Huge shout to Mr. Rocky Romero. Called about a car hauler (all steel deck) got the trailer delivered to the Broussard branch in a timely manner. Made the process real easy and smooth where all I had to do was pick the trailer up. Highly recommend going with big Tex. Real professional and very respectful people. Once again I highly appreciate it Mr. Rocky. I will definitely be doing my business here from now on.

I purchased a model 60 PI utility trailer from the Broussard, La. Location with salesman Mr. Rocky Romero. The experience was very pleasant and painless. He showed me the difference between the models I was interested in. The financing process was also a breeze. The whole process took me less than 1 hour! I will definitely be making future purchases from this location. Five Star Customer Service and Support!!

Had been trailer shopping in the used market for too long with no success. We had just missed a great opportunity on a used Big Tex, a brand that we were favoring when I had a random chance to stop in to shop in person. Staff was very helpful and we came back to work a deal, make the purchase and were back on the road in about an hour. Very happy with the new equipment.

We were passing through town and had lighting issues on our trailer. Looked up big Tex trailers and took the trailer over to them for repair. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended. Also loved their Cajun accent.

This place was absolutely amazing. The workers are very nice and friendly. We had gotten a new trailer and we had pallets with concrete on them. We asked them if it would be possible for them to move the pallets to our new trailer, and they did it. This is customer service at its finest. Thank y all! Will be returning!

Alonzo did a fantastic job helping me with the trailer I needed. He was very knowledgeable and knew all the ins and outs and he made this decision easy for me.I have 2 businesses and my time is limited. Driving with my Big Tex trailer from Florida to Houston and was experiencing vibration. I called the dealer and spoke to the GM Kris told me to drop in on the way through and he d take a look. As soon as I arrived he instructed me to park by a bay door. He d noticed an issue as I drove in. It was like a F1 pit stop change, he came out jacked the trailer up and put the spare on all within a couple of minutes. There was a flat spot on the tire. So pleased I brought a trailer from these guys their customer service is great!Unfortunately it didn t resolve the vibration on my new Tundra but the trailers now fine! Lol

I went by this place in broussard,laFor information on a problem I have with my gooseneck trailer.Kris Rousseau, the general manager walked outside with me and was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed to fix the problem.Very nice and professional people.Thanks,for the help.

These guys go above and beyond. Driving N Houston to Charlotte I got a blow out on my recently purchased Big Tex car hauler. Although I didn t buy it through them they took care of me out of hours and replaced the damaged rim and a new tire free!Kristen the GM is a really nice guy who I could talk to for hours. Thank you to him and Eli in repairs for helping me out and checking the trailer over prior to me getting back on the road early Saturday morning!!

When I was in need of a trailer with little time to wait these guys delivered!Also,needed to get a hitch installed on my only company vehicle these guys not only had a reasonable price but had my hitch installed and out of there in no time.Just goes to show you that these are some very understandable people. We just bought a trailer, and it was the best experience. Mindy is an AMAZING sales(wo)man!!! She helped us decide on the perfect trailer, and made the purchase process so quick and easy. All of the paperwork and documents were ready when we arrived, and I am so thankful for that. Especially because the AC was out. It was miserably hot in there. I don't see how they are making them work like that...But all my husband had to do was pull up to the trailer and go. He appreciated that so much! Thank you Mindy and Rocky for being so amazing!! We appreciate y'all so much!

I wanted to get a small trailer to transport my lawnmower but larger I could haul anything. I stopped by Big Tex Trailers in Buda Texas. I found the trailer I wanted and I went inside to seek assistance. Alonzo Mendez waited on me when i came through the door. I showed him the trailer I wanted and within the hour was driving home with a new trailer. Great customer service on buying a trailer.

Very good customer service! I blew my hub and broke a leaf spring on my trailer with my 6 year old son with me on the way to the deer camp. I pulled over expecting to just buy parts from them and fix it myself in the parking lot but they got me fixed up and back on the road without me having to do anything! I will definitely be back when I purchase my new trailer!

Hands down the best Big Tex in all 48 states. We had been traveling through and needed maintenance done on our gooseneck trailer but EVERY Big Tex we called from West coast to East coast told us that we could bring our trailer in but that it could take a week minimum to get it looked at. But when we called Kris, he immediately told us to stop on by and they could take a look at it immediately. We took in our trailer and between Kris and Trent they helped us find the issue and resolve it immediately. They explained everything and showed us where the problem was and everything that was fixed as well. I will never go to another Big Tex anymore, I will continue to bring my trailer here for maintenance. Thank you again to Kris & Trent for all your help, we really appreciate you guys!

I was very pleased with the staff in purchasing my new trailer. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Gary made it a smooth transaction. It was really convenient for me to purchase a trailer on Saturday morning. I would recommend folks to stop on in. Give them a try you just may do like I did and leave a happy camper.
