We were both so impressed with Justin Maddox s knowledge and professionalism. He was very patient and accommodating and tried diligently every week, for months, to order the vehicle we wanted. It was disappointing that it could never be ordered. He did find one for us that had most of the specifications we wanted. We will highly recommended Justin to friends and family.

Service advisor was great & very courteous. However I had grease or oil on several surfaces (door panel & armrests, console panel, console armrests & drivers seat) of my very light interior. When I went back to the service counter, the advisor was very apologetic & quickly came out to remove the grease/oil from my interior.

Our experience with the dealership was perfect. Rodney Batiste our Salesman went above and beyond expectations. This is our second vehicle that we buy with Rodney. Also, the finance Manager explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Limited stock. They have very few new vehicles. Absolutely no new duallys. There are a few new trucks but they all seem 4 cylinders. Going to have to wait until the chip shortage is over to get what I want. They sales people are great here. Dealt with a woman who got me just what I wanted on my last purchase. I was in and out in under 2 hours. The service dept is good. Once in a while they have great maintenance discounts.

Tried to buy a 2023 Longhorn Mega Cab Limited and through complete mismanagement and horrible communication from the sales person they sold the truck without telling us. We would have paid cash had we known. I will never do business with them or any of their dealerships if that is how they handle customers.

Stopped in here last Tuesday about noon to look at the new Silverados. Ended up getting offered a deal I couldn't pass up. My sales lady Kim was the best, very low pressure but to the point, like the style and saved me almost $15,000. But after tax and title was only like $10,000. That took the wind out of my sails.....lol. Anyway got more truck than expected to. Picked up the Texas Edition with the bigger screen and more features. I love the truck. Got out of a Ram Crew Cab with a Hemi. I'm still breaking it in just got it on the 5th of April. I love the ride, the handling and mpg. Highway I get 24.5mpg and in the city I'm right at 19mpg. Can't wait for bike week to trailer my bike to Florida or Galveston on the new ride.

Rodney Batiste is the perfect salesman. No pressure. None of the "song and dance" that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle. This is our third purchase with him. Don't let him go. Stephen in Finance was also wonderful. Again, none of the annoying song and dance routine. I will follow Mr. Batiste wherever he goes and plan to buy all my future cars from him. HIs honesty, professionalism, and knowledge base is phenomenal! Thank you Mr. Batiste and Stephen!

Don't use capitol one to see if you're qualified and to get rates for a particular vehicle. All I did was go through capitol ones website and didn't like the deal, never called or asked to be contacted however Connie Cardenas and Alice Parker have been spam calling and emailing me trying to get me to buy one of the vehicles. Very unprofessional. If a customer wants a vehicle they will contact you!!

2 words....Rodney Batiste! Just purchased my second vehicle with Rodney and when the time comes I will definitely call him for my 3rd. He is knowledgeable, polite, and so easy to talk to which helped lessen my anxiety about having to buy a new vehicle. I've reached out to him more than once and asked for his opinion/advice and he was honest with his answers to my questions, so I kinda feel that I not only have a reliable salesman but a new friend as well. If anyone is thinking about buying a new vehicle, call Rodney!!

I bought 2 trucks from these guys. Have used their service department for both trucks for everything. Parts guys said parts are in we close at 2 we can get you taken care of, service gentleman tells me not only are there no technicians on permise, they dont have the tools for the job... the tools needed for the job are a ratchet set and a trim tool... I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2023 convertible Camaro. It came from the factory with a leaking top. My car filled with rain water ruining the carpet, possibly the seats and the ventilation system. Toxic mold has taken over the inside of my car. I called Rick and true to his word to do whatever it takes to find the problem and fix it once and for all, he did. He discovered that all of the seals were defective and replaced them on my 3 month old car. We are now waiting for the replacement carpeting to arrive so it can be installed. I will then have the seats mold tested and then the AC will need to be sanitized to kill the spores that came in through the recirculation button. Rick was kind, professional and made me feel like he cared about me and my car. It was a difficult problem to solve and he had to follow all of GM's protocols which took weeks. He communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate problem solvers like Rick, who care about people!

Brought my car in and they wanted $500 for an oil change and if that didn t fix it, they needed to replace my engine for $8,000 dollars. Went somewhere else, paid $2,600 for a new engine. They also kept my car for a week and never touched it. Will NEVER be back.

The whole experience was top notch. The salesman was professional and personable at the same time. The finance office was informative and not pushy. I loved the experience and if I need another vehicle I would drive the 250 miles to Courtesy.

Staff was professional. Waiting room was nice. Everything was fine. Just find the price for an oil change was somewhat higher than I could get elsewhere. But, to keep the maintenance at courtesy, that's where I went.
