Courtesy Chevrolet knows how to get repeat business. They treat their customers with kindness, and they do their best to get your vehicle back in your hands when it's in the repair shop if needed. When it comes to sales, Mike Roddy is the friendliness salesperson I know. The building and parking lot are always super clean. Great place to experience your next new vehicle purchase.

I Called 3-days in advance to get my vehicle checked got there on time after setting an appointment.when i got there, i was told they didn't see my name in the Computer but i can drop it off,, they can only take a look at it, sometime that day or the next. I Never Got a Phone Call. 2-days later i call concerning my vehicle. All i kept hearing was (they're going to bring it to the Back Today) after going without my vehicle for another 3-days i decided call to pick up my vehicle because i was being Lied To. On the 6-th day i called again. But this time to pick up my vehicle Checked or Noti was Lied to Again & Again!!!On Day-6 i said who i was, & Go Figure..... about to be told Once Again (They're fixing to bring it to the Back)Had enough of the Lies, they do as Though they're to busy to communicate with me, i never got a Phone Call or Updates about my vehicle for 6-Days!!!!On day-6 I told them Im on my way to pick up my vehicle because It was still just Sitting by the Service Department.Never Again Will i go there if i have issues with any of my vehicle's and i Definitely will no longer Suggest Anyone to Bring there's there if they're having mechanical issues! They could've just been Honest from the start & I could've had a Rental Car for the 6-Days my Vehicle just Sat There!

The staff in the Service Department were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the shuttle service to and from my residence while my vehicle was being repaired. That's what I call SERVICE!!!

zero stars in a HUGE way! My vehicle has been on the lot since the end of feb. I have never seen such disorganization and incompetency in a buisness that is as large as this one. The service depeartment doesn't have a clue what the woman on the phoine is saying to customers ..... I'm assuming because she strait up lied to me about the repair of my vehicle and she talks about things she has no knowledge about. If I hadn't callled back several times to be clear on the repairs needed she would have had the gas tank dropped on my vehicle and parts and labor done that wasn't even called for. So far I have seen very unfair charges for labor and my vehicle is in the same condition it was when it got towed there. I wouldnt refer anyone to this buisness. The only recommendation I have is to courtesy and that is to FIRE Brandi and whoever is supposed to manage that place. It's April 25th which makes this my 2 month anniversary of my vehicle being broken down in their lot!!!!!

I keep calling them to see what is the status of my car to see if there finished and tell me that there going to call me back but never do so I have to call them a second time
