I had DSA Collision do repair work on my jeep wrangler. The good that paint match on tailgate was a good match. The Bad. Every time I called to get information or anything they told me they would call me back. They never did call back.I had to show up to the shop to get information. Other issues came up later after I got the jeep back. I was rear ended so spair tire was also hit. I ask them when I picked it up if spare tire checked out they said it was fine. It was not wheel is bent. Found that after I put it on jeep when I rotated tires.

If there was a way to do less that one star I would.Julie at the front is good for nothing. Only answers the phone and writes notes. Every time we had to call up there Jeramy could never take our call and Julie never had an explanation for us. After a month we were getting no communication from them to the insurance company so we had to start reaching out on our own. Was quoted a 5 day repair that turned into two months. They never called to let us know what was taking so long or even tried to offer an explanation. But during that time the guy working on our car is able to paint multiple vehicles for our landlord but can't get our repair done in a timely manner. Was told our vehicle would be sent NEXT DOOR for an alignment on a Wednesday it didn't leave until the following week on Thursday. Pictures were sent to us from the alignment shop of the driver side framing bent due to poor handling on DSAs part. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED BY DSA OF THIS INCIDENT AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. We requested that the car not be painted to save us some money. We only received two hundred back following being charged almost 700 in paint fees with NO PAINT WORK BEING DONE.I tried reaching out to Jeramy via email twice about that issue and never got a response. When I went to pick up our vehicle I was informed that one of the workers broke the passenger window switch and it was not fixed at the time of pick up. Upon driving up there the next day to collect our receipt (that was never sent over) I was informed that we would be receiving a call when the switch comes in. These people WILL NOT return your calls. At the end of the day GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Added are two pictures of the bent frame on the driver side and one of the passenger side to show the difference as well as the repairs they did on the passenger side as you can tell NO PAINT WORK DONE TO THIS CAR WHY DOES OUR BILL REFLECT 700$ IN PAINT FEESServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Rude customer service and pickup date was pushed several times to the right. I can understand delays but this should have been relayed to us. Everytime we called to get a status we were instructed It s complete when we call to tell you it is in almost that exact verbiage from the secretary. The links sent to us via text would say 1 date and when that would pass with no actual phone call we would have to initiate the call to get a status. Usually it was the statement above in reply. Car was at least repaired well, or seems to be, and time will tell.

I am delighted to say that I have absolutely zero critiques. They kept me updated with a daily text, it was finished a day EARLY, and when Enterprise wouldn t pick up the phone when I needed to bring back my rental, Jeremy came to shuttle me to my car. STELLAR service! P.s. The people at Enterprise even said this was the body shop they recommend to people when they ask.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone texting on their phone rear ended me at the stop light in Broussard. I was literally able to watch her in my rearview mirror as she didn't even touch the brake until it was way to late. Damages weren't too severe, but tailgate needed repainting, new bumper, and repainting of the rear quarter panels where the paint was scratched by the bumper pushing in. Called up my insurance company and told them what happened, they contacted hers and had DSA listed as an option for repairs. Brought it in, and about 2 weeks later I had my truck back good as new! It's been about 4 years since that happened and the paint still looks perfect! Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over all the damage and repairs with me before and after so that I understood the extent of the damage, what repairs would be necessary to fix it, and how much it would cost. I know it's been quite some time since then and parts are much harder to find in Brandon's economy, but I would not hesitate to use this shop again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to say that Jeremy and his guys did an exceptional job on our BMW x5. I received other quotes, but not only was his price lower but he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Great job on my door, and if I ever have any other issues (prayerfully not), I am coming back to DSA. Thanks again.

I was referred here by a mechanic for my door. Fair pricing and great service. All the guys in the shop seem like great people. Jeremy listened and also gave me some tips because I usually work on my own vehicle. Great work and plan to go there for any future projects that I need done.

I brought my vehicle here for an insurance claim after someone collided with me and their insurance company listed this business as a prefered vendor. My vehicle had damage to some trim and a wheel rim. My vehicle was initially sent to an alignment shop where they determined the rear axle was slightly off and did not want to align front end until DSA Collision had checked it. After my vehicle was at DSA Collision for one month with no updates or without even an estimate being uploaded to the insurance company, I began to call and ask about my vehicle. I was told by the secretary multiple times that my rim was at the rim shop being repaired. After six weeks, I called the insurance company handling the claim and asked them to call the shop to check on my vehicle. They were told that it was just waiting for the rim, but still no update to repair estimate. After 7 weeks, I called and told secretary that if my vehicle wasn't ready, that I would like to come pick it up and take it to a different shop. I was told that the vehicle would be ready the following Monday. Monday came and I did not receive a call. I called and said I would come get vehicle in the morning and to please have damaged rim on it so I could drive it to another shop. I was told that owner was picking up rim. Tuesday morning I arrive and am told that rim is being put on and it is almost ready. When it is finished, the owner tells me that they tried to order rim but it was on backorder and difficult to get so they refinished existing one, which I was told from the begining is what would be done at rim shop. I then took it to have alignment done. They were able to align front end almost perfectly, but my vehicle still pulls to left, leading me to suspect that no work was done on my rear axle. Also I checked online for availability of oem rim for my vehicle and the first site that came up had one in stock for under $300. I was never contacted by owner after calling numerous times. I think I was lied to and that no work was being done on my vehicle for over a month and a half. The trim and rim were repaired adequately, but the time to do so was prohibitive. After having my vehicle for over a month and lying to me for 2 week, I finally drove over there after he wouldn't answer his phone. Only to find out that not one thing was done and it in fact was not waiting on the alignment shop as I was told. Ontop of that the inside of my jeep was covered in white mold because water was leaking in and it sat outside in the weather for over a month untouched.

Great service and extremely professional. Jeremy was easy to communicate with about my vehicle, and you can tell he truly cares about satisfying his customers. I would strongly recommend DSA.

Great guy to deal with. Got everything together I didn't have to stress over anything. Got the job done quickly and I can't even tell my car was hit. Jeremy even gave me a ride to enterprise when they failed to show up on time to pick me up. Would recommend to anyone looking to get work done.
