I had to get my windshield changed and Kristal was amazing from start to finish, she explained everything and was very upfront and transparent about pricing, etc. The tech was nice as well when he brought my vehicle and gave me my keys! Would use again and recommend!

Been getting my vehicles inspected here for years. They don't lax on the inspection. It passes, or doesn't. You can count on their people to do their job. Fast in an out.

I made it there around 12:57 and they reopen at 1:00!!! Noone pulled up until about 1:15 and when they did, I got out of my car and it was as if I wasn't standing there! When I was finally acknowledged and said what I needed he told me he didn't know who was first and walked off and I didn't get any help from him until about 1:35 only to be told they couldn't do my inspection!!! They helped two people who were there well after I was with no problem!!!

Disappointed that they didn't clean my windshield before filling in a tiny star-hole crack. So it left dirt lines and when resin dried, it looked worse. I had my windshield replaced there last year & price was best around. Though going back for windshield fill has left me seriously disappointed. Especially after going back to show them their work where feeling windshield you could feel it was not completely filled with enough resin. Paid $44 for the fill & now feeling it still needs to be fixed with more resin so its smooth. It looks like a poor job for being filled in. These photos are what supposed filled and fixed looks like

Mr. Dwight and his office staff are amazing! Had the most pleasant experience there today getting an updated inspection sticker. Just good people and good services!

Called to see if I needed an appointment to fix a chip in my windshield and they told me just to drop in. Got there about 11:15 and told them I could come in when they reopened after lunch. Told me to pull right in. They got started on the repair while my insurance was verified. Signed the repair order and my insurance will pay them directly. All done in 25 minutes. They are definitely in my contacts now.

Showed up about 10:00 for a minor molding issue. Place was full, and a Monday morning.Told Dwight j could come back later.He said in no your here I'll take care of it now instead of You making another trip.Was Very Pleased and have Always been with Thier Service!Keep up the Good Work

Owner is completely unprofessional and dishonest. A part on the car was missing and owner would not replace it. He also would not let us view the camera footage even though he was adamant about not losing the part! We had a picture with evidence that the part was not missing prior to him repairing the windshield! Cops were called and he wouldn t even let the cops view the video footage either. He was rude the entire time while laughing! I would not recommend this company.Service: Auto windshield repair

Drove in because I had a rock chip my windshield driving through Baton Rouge. In 20 min I was in and out with a repaired chip for less than $40.
