured that my vehicle will last for years to come. Maintenance is key.

Really honest, don't give you the runaround, genuine group of people.Especially, my guy that works in the front office. He genuinely cares about you and your vehicle whatever it is that you're getting fixed on it. That is done right that you understand what they're doing and why they're doing it and all around good trustworthy people. Thanks again for all y'all help!!

I must say this is the best car repair shop I ever been too! Very friendly staff. Brad was amazing! U can't find any other place that will actually take you in the back to your car and show you under the hood and explain to u in detail about your car. As a woman who doesn't even know much about car repairing, Brad showed me how too change my own oil when I have to, due to my engine leaking oil frequently. Thanks Brad! You are the best. Will most definitely be back!

If you want someone working on your vehicle that cares about you driving in a safe working vehicle then u need to run to this shop. They are very detailed about what is going on with ur car or truck, up to date information when it comes to the diagnostic with a viewable list by text. Also always keep you posted about any problems they run into.

I don't trust anyone to work on my Land Cruiser, but in talking to Brad he seemed like a guy who pays attention to the details and someone I could trust. He is that guy you can trust and did a great job went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I'll be referring friends and family to him. I had a sticking tensioner on my 5.7 and ended up doing the whole timing chain kit.

Amazing experience here at ToyoTech! Brought vehicle in for an oil change and was blown away by the service they provide! I have had such bad experience dealing with dealerships in the past to get my vehicles serviced. Hands down this is the BEST shop I have EVER been too! With my vehicle being older and high mileage(2000 Toyota 4Runner 255k miles) I don t hand over the keys to just anyone for service. The owner, Brad, showed me things that needed to get down with my vehicle and answered every one of my questions without hesitation. With his many years of experience you can tell he knows what he is doing, which puts my mind at ease knowing my vehicle is going to be taken care of! I was able to call ahead and schedule an appointment to get everything done and I was in and out very quickly! 10/10 would recommend if you need service! My family and I will be bring all of our vehicles back here from now on!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Best service !! Best ppl !! Glad i choose the right place at the right time. Got stuck in lousiana during the trip but they helped me out with damaged parts as my car was not drivable. COST EFFICIENT AND TIMELY FIX. I owe a huge thanks to @brad and @ryan for getting me out within the stipulated time frame.

Brad at ToyoTech is the best mechanic I've ever had work on my vehicles. A truly upstanding operation here - honesty, integrity, a great value and they stand behind their work 100%. Brad took the time to explain to me everything going on with my truck and what was recommended. Can't say enough good things about this place, you wont be disappointed.

Brad and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner is a Toyota Master Technician who is passionate about vehicles and his his knowledge is vast. I see that there are many owners of Land Cruisers that trust him with their vehicles and that says something. They work on most all models of vehicle, not just Toyota and Lexus. The rates are very reasonable and he will be servicing the things I myself cannot do for many years to come. It's hard to find a technician you can trust. Brad and ToyoTech of Acadiana are one's you can trust.

Great place and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. The shop was very clean and organized. Brad was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Service was prompt and he communicated thoroughly with us in regards to pricing as well as prioritizing all the things that needed to be done on my older vehicle. I ve used ToyoTech of Acadiana three times now for different reasons. They are extremely reliable, courteous, extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and all around wonderful. If you have a Toyota or a Lexus, bring your vehicle here before taking it to the dealer. Such a rarity to find a shop that is straight, honest and reliable. I have a very old vehicle and they know how to work on it every time. Don t hesitate, to go see them. You won t regret it.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

Very professional and proficient.I brought my nearly 20 y/o tundra to ToyoTech with what I thought would be an expensive horn wiring problem. Brad was able to diagnose and fix a grease problem in less than an hour. Saved me from spending hundreds on unnecessary parts and repairs.Thanks for getting me fixed up.

Awesome crew, excellent customer service.I had to get the a/c compressor changed on my wife's car.Had another shop quote me $1,800 Dollars.And was basically gonna change the whole a/c system.I brought it to them and they diagnosed the problem and explained everything they would do.Needless to say I saved over $1,000 and had ice cold a/c in a few days.Definintly will be going back anytime I need mechanical work done.

As usual, the team at Toyotech of Acadiana continues to impress. From ownership to front desk service you feel like you re bringing your vehicle to your friends home to get worked on. They even showed up an hour early to do the work due to my schedule. They even corrected some mistakes that were made at the DEALERSHIP. I live over an hour away from this shop and it will always be the ONLY shop for me and my family. Quality, service, price is unmatched. Don t take a chance with anyone else when you can get the best job done the first time at a great price! I had two issues with my 07 Toyota Tacoma it didn t have cruise control and i had ToyoTech install cruise control for my truck! Now i dont have to hold the pedal down on a long trip! Then i had another problem with my headlights and attempted to do it myself but couldn t get it down. Let the professionals handle it!
