Called LeGrand s at 10a this morning and we scheduled a service appointment at 12:30p for a wiring problem with our RV s hot water heater. He arrived on time, did a quick assessment of the problem, and determined how to fix it quickly. He corrected the problem created by a local RV dealer. The cost was very reasonable. He was courteous and professional. Wish all RV repairmen were this efficient. Can t thank him enough. Highly recommend his services.

Ryan was very polite, found what was wrong with the A/C unit very quickly, and had it fixed all within an hour of him arriving. Extremely reasonable repair rates. Highly recommend him for any RV repair needs you might have.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I called Mr. LeGrand around 9:00 this morning for a leaking toilet in our travel trailer. He showed up within an hour, identified the problem, ran to get the needed part, and had it fixed before noon. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the work he does. Reasonable prices and great work. I d highly recommend him to anyone.

I must admit that I don t normally write reviews, but in this case, I must give credit where credit is due. Ryan went out of his way to get me back home, then he ordered the parts I needed, to get me back on the road. It was evident to me, that he is dedicated, to putting his customers 1st. Gave him a call on Friday evening, showed up within an hour and diagnosed our ac issue. Showed up Saturday morning with a new ac, and had us running within the hour. Arrived at my campsite only to find my kitchen sink broken and leaking. He came out quickly and took care of the problem. Super nice guy, and good at what he does. He saved our camping trip from a lot of difficulties!

Ac was barely blowing when we woke up. We called at 9am, he was at my camper in a park for 930! Diagnosed and fixed issue in a few hours. He Didnt even charge us for the time it took to defrost the ac! He even bought a container so he could thoroughly clean it and catch any water that leaked through ac in camper. Highly reccomend!!!Service: Air conditioning

Ryan is AMAZING!! Couldn t have been more blessed by his RV service. Traveling through to houston when we had an issue. He was at our side within 30 mins. Had us up in running in about an hour.
