The guy that was performing my oil change service intentionally gave me incorrect information to upsell products at an insanely high rate and I will NEVER recommend a company that misinforms its customers. 1.) they showed Me the air filter to see if I want it, he said it s $20. Seeing my hesitation, he moved on to the cabin air filter. 2.) he displayed the cabin air filter. Stated it was $50. I declined. 3.) once I declined, he offered me a 15% discount. Off of everything, if I got both. Oil change service and both filters ($73, $50, $20 =$143 - 15% = $121.55 subtotal)Here is what happened, after putting them in (a 1 minute courtesy) I get the bill. The bill showed the air filter WITH the discount was $21.59 ($24.99) the verbal quote was $20 and the cabin Air filter $48 ($54.99). No 15% discount on the oil change.The total seemed high but the service is done and a like forming. I asked is there a free car wash? He said no but you can show them the invoice and get a 50% discount.After waiting I. The car wash line with several cars behind me , I ask about the discount on a basic wash $10 ($5 off?) NOPE only on the platinum wash package (most expensive). I could t just back out without creating an issue, so I m pretty irritated at this point.I start to view the invoice in service and looked up the part# of cabin air filter on THEIR OWN SITE, they sell it for $20 and they charged me $48. That is poor business. Nothing about my experience on the business side was acceptable. Quoting discounted prices as original pricing, then when the customer says no, you offer a discount, much ends up being MORE than the quoted price, is terrible. I tried to reach out to management and no returned calls.Beware of their tactics to upsell you, $48 filter that they sell for $20. That is pretty low. I would not pay a HVAC tech any money to put in my air filter, so there is no justification to this increase. Very disappointing experience at the North Bossier location

Polite, efficient, and hard working staff. I was in line behind a few people with the intention of a state inspection, and the rate that the line moved was impressive, not a long wait at all.

Not only did they manage to incorrectly thread the oil pan lid, they lied and put on the receipt that it had been serviced elsewhere! It was in the computer right in front of the clerk that we had been there repeatedly. It was almost $1000 to get it repaired. Inept and dishonest!

The manager, Kendall I think was the name, was seemingly rude to her employees. One of them even said that she s always like that!! She was in a rush to get me in and out and tried making it sound bad if I didn t get any services done. I know what a rear differential is I don t need that explained to me. And after I said no she tried selling me everything else that I was due for. If I said no to a $100 service why would I say yes to a $140 service. I appreciated you offering the $30 discount, but money isn t the issue. It s like all she cared about was the money and not my car! I doubt she ever even does the work herself. Those poor employees. I m definitely never going there again. Shes lost my business for sure.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went 5 different times for my vehicle inspection. Was told they either did not have sticker or inspector left early. I also conformed when told this fornthr 4th time if an inspector would be on site the next day until 6pm and was told yes. I arrived and was again told that the inspector has left for the day amd was only 4:45 pm

Showed up at 7 am and was told they were not doing inspections at the time. When I ask why, and I quote, "Our guy is not feeling like it, come back in a few hours."

****UPDATEI called their Mgr 2 times and left a message with no response. ERIC T obviously has no concerns about how clients are treated.Employees didn t check to make sure they had the proper filters in stock before proceeding with my service. They had to go get an oil filter at another store since they had already drained my oil. Then I had them check my air filter. They tore the gaskets getting it out and had to leave again to go get another as I didn t want the damaged one put back in. After waiting another 30 minutes the employee informed me the filter was $107. I agreed to that then he told me they didn t have enough money to pay for the filter. This is crazy!!This process took over 11/2 hours and I still don t have a new air filter in my truck.Service: Oil change

Went there today. I'm not sure if the guys there just don't know what they're doing or what. My 15 minute oil change took 58 minutes. Two cars on the left side were in and out before I left. I didn't mind the wait as much as hoping they knew what they were doing and didn't mess up my car. 58 minutes on one car is a long time IF you know what you're doing. Will not be going back to this location.Service: Oil change

Service was poor. Watched employee spill a significant amount of oil all over valve cover and spark plug area. I waited to see if they were going to do the right thing and clean it up; but only a half attempt after I said something. I can provide pictures if Valvoline oil change is interested. Will not come back and will recommend others not to use this oil change service unless you want substandard work.

