The team at Precision Collision is amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of, even helping me with something that they dont normally do. They kept in touch with me as the vehicle went through the shop and made sure I was in the loop. I highly recommend using them. It s never fun when you have to put your vehicle in the shop, but they make the process much easier and more manageable. See the before and after photos

This is the best collision shop. The employees are very customer service friendly. They made my car look brand new. I have used them in the past and all experiences have been the same. I feel like they work hard for their customers.

Figured I d share my experience with this place since the most recent review is from 3 months ago and before that one is over a year ago. Again, this is my experience and yours may be different (hopefully) that is. I originally brought my truck in on April 24th 2023 to begin repairs I will attach pics of the damages which are moderate IMO. After the course of over 3 weeks I finally get the call my truck is finished. I pick it up on May 17th. While going over their work, first thing I notice is they re-used all the old plastic trim from before the accident which had minor scuff marks no big deal, they agree to fix it .they did not align the hood back properly (one side is flush, other side is raised) the chrome bumper they replaced, also not aligned correctly (driver side has a bigger gap than the passenger side) on my way home I notice the alignment worse off than when I dropped it off. (Steering wheel off center and pulling to the right) Next thing I notice is scuff marks on my passenger side window tint while cleaning the window one day. Then I notice a small cut on my passenger side tire. We agreed on finishing up the work on June 2nd upon arriving I tell the manager I can live with the hood and bumper not being perfectly aligned, I can try to fix it on my own free time. I didn t want to be stuck over there all day. I m mainly worried about them fixing the plastic trim, the OEM valance/air dam is upwards of $300 from GM. IT TOOK THEM 6 HOURS TO REPLACE ONE PEICE OF PLASTIC. Which I m sure was only to charge the insurance a higher labor rate. I had to wait because at this point the rental agreement is over. Going over the work again and it s still not fixed correctly! They cut 2 tabs off the new valance/trim for whatever reason and it looks like a cheap aftermarket part because it does not, and will not fit flush like the factory part did. My honest opinion is if you take pride in your work it should have been fixed right the first time.. They did replace the tire and get the truck re-aligned. The owner throws his hands up and swears there s nothing else they can do.. At this point I m too frustrated to keep dealing with this place. The more you look, the worse it gets. Hopefully this review helps you make an informed decision when choosing a body shop. If you take pride in your vehicle. Go somewhere else. You can t make this stuff up. Make your own assumptions off the pictures provided.

Completely satisfied with the services provided! All of the staff that I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Customer service excellent! The turnaround time in getting my vehicle repaired and back to me was quicker than I had even anticipated. They went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly for me. And when I did get my vehicle back, it was even cleaner than when I left it there the week before! In my opinion, that is going above and beyond.Service: Body & Trim

Got into a car wreck in Lake Charles and had to deal with the person who hit me s insurance company (which was the worst). Precision Collision was great to work with every step of the way. They worked with the insurance company, lined up a tow truck to get my car, and had it looking and driving like new when I picked it up. They were still working with the insurance company when my car was done, called and told me they weren t going to hold my car waiting on the insurance company to approve things that had to be done. I really appreciated that. Everyone I spoke with was great.

They are really great at what they do. My car is in better shape than when I brought it to them.But, the best part is their customer service. I must have called 5 times to ask about my car. Some of yhe nicest people you will ever meet. I'm not big on going to mechanics, but they made me feel so comfortable. A lovely family owned business who has more certifications hanging than I can read. I have found my mechanic for life, not that I'm looking forward to being smacked into again.....

This is from my boyfriend who is out a lot of money and the guy won't even call himBack. It would let me upload the awful pictures.I would like to let everyone know that this is how I got my car back from Precision Collision in Broussard, La. This was the first thing that I saw as I walked up to a car that I had 100% painted. There was trash all over the car in the paint job. They didn't paint the whole car like I paid for. They had horrible tape marks all over the car where they cut corners. To make things worse the owner blew me off like it was nothing. My advice is to never use Precision Collision if you want quality work done. I ended up trading my car in because the inside of my car smelled like they spilled lacquer thinner and it was giving me headaches.
