Had front fender work needed on my Hyuandi Elantra and they fixed it in the back part of shop and it looks amazing!!! Car was in shop 2 weeks due to parts needed ordering and Christmas & New Years holidays. I highly recommend this place for any body work. Second car to be repaired both times they did a fantastic job Friendly staff.

If google had a beyond 5 stars button, that is what RV auto & collision deserves! Nikki and her team there are fantastic at what they do. During our experience we had MANY bumps in the road getting warranty to cover our awning. Nikki went above and beyond for us and helping us come out with exactly what we needed done and to finally get our travel trailer ready for our next camping trip. She is the only one that was going to bat for us and the only one actually communicating with us. When it came time for our appointment date, which they squeezed us in for, it was ready not even 2 hours later for us. We will definitely be returning to them for anything we need done with our travel trailer! Thank you so much Nikki and guys in the shop for helping us out!

We rented an RV for the weekend. A $300 dollar deposit was paid in the event the tank was not emptied upon return or any damages to the camper were made. The camper was dated. However, I was thinking it was okay for a weekend. WRONG! The first night we had to stay in a hotel because the hundred year old generator would not work. We called several times that Friday but didn't get anyone. Luckily, we had someone to rig it, but it kept going out. The mattresses were old and one was stained, but I sprayed them down and covered them. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor and I had to use several towels to soak up the water. The television did not work. When the weekend was over, we cleaned up, emptied the tank (which apparently had never been emptied....it was the worst thing anyone has ever seen, I got sick). A couple days passed and my husband called to inquire about his deposit. He was told he would not be getting it because the tank had not been emptied. I then called to see if maybe there was some mistake. The lady on the phone was rude, told me she had already explained to my husband about the tank and then went on to add in that WE ruined their mattress which were new. I was in disbelief because surely there was some mistake. Those mattresses were very worn and stained. She then hung up in my face. I would not recommend renting anything from these people. I spoke to some other people who had rented from them previously, and they too said they make up stuff to keep your deposit. I wish I had known before hand.

RV Collision and Repair did a great job on my 2009 Challenger 5th wheel camper after a blowout did major damage! The final repairs were awesome and the owners and staff were great on all levels! A+ customer service. I worked with Nicki throughout most of my insurance claim thru Progressive. She made it a smooth process. Our RV had mostly cosmetic damage and needed a door replacement. We also decided to get out awning fabric and LED light strip replaced while it was there and just paid out of pocket. Our camper looks beautiful. We can't wait to take it out on another adventure. I will definitely refer them to all my friends.Service: Body & Trim

This place is AWESOME! Brought my camper in for some minor repair to a water line. In and out in a WEEK! Only because the part had to be ordered. Some reading will say, a week? That s too long but after I took my camper to a dealer and it stayed there for 4 months with no updates, calls and mostly a don t care attitude. Rv auto collision repair was the absolute best decision I made The staff are professional, courteous and treat you like they ve known you forever. Thank you Rv auto collision repair!

Please do not waste your time with this business! My Father rented an RV for Father's Day weekend. This RV was beyond outdated, the beds were stained, vents were filthy, and the TV did not work. Shall I go on! Not only did he report these things. My Father emptied the septic according to their regulations before returning the RV, which I witnessed. He was told that he did not empty it which was not true. He and my mother were completed disrespected when they tried to file a complaint. The lady that took the call even yelled at my mom and hung up on her face. My Father is a retired military and the level of disrespect from the "KAREN" that's in customer service is ridiculous! Save your money and go else where. I am not sure how they received 4 stars. Perhaps they treat certain people with respect and not others. If I could give negative stars I would.

Do not rent a travel trailer here. They are not kept up with and the owner simply does not care because he already has your money. Shadiest business I ve ever dealt with.I will say the people at the front desk and guys that helped us hook/unhook camper were awesome! They were very nice but it doesn t make up for the terrible/shady experience unfortunately.

We were traveling from Georgia to TX to help a Vietnam Veteran when our motorhome just stopped running. We were about 11 miles away and couldn t find someone to tow us to them to get it fixed. Scotty got on the phone and helped us call wrecker services. Neither of us could find one. He didn t want us stranded. Wesley and Scotty came to us, they usually don t do service calls. The price was great and they bent over backwards. It s nice to find good people still exist.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Do not use this place! Our RV had a blowout and needed some repairs to be made. Looks like a good place, and friendly assistance in the front office. BUT once your RV is dropped off it was all down hill. We have insurance invoice showing what was covered, they went out of their way not not replace anything possible. Sent us home with a 17 year old tire. Without letting us know, till we got home to buy a new tire for the opposite, played dumb at first, say they will make it right, then recanted to blame game on us or insurance. Please for your own safety and sanity, do not use this place,instant regret.

Had y RV in there twice this year because of my ignorance! Both times I was treated very well...the process was slow, but they stay very busy! Ms Nikki out front and Brad treated me extremely well, and the work was first class! I'd recommend them for sure!!

I had severe hail damage on a black truck after a recent storm. I read the reviews but sometimes I just still go and check out businesses anyway. I'm glad I did, for the amount of dents I had I felt the turn around time was great. And I am certain I wasn't the only vehicle there for the same reason. The moment I walked in I was greeted and the estimate was started immediately. One of the body shop mechanics was also out checking my truck as well.I unfortunately dont have before and after pictures, but the end result was flawless. I can't ask for anything more.

I had a very bad experience. The RV hitch didn't work, they didn't give me a slide bar to pull off sway bars and the electric brakes didn't work. I had to return the camper on Easter weekend and ruined the camping experience for my family. The owner wouldn't even take my phone calls. This was my first experience with them and it felt very shady. I run a business and would never treat my customers this way!

I was recommended by Eric at Orr Kia Bossier to go to RV and Auto Collision Repair and speak to Brad Couch to get the sticky residue from duct tape off my back door. He looked at it said to bring it back the next day, he would take care of it, and it would take about an hour. Brought it there this morning and he was done in about 30 min, it looks like there was never any duct tape there, and he did it at no cost! I will definitely recommend anyone to go see Brad!! Thanks so much for fixing my baby!!

Nicky did everything to help us. But what seemed to be minor repair became a major repair because of unforseen hidden damage. Highly recommend them!!
