Normally I do not leave reviews but felt the need to. Went to get a tire replaced here Saturday, 1/6/2024 charged $168 total. I drove 12miles to Auto Zone on 70 in Shreveport to get a part for seat. Stayed there to replace the part for approximately 30min then left didn't get maybe 10 miles on the highway before the same tire I just got replaced went out. By this time Rocky's was closed so had to wait until 11 AM the next morning to go back. Came back the next morning couple of minutes before 11 and had to end up calling the customer service number because no one was there by 11:15 guy said we will be open in 7min. So they finally came talked to one of the guys that was there the previous day and explained what happened, the first thing out of his mouth was, "We don't have warranties on tires". Then he tried to put the issue on my rim which was nowhere near damaged that would have caused damage to the tire. He finally was like we can see if the company will replace it. My dad asked how long it will take? He said maybe 3 to 4 days. Initially, I was like that's too long I have to get back to Texas in a few hours so I told them just take tire off my rim. While they were doing that I told my dad if he wanted to just deal with them to see if the company would replace it and he could just get it for me when it was ready. My dad told the guy let's see if the company will replace so went inside and the guy made a phone call to the company which he said he was talking to his brother. He stated that he didn't have any used tires in the size I needed just new ones which I'm like that's what I paid for anyway so he was like I can give you a good deal and charge you $110. How is charging me all over again a good deal when I just bought a new tire from you the day prior and did not get 35miles on it???? I left with my rim and went to another shop to get the tire replaced yet again and this time the stem was also checked and replaced and no issue with rim. No longer doing business here again! A waste of $168.

Last month i by 4 tire 175x70r14for 280$mount and balance and they are fast they do it in 30 mn thanks for the service tho

Rakys Wheels Shop is a distinguished shop with high experience and reasonable prices. I bought four 245-60-18 wheels from him for $480 Despite the cold weather and snowfall, they work with excellence as management and workers I thank Rakys Wheel Store and whoever runs it.

Bought two tires from this business and within a week the bands separated. I took it to a respectable shop and had it diagnosed thinking it might have been something in the front end giving out. They showed me where both my new tires were bulging in the center all the way around. Immediately went to Rocky s tire shop and showed him and explained nicely that I received some defective tires. And showed where the defect was. I was told that I had to buy two more new tires while they sent those back for warranty and with no guarantee on when they would know. The guy was rude about the situation and refused to exchange the tires I bought 5 days prior . Let s just say I still have 2 new defective tires that cost $400+ in my shed and went to a different reputable tire shop and had to buy new ones. Not worth the gamble on getting screwed

Crappy and bad sevice the guy didn't secure the hub cup on my rim and lost it on the road went back to ask to see if I forgot it there and one of the workers told me it wasn't his problem and way too expensive there's better places

Great prices, great products, prompt professional service. They take appointments. I bought four brand new tires and my old tires were removed and the new ones on my truck, all within 30 minutes. GO THERE FOR ALL YOUR TIRE NEEDS !!!

Came to buy 2 sets. Employee came beating on my car window asking what I wanted. I was waiting on my wife to look together. When she got there Employee said can't sale you rims until tomorrow. Please help me understand this

I was treated as if I didn t know anything. Horrible customer service. Owner wouldn t own up to his mistake. When I pulled up the owner was arguing with a customer. Should have took that as a sign. I do not leave biased reviews as I am a Manager myself. I do not recommend this place. -10 Stars.

Caught metal in tire, spare was horrible, these guys were open on Sunday and I bought a new tire from them. Saved the day. I was 6 hours away from home. They were fast and fair priced

Over priced for what I got. Went to purchase 4 tires for my truck. I was charged 1350 for just the tires. Could have got the same set through fire stone and paid 1280 with tires mounted and balanced.

Tire pressure light was on, didnt know if tire pressure monitor or actually a low tire. Owner/manager had one of his associates go check out for me. Turned out to be a low front tire. He was super nice and aired tire up and checked and aired all others for me. I am super grateful. Thank you guys for your great customer service. Oh yes while in the waiting area I saw some of the most beautiful rims I've ever seen, super nice selection. You should check out!

I bought a new set of 20 inch rims and tires and in less than 7000 miles one tire started coming apart in the middle I brought it back and they told me that it would take 3 days for them to get notified if it was a defective tire and forced me to by a new tire so my truck would ride level and drive correctly and then told me that I can come back in 3 days that if the tire was defective they would not give me any of my money back on the new tire they would just give me another tire I don't know what kind of customer service that is but I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE TIRES FROM HERE AA the original salesman told me they were warrantied for the life of the tire and that was a lie.

Horrible business! I bought a new tire and definitely over paid so I expected to get good service. I get the tire home the tire was leaking air! Plus, I live in VIvian and I called and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn t his problem all he did is sell me the tires .my chin hit the floor! First off if I bought a brand new tire I would expect you to check the tire and make sure it was NOT defeated. I feel if it s a used tire oh well then I don t have much to say!! I should remind him of the old Discount commercial and toss it in the window. But I will not do that and take it back in peace. I ll just add this honest Google review to help wit buyer s beware

This place hands down is a hidden Gem. Great customer service!!! here.. They go the extra mile for you and make you feel like family. Knowledgeable, on on top of it.. my mother and I where just passing through headed back to California. I had a bad rim , they where able to help me out and get me and back on the road same day . You have an issue with your tires Don't think about it head to Rocky's! We will be back whwn passing through

They don't respect woman of color, time, nor certain persona who they feel are unworthy of respect. I spent $200 to only be talked down upon. I would have spent$400 for 2 tires anywhere else had I known but pay back is a bad boy:) welcome to America

Place is a joke. Bought 4 tires 8 months ago and the didn't balance them correctly. In return mess up my front end. Went to replace 1 tire so I could get the front end realigned and they wanted 300 for one tire. The whole ser only was 400. They can't mount tire at all. Save your money and go to someone they stands behind there screws up to male ot right

This place is awful. They stayed open for us to pick up adapters for the car. We specifically asked what they said our car he said yes they didn't see it and he messed up on trying to get it to fit and then they wouldn't even reimburse him for that and when he goes back the guy tells him he'll be with him in a minute and he starts changing somebody else's rims and tires really really rude
