I bought a set of rims from here and 2 cracked within a couple of months . one of them has cracked 2 times. All of these wheels are replicas and cheap. there is no warranty . the owner tells you to go to the specific bump and call the city and tries to charge 150 every time to weld it back. This place is a big scam.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. EXTREMLY RUDE AND FOCUSED ON TAKING YOUR MONEY THATS ALL... EVEN AFTER YOU SPEND MONEY THEY STILL RUDE... DO YOUR RESEARCH AND PRICE OTHER PLACES!!!! GLAD I DID!!!! THE GUY WHO RUNS THE SHOP IS HORRIBLE!! PUT THE WHEELS ON MY TRUCK, I THOUGHT THEY WAS GOING TO COME OFF.. WENT BACK TO GET LUGS CHECKED TREATED ME LIKE CRAP... THEN THE TRUCK STILL SHAKING IN THE FRONT.. HE DIDNT BALANCE THEM AN THEN HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CALL BACK AND PLAYS LIKE HE DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING AND WANTS TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING HE SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE START WITH A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! SAD!!!

This shop put rims and tires on our 3500 and the wheels ran off in 5 days while driving on the interstate causing an accident, and damage to our vehicle and another. The owner assumed responsibility in the beginning and then took it back. We have seeked legal counsel. Steer clear of this shop!!

VIP is official!! I looked for a set of rims worldwide and couldn t find them anywhere for 6 months..Ran across VIP on fb marketplace and they had the exact rims I wanted. Once I placed my order they were delivered in 3 days tops!! Highly recommend this company, they do great business

I had a great experience with this shop. I am from out of town and needed a wheel and They were very helpful and tried to accommodate my needs. I think some the reviews on here are unfair.The comment that was left referring to back end parking and the child, I do not agree with. Many business and apartments don t allow you to back your car In because it DOES have a certain stigma behind it and I personally think that a small child should be watched carefully in a store with large heavy objects that could fall and hurt them.

I'm thoroughly convinced that the "VIP" in VIP Automotives must indeed stand for "Very Ignorant Proprietor". So, before even visiting this business, a few of my friends cautioned me about the owner of this store, but I just related their experiences to just them having varied views, but I was soon to find out that my friends couldn't have been any further from the truth about what they were trying to warn me about. I really should have listened to every single word they were telling me. If I only knew then what I know now I would've saved myself a massive ton of stress and headaches. It all began one day when I entered this shop because a friend told me that they might carry some rims that I have been looking for all over town and havent been able to find anywhere, so I decided to try this place out to see in fact if they carry them. As I'm pulling into his parking lot, he rushes out with his cellphone in his hand to tell me "sir..you cannot park like that"... You have to park car in forwards not backwards"....so what he was telling me is that no customers are allowed to back in their cars into his small parking lot cause he said it gives his shop " a bad image" ...like it makes his shop look ghetto or something. So I had to take the time to correct my parking before he would even allow me to enter his shop. Once I entered his shop with my family, I started looking at the rims he has on display. My 9 year old daughter also starts looking at the rims too as she knows what I'm looking for and is helping me to shorten my time spent inside his store. My daughter touches one of his rims on display and says " Dad, this one looks like it might be the right one"....as soon as she touches the rim with her hands, the shop owner yells at the top of his lungs. "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING WITH YOUR BARE HANDS!!!!!.....YOU MUST WEAR GLOVES!!!!" My daughter is scared from being unexpectedly yelled at and starts crying, because even I dont yell at my daughter when I'm upset with her, so I sure the hell dont know why he felt the right to do so. So I say to him "Hey man...WHATS THE PROBLEM?!!??...WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT MY DAUGHTER??!??".....he proceeded to tell me it was cause of the CoronaVirus Pandemic and was for public health concerns. But then I told him that he has absolutely NO signage posted ANYWHERE in his shop warning customers of this. I told him he owes my family for his rude arrogant behavior and possibly even a discount to make up for his behavior. He told me he doesnt owe me anything and proceeded to walk away from me towards the back room to assist another customer....but even they werent having it and immediately " Uhh...dont come over to us to seek refuge...you REALLY DO need to go back to him and APOLOGIZE!!!".....then the owner is apparently frustrated seeing that he lost another potential business opportunity from another customer who then left without buying anything....the owner tells me he has the right to refuse business to anyone and that I need to leave immediately or he would call the cops. He said he doesnt need business "from my kind of people"....then I said " Uhh...EXCUSE ME?!??....WHAT EXACTLY IS " MY KIND OF PEOPLE?!?He wouldn't answer my question, just kept telling us to leave or else...so we did....he os despicable.He doesn't want to pay his merchant fees like any respectible business would and is the reason why he will charge you a 3% fee when using a credit card for payment. Boy, you need to man-up, stop acting like a little princess and do YOUR duty of running a business. He also is shady because he refuses to put both his name or any photo of himself anywhere on his business card, website, or any other paraphernalia related to his business. All he cares about his getting your money out of your wallet and into his hands. Once he has that done...his futile cares for you have ended. ....so you better hope you dont need to return an item bought from his shop, cause he will likely act like the item is out of warranty, damaged, or for some reason he made up inside his head, cant be replaced or refunded.

