I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Tire Choice. Recently, I was stranded on the side of the Construction in Broussard with a completely flat tire in the evening time. Fortunately, I was able to call Tire Choice and they had my tire in stock. What's more, they went above and beyond by waiting for me to arrive after getting my spare on.I was amazed by the outstanding customer service at this location. Their dedication to helping me in a time of need was simply unheard of. I wholeheartedly recommend Tire Choice to anyone who is looking for quality service and exceptional customer care

I recently had an excellent experience with Tire Choice for my auto care needs. The pricing was competitive, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Liz was amazing and incredibly helpful, while Jason did a fantastic job with the service. Overall, I highly recommend Tire Choice for their great pricing, top-notch customer service, and skilled staff.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated 2 weeks ago. Tire choice called me and said I needed front brake pads. I didn t have time that day, so I took my car to my regular mechanic today to get the front brake pads changed. My mechanic shop called be 20 minutes later to tell me I did not need brake pads on front or back. I called tire choice in Broussard. The service manager hung up the phone on me mid conversation. I tried to call and speak to her boss or district manager. They have not called me back. The service manager in Broussard and her boss will not accept my call and will not call me back.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but never again. Very unprofessional. I've never felt so uncomfortable having my vehicle serviced. Between the manager and the mechanics, noone really seemed to know what was going on. Witnessed everyone else in the store with an issue so I should have just loaded the tires I paid for and gone elsewhere. Don't have high expectations for them to care for your property. Had tires installed, came back with 2 scratched wheels and a manager trying to charge me an installation fee that was already paid for.I'll give 2 stars because Jalen seemed knowledgeable and pleasant when my boyfriend brought his truck in for the same service 2 days prior.

Wow! The service here is phenomenal. They were very welcoming and were able to get us in immediately. The mechanic was awesome, honest, hard working. They really saved us from a rotor gone bad on a vacation. Thanks so much!

The female manager deserves a raise as well as the tech Devon. They immediately resolved my issue, which could have been a life or death situation that went wrong at a previous location best customer service ever.

The employees from the front to back are great ,courtesy , real friendly nice a make sure u leave your very please with services a more . I would recommend any an everyone to come here. You will leave happy an be back with a smile

Do not go here, they do not care about you or your vehicle!I asked them to fix a part on my car that required a metal bolt and screw instead they put only a plastic screw that was too small and it fell out on my way home, they also did not reset my mileage or redo my oil change sticker in the window, they did, however, do it when I asked them to after I turned around when I noticed it wasn t done, very inconvenient!

I arrived at 11:00-11:30 to Tire Choice. My wife's vehicle, the day prior, had given her issues. As I arrived, the only thing that was told to me is that it would take a while. I accepted and said thanks. I waited for 4 hours. My vehicle was never touched and nothing was mentioned to me about the wait. I approached the counter to ask, and the guy says, "I told you it would take a while." And I responded, " but 4 hours?" He then repeated, "I told you that it would take a while." I then called a tow company and had my vehicle towed to the dealership. I will never use Tire Choice again even though I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars there over the years on tires, shocks and struts, and oil changes.

Will not be dealing with this place ever again. I called them ahead of time and asked if they can change golf cart tires. They told me it would be no issue. I went get a trailer across town so that I can bring my cart. I show up with the new tires and they tell me that they can't do it. The 2 guys behind the counter could have cared less by reading their body language. I asked them why didn't they tell me this when I called in advance. They responded by saying "I just thought the rims and tires would have already been taken off." I will go with the local guys who actually care about repeat business. It's a little further drive but it will be a lot less hassle.

I Called Tire Choice to get a set of new tires on my Sprinter Van, They were quick to tell me about all the tires they had in stock and the 3 brands they offered, I picked the best ones and they were cheaper than the other guys in town so it was the best deal for the best quality tires. My van is so much better now! Love it - highly recommend it and they did the job really fast. I paid $776 out the door which means that i paid $195 per tire after tax etc. for 10 PLY heavy duty tires for a Mercedes Sprinter van, Much better tires than what comes with it off the lot. You can however buy some tires as cheap as $110 if you want. Hope this helps you decide, TIRE CHOICE for the WIN!

I was supposed to have an oil change with tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. Now I wonder even if the oil was changed ? never again

Been here three times and they have been great each time. Their AC was out in this (feels like) 108 heat and they still changed my oil quickly, inspected things around my vehicle, ext. Bless them and people like them that keep us moving.

Made an appointment to have my four boat trailer tires replaced. Had a 1pm appointment, dropped the trailer off (with boat still on it) a little before, and it was finished by 2pm. Clyde got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Best experience I've had in a tire center.

