I don't recommend anyone to do business with these people. They were nice enough just to get me to purchase the tires, but they give you the run around if you have an issue and need repairs. Their attitudes changed after they got my money. This is the worst customer service from the management on down. They never have to worry about my business anymore.

The sales rep did a great job she knew her stuff about the off sets and wheel sizes. She listened well, even with all my questions. It was a really easy process. The team in the shop did great they were quick to get everything done fast. I really love the look they gave my truck, the payment process is really easy and straight forward. Alot of paperwork but it's just to ensure what your getting into and all the bases are covered on both parties. Keep up the great work

BEWARE! IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE, THINKING ABOUT DOING THIS, DON'T. Don't get me wrong, when they're trying to get you to sign the paperwork, they are the kindest, most helpful people. Even to the point that I've been lied to just to get my business.This team of people is the most insensitive to someone under hard times. I went in and paid for the previous week to stay current because my car is broken down. I just need to find some cheap tires to replace the ones I'm trying to buy from them. I'm probably screwed. My car is knocking real bad. Haven't been able to drive it in about 6 months. Been paying on these expensive tires anyway. I spoke with Matt. Told him my situation. Told him what I was trying to do. Then, I asked him NOT TO HIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR A PAYMENT. What do they do? That's right, ladies and gentlemen, they took my money anyway. So now his what? I'm stuck in an agreement for another 2 weeks because I don't make enough to resolve my issue without the money I had that they took. Just got that money from my dad to help me get rid of this terrible arrangement. I understand I had an agreement with them. But sometimes people that need to go to a tire store and finance their tires (because we broke af) might have something bad happen that makes it hard to pay those tires off. I wasn't behind but 1 day. If you read the guy that says he heard they come get your tires if you're 1 day late, that's not true. It's 1 week and 1 day late (if you get paid weekly). I was told they'd even take my rims...even tho they aren't theirs. Below is a picture of my car broken down.

They were friendly, quick and honest. Pointed out a fee details I needed to get fixed. Plus made sure I had the best tires for my truck. I will continue to use them for all of my vehicles tires.

I purchased tires with RNR two years ago and it was a great experience then. Helpful and friendly staff! So when visiting my daughter and son in law for the weekend, they decided to go get new tires and I was going to check on a quote for a future purchase. The staff was so awesome, I ended up getting new tires for my car that day as well!! Plus being a return customer, I got a discount!! Thank you RnR, I will continue to tell my friends and family and definitely coming back!!

I used to refer people to this place when Emanuel and Rachel were there as a team. Now the staff that are there need better training on great customer service. I got some tires to go on my rims that I purchased from them in the past. I went back because they worked with me in the past. Now I get threats in text saying if I don't pay the one payment I may have missed and asked for an extension on. I missed a payment and the other is due today. I got a repossession text today stating that they're gonna charge me over $600.00 & put it on my credit if they don't get the tires. I am taking them off my car and returning them. I went and got me some tires from somewhere else. I don't have to worry about them charging me to patch my tire up and lie saying it's a brand tire. I'm gonna figure out how to take the nice review that they asked me to put about the place the last time I was there to get these tires they're now harassing me about.

Was able to get the wheel and tire setup I wanted. Paperwork was quick and easy. They explained the payment process clearly. Said I could do Monthly payments instead of bi-weekly which really helps.

See employees were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I got right in. Got my papers signed, completed everything. Got my tires and drove out. It was amazing. Thank you very much.

I heard radio commercial and called. Very informative and prompt.I went in and it took 1 hour to fill out application and get tires and out the door.Great sales and service.Thank you.WC Goodwin

Worst place ever. Not only did I have my car towed there since I had a tire blowout. They wouldn t sell me just one they tried to force me to get all 4 and finance it vs pay it out right. All my tires were new so it s not like I needed them. Just tried to screw me. I will never go back and no one should ever go here. I ve heard story s of them repoing stuff if they just miss the payment by one day. I ended up having it towed to Discount Tire. Best place ever and not trying to take advantage of people!

The overall experience with RNR tires was excellent from the lady whom help with the sign up paperwork.what I enjoyed most is the integrity of buisness they did exactly what they offer and most time there is a catch. Fast/ friendly service!!

Oh it was wonderful experience, the staff was great and professional! I needed tires badly and was short on funds. I heard about them on the radio! This place is a GOD sent from heaven for us single mothers. $20.00 down for 4 brand new tires! The interest rate is high, but it still good for 6 months same as cash. But I will have it paid off before than!

My Sales Representative Ashton was very helpful, courteous and professional. The process felt seamless. It went quickly. I can't remember a time when a Sales Representative made my buying experience so pleasurable. RNR is wonderful to do business with and an asset to our city.

Rachel, Ashton, and Nate took great care of me! They explained everything to me and helped me understand what I needed for my vehicle. The place is also very clean. The wait wasn t bad at all, my tires were installed very quickly. The mechanic also informed me of suggestions of things to fix that will help keep my tires from my having extra wear because my vehicle is an older vehicle. I will go there again in the future when I need more tires.

My first time experience yesterday was awesome. I highly recommend RNR. All of the employees were extremely nice. I got a full set of tires put on in less than 1 hr. The leasing process was simple and easy, also.

Ashton was fantastic. I visited multiple times asking questions and looking at product. I was unsure what I wanted and each visit she was patient and helpful. When she found what I wanted we ordered. Day of install came and she had everything ready. She even had the technician explain the tpms to me and help find a fix for that particular issue. Excellent experience all the way around and it all started with Ashton. Five stars +. Brian Gray

My son signed me up for a fathers day giveaway and to my amazement I Won!!!! Max was great I walked in and asked about it and everyone was helpful and nice. The service is fast and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on tires and rims.
