They were on my needs immediately. I thought I was going to have to wait 36 hours.....but got me fixed up and out in 2.5 hours.

When I bought new tires in Feb of 2022 which was 25k miles ago, I was told I was getting Cooper tires, when picking up the vehicle, mastercraft is what they put on my car without telling me. I went to get tires rotated and one of them checked for repair or replace because one was leaking air and advised them to call me and leave voicemail if I don t answer, when car is ready. 5:00 rolls around and being busy at work, I forgot about my car with no voicemail, I called them to pick my car up. That following Tuesday, I go back in to have them replace my lugnut because one of the technicians rounded it off. They did that with never offering an apology. Next Saturday I go to my local Toyota dealership for oil change and they tell me i have 3 bald tires (I had one replaced in 2023), mind you total of 25k miles , my tires are bald and need replacement. Not the way I want to do business! I Do not recommend

Definitely not the place to stop if you have a flat tire. First, you can expect to wait a tremendous amount of time inside just to talk with someone. Followed up with a time frame of two hours simply to repair a flat tire. I do not understand how this place has 4.5 stars at the time of this review, but definitely not the place I would go again

I had a slow leak in my back tire. I called NDT @ 1030a on a Friday. They said they would work me in. It's 11:11a, I'm done. Paid and out the door. Now that is service I can live with. NTD has a forever customer. Great job,great price and just good people. It's nice to see customer service is alive and well (on a Friday never the less)at National Discount Tire.for what it's worth I called the other guys in town and no one could take me until after lunch.For life you hear me you have a customer for life Thank you National discount Tire!!

Man I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. They did a really good job with my alignment. However when removing my old tire, the bead/inside wall got damaged in the process. I really wanted to keep it for a spare. Did some reading and apparently this is a common issue when Un-mounting old tires. They do have the best prices in Lafayette for vogue tires.

Brought truck in for AC repair. When I got truck back the check engine light was on, door seal was on backwards, steering column was loose and none of my steering wheel controls for my radio worked. Brought it back in for them to fix what they messed up. All fixed except check engine light. They claim it has nothing to do with them. Maybe coincidence. 4 days later, AC stops working while I m in west Texas. Two weeks later I get home and bring it in again. This time I leave it for a week so they have time to really look at it. But now it s a different part that needs changing, which costs another $1,000+. At this point I m over $2,000 into this. A few weeks later, here we are, I m in west Texas and the AC stops working again. Going to bring it back one more time, but unfortunately I have another 2 weeks in west Texas with 100�+ heat. Hoping third time is a charm. Otherwise I ll be needing my money back so someone else can fix it.

Fast friendly, professional service. I suddenly had to leave town. Within an hour they changed out 2 tires, changed oil, check fluids and made sure I was road worthy. I will definitely bring my car back to them when it is time to take care of my cars maintenance.

I am from New Orleans, live in New Iberia and travel to Broussard for work. Two days after my sister passed I was driving to work and experienced a blow out on my tire. Never having a blow out before and no safe location to pull over I drove on the tire and rim. Long story short the tire place treated me with so much compassion. They were able to locate the two different size tires needed for my car and also bent over backwards finding me new rims since I destroyed the old ones. They went out of their way to help me with the entire process, handling all the shipping issues, even went pick up two of the rims themselves and delivered my car to me at work so I wouldn t have to walk and get it. Forever they have me as customer!! Exceptional service and compassion in a very hard time in my life. Thank yall for everything!!!

These guys are the best at what they do. They have all our business. They are speedy with quality work. Highly recommend!!! Not to mention they are very friendly!

Was traveling in the area about 14 hours from home. hit something on the interstate needed an alignment. The did get me in fast but it pulled harder to the left than when I dropped it off. They had test drove it twice but it was a waste of my time and money.

We had a flat on Memorial Day and David Weimer at National Discount Tire and Brake in Lafayette absolutely saved the day. He called around NUMEROUS locations and found a difficult to find size. He truly went the extra mile and I sincerely appreciated his effort. He has the relationships in the area to make things happen!

October 6,2018 I caught a blow out on my Honda. I called ahead spoke with Brett Williams,about prices for two sets of tires. Being it s approaching winter and the one tire blow out.i figure I ll purchase in sets. I inquired about how much and when can I come in.Brett told me I could come in anytime before 12. I arrive at 11. Only to be told by Brett that the truck made its delivery for today and he could have my tires in first thing in the morning. I arrive at 11. The tires was in but I didn t get a call informing me. The receipt say I was out at 1:14pm and I was checked in at 1:13 pm ... how? In a minute?..it only showed how long I waited tbh,But moving forward NOV. 7 my tire goes flat. I change my tire with a spare. I drove up to National Discount Tires & Brake,inc. Spoke with Brent Williams who told me to pull my car around to lane one. I took my rim out. We inspect the tire together. He said he would repair it with a patch. I stress the point of winter. I don t want to run into issues. If anyone know how being to work on time holds a high price tag so you want things corrected. Brett then informs me I would have to wait and he ll have it patch.Come back in 2 hours. I said ok, I go to Walmart. Then I return two hours later. Brett tells me to pull around. He then tells me it was a nail. I ask where is the nail ? Oh there isn t one. So I m prized. There was no hole in my tire but now it s a different story.I ask why is there a plug in my new tires. He tells me that s the best way to fix it. I ask so how long will it take to put my tire on? Brett tells me he can t put it on but he can tighten up my lug nuts in the morning. After 234 dollars later two days of work missed out not to mention the endless hours wasted waiting. Brett tells me when I called to ask him why my business with you guys seems unimportant.At any point show me basic customer service. Brett said he didn t charge me 27 dollars for the defect. I informed Brett I didn t ask for free. I asked for a peace of mind knowing I m given good service so I don t run in to issues this winter. I ask Brett why still didn t I get a receipt even if it said 00.00 charges. He said I didn t know you wanted one. Brett then tells me how other ppl that was infront of me spends thousands of dollars more then me. At this point I was just taken back and over the whole experience. I informed Brett I understand his way of thinking but if he would have told me my 234 dollars spent with his establishment held no weight I could have gladly take my business else where. I just couldn t understand why? ... I m sorry I spent my time money and business there!
