Bought a battery around February.Dualast gold.Battery went dead today. Unable to hold a charge.Stopped by today for possible exchange.The battery was not logged into the computer and unfortunately I didn't have the receipt.The Mgr was nice but was informed I would have to buy an new battery.Went to Walmart

Checked and then replaced two dead batteries on my Ford F-250 in 15 minutes flat and also checked the alternator to ensure it was working properly. Cleaned the area, installed the felt pads on the terminals, carefully greased the terminals and tightened all connections. Gone are the days of waiting hours for Sears to replace a bad battery. Love, love, love this place.

The guys working the desk were helpful and friendly. They immediately asked me what I needed assistance with and pulled the parts straight away. I needed brake pads and he showed me the price differences so that I could choose the ones I wanted. I highly recommend this location.

Manager Keith D. and technician Matt came to my rescue in a BIG way today. Just when I thought I'd have to get my large van towed, they managed to get me up and running, and in spite of being very busy with a regular stream of customers. So many thanks to you two for the above-and-beyond customer service! You helped me beyond any expectations and I cannot say enough good things.

Great location (for me) and selection of stuff. I purchased 8 spark plugs awhile back and was given a $10 gift card for Autozone. I used that to purchase some oil change consumables which helped me a lot. Take notice Autozone corporate office....it's the little incentives like that which will keep me going back.

They saved me! I thought my alternator was going out, or maybe the battery. Sure enough, it was the battery and they were able to replace and install it. I was far from home and I could not be happier. I believe the employee's name was Luke, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you!

Friday jan 12 2022. Worst customer service ive delt with. Short, heavy set blond woman that works there has no work ethic. Just standing around with people everywhere waiting in line. Ill never go back to broussards location!!!

Autozone reversed the polarity on a 4Runner battery when they installed it. caused some problems but they paid for everything that broke. honestly is the best policy. 10/10 to this crew and their district manager.

A-1 customer service. I went in to purchase bulbs for my back turn signal & brake light, (left & right). The salesman, Mr. Dumas Charles, was very pleasant and he even changed the lights for me as well as applying the necessary grease on them.

Im a mechanic for a private school i come in this store all the time. I call ahead to put 2 5 gallon bucks of hydro fluid on hold and saved under my number. When i get there she doesnt even look up under my number shes just says only one when previous lady said two... guess how many they had.... 2 thats weird but i keep my cool. I then go check out im in a hand brace i have shop towel box 2 5 gallon buckets and a pump. 5 people behind the counter and guess how many asked me if they could help.... None and there isnt even anyone in the store. Not happy may have to bring my business else where

I went to AutoZone to get my car battery checked. One of the two employees was at the counter playing on his phone, didn't acknowledge me, until I walked to him, and asked if he could help me. What has happened to good customer service?!

The staff here were very knowledgeable and friendly! I had some trouble with my car and they helped me out and showed me what I needed and what work needed to happen on my car! I highly recommend this store!

AutoZone always has the answer to my questions and they even went out in the parking lot and they changed my light bulb for me.Honestly I didn't expect them to do that but they offered to do it and it's because of that that I will keep going back to AutoZone auto parts in broussard that hometown service quality and price but for me it's that personalized service. Answer to my questions and even offer to do the job for me doesn't get much better than that.

Great customer service. Personnel went right out and changed my back blinker light whole another personnel was changing another customers battery with no extra charges for their excellent service. Also the best prices.

Twice i have gone there and same lady doesn't really kno what she's doing I asked for help on changing bulb she's trying to pull on something that cannot be pulled out told me she couldn't help I left there went to pinhook store and had help and changed bulb within minutes.... maybe she needs more training or maybe just didn't wanna help me because it was hot outside.. I kno to keep traveling a little farther to get good help...

The lady was helpful in the beginning but when I had to go back and exchange the parts she wouldn't even help me they made me wait an extremely long time to get waited on I needed to take apart back and buy another part took almost an hour

My car wouldn't start this morning, and I had lunch plans later with friends. My husband jumpstarted my car, and we drove right to AutoZone. In a short time, I had a new battery and was good to go. I love Autozone!