Don't do it. The mechanics are great but the people at the front desk would try to push services on you that are not needed. Put it this way you better know something about cars or they will tell you something is wrong that isn't really there.The lady at the desk told me my alternator needed to be replaced when in fact it was a corroded battery cable causing my issue. There's a huge difference in paying $20 versus $400 for an issue that was not there. This was the broussard Louisiana location. Again the mechanics over there are amazing they're friendly the people at the front desk ...I have no words

Bought two brand new tires with Road Hazard coverage 10 months a go from here. My car has been driving a little rougher than usual so I brought it in for them to have a look. They told me that one of the tires were bogged and that being I did not get an alignment done after replacing two tires, the warranty would not cover the insurance I paid for. However, they would be willing to prorate some costs towards 1 new tire that was worse than the other. The guy who sold me the tires checked my alignment before purchasing and was told I didn t need one. Why would he sell me 2 new tires, talk me into getting the road hazard insurance, and fail to mention in order for them to cover the cost of tire replacement or repair, an alignment must be done once tires are replaced, but instead tell me that I do not need an alignment? To top things off, the guy behind the computer was rude and disinterested in what I had to say, cutting me off several times. I would recommend choosing a different place for tire repair and/ or replacement. I most definitely will not be going back because of their poor customer service and poor communication towards me. Also, plz keep in mind there aren t many times I ve left a bad review unless it was awful enough to warn others. I hope this review helps someone in choosing a different tire shop so that they don t have the same experience as I did.

These guys have Autozone across the street. It's where every tire or brake shop get their supplies. Had my rotors changed out 8 months ago. Called to make an appointment and complained about my right rotor being ruined after a few months. And said what would you do about it. Everything checked out fine last visit. Calipers were fine, pads were brand new. But hey things happen... it's life... And here i am. I dont ever go put my name out on the internet to complain. But when the guy hangs up on me, midway of me telling him I know you guys put after market parts on the vehicle. That's fine. This is why we have social media so they know the truth. So on and so forth. Giving all of my business to Mid South. And will steer everyone away from this place. I'll have fun at the next commerce meeting. I dont ever want to harm a business. But this is a corporate joke of a business. So i do not mind. Cheers

Have been going here for years for all of Families tire needs. That is all history now. Brought vehicle in at around 8 am for two new tires . Left for 1 1/2 hours, came back and vehicle parked in same spot. Guy behind desk said aw man , we screwed up, I told them to start working on another vehicle. I m gonna give you a little something, our mistake. After waiting another hour, stranded at store, long story short, got a $4 discount on $433 bill. Customer service is non existent at this place now. Be forewarned , lots of Better choices in Broussard/Youngsville area. Good luck!!

Follow Up: Finally had the work done that they recommended. Shane and the whole staff were excellent. I felt totally 100% confident in their recommendations, pricing including labor, was up front and I think it was fair. Only owned the car for 4 years, but has never driven better! (BMW, Total suspension replacement)I highly recommend! See y'all in for tire rotation and replacement, hopefully not too soon, though!Original: Very helpful, knowledgeable, even showed me the actual issues. Have been using them for years, and will continue to.

Came for an oil change. They only had me and one other customer. I have been sitting now for 2 hours. 2 hours for an oil change. Wow never again. Don't ever come here for an oil change. Unless you have all day to just waste. Actually let me correct that 2 and a half hours.

The removal of the 3 year alignment agreement has me now doing business at Firestone for other services. They offer a lifetime agreement for $200. Well worth it. I have/had been an Allied customer for 20 years before - because of this agreement. You have lost considerable business since removing that - at least from me.

Great service, had a fast leaking hole in my tire which i plugged with a screw to stop it from going flat before i could get there. I called ahead because they were about to close to ask the manager if they could help me he was overly nice to me and said they would wait for me even tho i got there at closing i was greeted promptly with a smile. Very quick and courteous employees. They have gained my business for now on. And i will always recommend this place to anyone that asks. You guys rock!..

I needed quite a bit of front end work and new axles done in a rather at the moment kind of situation. Shane and Mr Robert set up an appointment and got me right in the next day. Without an appointment you're going to wait, and you may wait with an appointment also, they are under staffed like every other business in town, so be patient and give time, time.I enjoyed myself while I was there, and if you engage in a little bit of conversation like a normal human being you might experience some gainful wisdom and insight from The mechanic, Shane and Mr Robert like I did. Hats off to the mechanic, I appreciate your skill and your workmanship. Thanks guys!
