Hart does an amazing and DETAILED job!!! He reached out to me saying the color match wasn t perfect and that he knew he could get it better, i have n e v e r had work done where they went back and perfected something without me even having to mention it was off. I got my car back in the most beautiful shiny pearly white and could not be happier with it! highly recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do business here and risk your own sanity! Hart is horrible at communicating. I was told one time frame and it s now more than a month out and I m STILL waiting on my car!!Even past the deadline of when my car was to be completed, I still didn t receive a call or text to inform me of any delays! No customer should have to keep contacting the business owner for updates. What was to be a gift has turned into a horrible experience! So disappointed.Signed, still waiting!!!Update! More than two months later, I received my car not fully completed! After multiple attempts, Hart still hasn t corrected the imperfections in the paint and body work.He has gone ghost and stopped responding! Worst decision ever made! Lies!! You never completed all of the work. There was still work that needed to be finished from the job! Speak about how you pleaded for more money after the deposit was made because you couldn t pay your employees! I ll post everything! Shady business man! Wonder why you went to jail for theft! So being a veteran with PTSD I can definitely overreact. Well I sent Hart a text about how upset I was that there was a dent and paint chipped on my brand new vehicle and I was acting hysterical. He very promptly and calmly responding that he could help me out. He was able to get me in quickly and get my car back to looking brand new in no time. I appreciate his quality of work and character as a business owner and I m positive he does his best to assist everyone with this level of customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Even though Hart typically does auto body work, he was willing to entertain an inquiry for a power steering rack replacement that I needed for my 2002 Honda Accord. When he at first quoted me a price that seemed too good to be true, I thought that either he or I might have misunderstood one another. Compared to quotes from other full service auto mechanics, his price was by far the lowest, the next highest price being 50% more, and the highest price being more than 100% greater than Hart's quote. When I asked him how he could afford to do the job for so much lower a cost, he replied that he doesn't over-charge on labor like most other shops do. (e.g. He wouldn't charge us for like 4 or 5 hours of labor when it only takes his guy something like 1.5 hours to do the job.) And as far as I can tell, my power steering fluid leak is now completely resolved. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his integrity, and I'm a very satisfied customer!

If you need great work done in a timely manner with a trustworthy business, Hart is the man to call! Hartless Customs is the only business I will use for repairs!