Had a small problem after buying rims but the Owner was so nice and stood behind his company and fixed the problem and everything is working great! Thank you for everything and will certainly buy my tires from you from now on also! Great prices also!

One of the worst experiences ever! Total Rip-off's, They lie, inexperienced! Deceptive, Business practices. Wish I had researched them a little. Evidently, My experience is not uncommon. Shame on me! Buyers Beware! Well, An update! Just spoke with the Owner, Tried to ask a question ! In regards to my transaction, Indicated he would not answer, Because I gave him a bad review. Said he would not honor his warranty, And told me to F&:k off.

I don't recommend. I was told one price on the phone, was charged another in store. Then I was told that my total was $38, he charged me $42 and some change. When I asked about it, he told me...oh you know, taxes and such. My reply to your reply:No, I did not buy a used tire. I asked for two tires to be mounted. You quoted me $10 for each tire and it included mount and balance.

Ladies I seriously advise you to take a guy with you when dealing with this automotive shop!! It took the manager 3 days to "call me back," in which he never did. He had a serious attitude because I had questions about tires that his shop put on my car that I was later told were the wrong tires. If I could give them no stars I would!!! You'd like to think you get what you pay for not here!!

All I'm going to say is I brought some tires there and wanted them mounted and balanced on my new rims. I didn't even put them on my truck balance weights all over my truck bed. I'll never be back and I don't advise you to go. It should be a no star rating. I'm mad man.

I was headed to a reputable tire shop to get new tires when a friend asked me to stop by VIP because he was dropping off his truck. The proprietor talked me into getting 2 tires for almost $400. Once the tires were mounted I backed my truck up about 5 & hit a rusted pole that was approximately 5 high in the middle of the parking lot. It had vehicle paint on it from several other hits. The neighboring business owner immediately walked out and advised me that numerous VIP customers had hit the same pole and they refused to cut the pole or pay for damages. The owner was rude and advised that if I mentioned anything else about him paying for the damages he would make me pay for the pole. I later learned that VIP staff has dropped other vehicles off of the rack or jacks and failed to report and/or refused to pay for damages. This place appears to be a front for something other than tires. Once my incident occurred they communicated in Arabic. Beware of this place.

One of the worst ever! So I go to buy one rim and they sell me a used rim at new Rim price the rims still have weights on it and scratch marks from the previous owner I guess and the only reason why I bought it is because that particular Rim is on backorder but keep in mind how about rims from this place three months ago it had nothing but problems the first 4 weeks because one of the rims had a bend in it so instead of shipping off the rim and getting a new one they tried to replace the tire two or three times cuz they assumed it was a tire but I'm looking at it on the balancing machine I see that the rim is bent so finally they give me a new one after a month then ask for receipt haven't got a receipt yet. I was told 450 through text but when got there it was 610

First experience was the absolute WORST! One car was ahead of me, which took the guy (NO LIE), 4 hours to get done! When he finally made it back to me (because he had taken my tires off my truck already), it took an additional 2.5 hours & I even assisted him with putting them on because I had gotten exhausted after spending a part time work shift there! If you don't mind being at a tire shop for half a day, then this is definitely the best place for you!!!

Garbage!! The owner hires Crackheads who have no clue what they're doing. They stripped out my lugs, put a tire on the rim with the word "outside" facing inward and he sales tires that don't pass dot inspections
