They didnt secure my sjifd plate back to my 2019 vw atlas and i was dragging it for about 10 miles and then when i returned to have them put it back on they couldnt find my screws apparently and they zip tied it to my car. Now they wont pay to reolace the screws they lost nor did the district manager ever even attempt to call me i also asked for the video footage from when i returned draggingvthe skiddplate and i cant have that either. This place is a rip off and i wouldnt even let them change the oil in my lawnmower much less my car ever again. I am now having to decide if i want to legally take action or pay the money to fix my car which will probably be cheaper than having to pay a lawyer etc. I think that its messed uo that we live in a country that allows places like this to rip us off but if we owed them money then we would be held accountable. Please do your self a favor and go some where else. The craziest part is this was the assistant manager who did this to my car. When i realized i was dragging the skidd plate i went back and someone else fixed it and and i had to go back right away because the skidd plate was still hanging on one side. The GM just kept trying to come up with excuses when i spoke with him about it.

I'll never return to this place. Firstly the guy who was supposed to give my car a flush from my radiator never replaced the fluids. After i told him what he did he laughed in my face. I've never been so disrespected in my life. The fact that I could have had major damage to my engine is beyond me. I asked for the manager who I thought would make sense, instead he covered for the guys mistake.I also added photos of a completely EMPTY radiator as well the reserve

These guys are true through & through! They are super nice & professional. They provide a fun & joking environment to laugh & joke with them instead of just sitting in our cars bored not knowing whats going on. Very informative about the service as well.

Great team, and yes they are fast, they check top to bottom and even show you the new oil before leaving, they take time for you and they make sure at 3,000 mile mark your oil is ok for other 2,000 mark, and that part is free them checking it s only 3 minutes of your time unless you need it changed.. But definitely check them out.. They are going be regulars for me..

They charged me for a service that I didn t ask for. Didn t fix the problem I originally came for. After telling them that my ac still wasn t working, they told me that they don t provide the service to fix it AFTER I paid over $350. Then they told me to go to walmart to buy ez chill and they ll put it in my car for me. I declined and put it in my car myself. And that s when I discovered that I magically have a hole in my pipe. Never had a hole in my pipe until I went there. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!

I came in to get windshield wipers, and the sales person had us sitting there for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, walked back and forth at least 10 times. He walk to the car and asked what kind we wanted. I told him, I asked if he had the right ones and said yes. Again with the walk back and forth seemingly confused for another 20 minutes, he comes to the car and says he doesn t have them. It was horrible!!!

My drain plug was over torqued by another shop. Jerome and Jay at Take 5 went over and beyond expectations. They successfully removed old plug and installed a new one. Cabin and intake filters also replaced. 2011 Durango Citadel 5.7.

Great prompt team work, nothing (-) to say. The business wasn t even open yet, maybe, 20 min til opening. Soon as I went over the threshold w/ the bell, the attendant waved me to come on thru!! He tried to reset alert for mileage, did bit 30 min later it popped off and need to be rest!!! Other than that no problems!!! Love the business Bossier/airline location

So rude. The girl was on her phone as she asked what we needed. We were waiting in line and a worker points at one of the openings that had an orange cone infront. I was not going to hit it so I asked "just making sure, you want me to move up?". He says " thats what we selling right?" It's not cute or funny to speak to a paying customer that way. There are many oil changing places down Airline Drive sorry for inconveniencing you guys.

Customer service is always great. Not happy to have to pay $8.00 for top off now. Still okay. I haven t decided if I will stick with Take because of the charge. I turned my entire family to Take5 since coming to Bossier City.

Tech laughed when I chose what grade of oil I wanted in my vehicle. Also techs did not check tire pressure or air cabin filter or any of those routine things.

Went on Friday afternoon and only had one car in front of me. Ken came out to me immediately and offered a water while I waited. It s July so that s appreciated. Only waited a few minutes and it was my turn. Took care of our van very quickly and everyone was very polite. Will be back for our next oil change.

Crack oil pan came vack told them they said sealed but they didn't they took pic and said was preexisting but said bye have nice day never told me til came back and they lied instead. Company didn't wanna pose bonus check he said. For the claim approved the insr fixing soon.