Since I started getting my oil changes here I feel confident that everything is being done correctly. They are very clean not to spill any oil on my engine or under there. they pulled the dipstick out and show me the new oil they put in it's just overall a great experience. The whole team there is always kind and courteous plus they are informative they let me know about things coming up that I may need to get done. I like that level of attentiveness. Next time I go there I'm going to get my differential fluids changed they were kind enough to show me a sample of what's in there now so I'm glad they did that upon my request. There is a car wash next door so after the oil change I hit the car wash and then I'm ready to go and get some work done I love it!

We always use this location and normally my husband takes my truck in for oil changes. Today I took it in myself and was so please to see women working in the bays. Car wash didn't dispense hardly any soap told attendant and she said they've had no complaints. Want ever use that place again. Wheels didn't even get cleaned and there was places on car that didn't. Took max of 3 minutes to go through the wash.

The oil change and safety inspection was so quick and painless that it was actually a pleasant experience. The employees were efficient and nice and even helped me change my headlight bulbs. I had been dreading getting the services done but now I m excited to go back in 5,000 miles. The low price was a pleasant surprise as well!

Which oil change place does not have a Toyota oil filter for a Tacoma. I have been here over an hour and still sitting here. I won t be back.

I truly believe you can not rate a business location until you have had the chance to interact with multiple managers and staff members. I have been to this particular location multiple times and can honestly say they have some of the best customer service I have ever received! I have worked and managed associates in the customer service industry for over 12 years. Each of these associates seem to really enjoy the staff they work with and in return deliver a communicative, friendly, and effecient approach for their customers.To the corporate office if this is how all your locations are trained Bravo!To the managers of this location keep doing what your doing and making these employees feel empowered and respected! It is rare to see this level of customer service!

This Valvoline Oil Change is right across from my family's neighborhood so I though I would give it a try for an oil change. I am so glad I did! The price was extremely reasonable and they give you free car wash coupons. They are very nice, professional and quickly take care of everything. They also do not try to upsell you on other services like some places do. I would recommend this place to everyone! They also give a military discount. My technicians were Nate, Chase, Austin, Christopher and Smiley! You will like them all - they are so friendly and do not make you feel uncomfortable if you are a woman, haha. If you live in Bossier, you should be going here, you won't regret it!

BEWARE: My car was stuck in this car wash by the rear bumper. There was only the Manager Tony working that day. He popped it in...after me showing that it was bent and torn. Now I have tape on my bumper because it pops out when I drive over bumps. **he took my name and number and said he'd contact me. Forward 2 mos later: I go by because I haven't heard a word from anyone. Tony says "oh yeah, they said because you had that scratch on your bumper they aren't responsible". So...beware if you happen to have a scratch on your bumper, heaven for bid. Albeit the scratch is about 3yrs old and I've been going through this car wash since it opened. I pointed out that the video was on that day yet he wasn't inside watching....because he was alone and had to be outside. I also pointed out that as I was stuck, the car wash continued and a bit truck was coming behind me. There was no warning alarm or a stopping system in place for a car that is stuck. If I had not driven out myself, I would have been hit by the truck coming through. I had to drive out myself when I realized the truck was still moving forward toward me. I'm so mad right now I haven't downladed my pictures to share. I absolutely loved this place...never had an issue with the oil change process or staff. I expected more from this place. ***on the day of the incident the oil bay guys that came out to look said it has happened before and Tony confirmed this today. So is the moral of this story that you can't go through a car wash if you have a scratch on your bumper??

They offer a lot of different services other than just oil changes. They're quick and reasonably priced, plus you get to stay in your car and watch monitors of the technicians while they work on your car. As a bonus you get coupon for a free car wash.

I actually live 2 hours away from this place. I have been here twice with 2 different cars. Each experience has been good. The technicians have been courteous even though the summer here is hotter than satan's buttcrack. But they still have been professional and got the service done quick. I really like this place because it is a little uppity with its computer to show you all angles of the process and it shows what the techs are doing in real time. I've NEVER seen this in any other place. I LIKE it! When I go to my hospital appointments, I make sure I take a car that needs an oil change so I can stop by here. Keep up the good work guys!

Had my Inspection Sticker done here and I could say they are strickly by the book. For some reason I forgot my car registration so they had a FAILED INSPECTION sticker on my car and charged me outright $32.82. They could have just let me go and get my registration back with me and come back, but no. I won't probably come back here for some time. There are Oil Change center out there that would waive the sticker cost just to get you as a customer, though I don't expect to get it the second time around. But a pleasant customer service is what I expect.

Drive out of state just to go here. If I have a problem it s fixed instantly, no hassle. Fun, bright people. Knowledgeable and efficient. Best place to go. Don t even have to get out of your car. What s better? Filled all my normal car fluids.
