Great customer service every time! The mechanics are honest and hardworking. I was able to drop my car off at 7:30 and it was ready by 1:30. My family will be returning for all of our car needs in the future.

After several quotes Red River Auto Care had the best price on replacing my struts and sway bar. Great team with quality efficient service. My vehicle was ready by lunch. Thank yall so much! 10/10 recommend Red River Auto Care!

Had to bring in my vehicle for a front tire alignment that a previous shop did not do correctly. Red River Auto got the alignment done right, and my vehicle drives much better now. They did excellent work, and I would trust them to do any other work my vehicle needs in the future.

Alex is Hand Down The Best Auto Car Care manager in Shreveport Bossier City area. They has Great Customers Service and Keep his promises as far as the cost to repair your vehicle and what time you can expect for it to be ready and a phone call that it s ready with satisfaction.I would recommend his shop to all my Family and Friends for your automotive needs.

Red River was recommended by a friend. Those are the best referrals. Alex and the crew here do great work. They will tell you the issues,cost to complete and leave the decision to you on what you want done. We have taken my daughter s 2005 Lexus and had several things fixed. All done well as promised with a warranty and delivered on time. So, here is your friendly referral. Use them for your car repair needs. You won t be disappointed.

All I can say is if you have a issue Alex will figure it out even if they can't tackle the job I've brought multiple vehicles to them and they have fixed them when other machines could not they literally make hard jobs look easy i will recommend them for all of your vehicle needs great group of guys that want to get you rolling with no issues

I cannot say enough about Red River Auto Care! We take all of our vehicles there. Alex is honest, prompt and gives a reasonable rate. He has been extremely kind in helping a friend with a vehicle in getting much needed repairs. Great service! If you haven t visited them, what are you waiting for!

Was traveling from Ohio and had rear hub bearings go bad. My son in law recommended Red River Auto from his previous experience with them. Red River got me in at 7:30 am and out the same day. Great experience. I'm always sketched out of the repair shop when I'm an "out of tower" These guys are pros.

These guys were so awesome helping me with an auto issue! Everyone there was super friendly and patient and didn t make me feel bad about not knowing much about my vehicle. I had a problem with my car that had nothing to do with them and they went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Such a great place with a wonderful staff. Will definitely be back with any other car needs I have!

They have worked on two of my cars and it s been awesome! They are honest, very forward, and fast.I d recommend everyone try this place out. They can do simple services but also tackle some pretty complex jobs.

I was in a time crunch to get the battery replaced in my 2018 Chevy Silverado. We had football practice starting in 30 minutes and I am a coach. So I stopped in and explained the situation to Alex. He stopped what he was doing and replaced the battery in about 3 minutes. Then he would not charge me anything. Just asked for me to come back.Services: Tires, Electrical, Battery

Visiting from Tennessee and the check engine light goes on the day we are leaving. Make an appointment for next week, we are booked was never going to work. Looking for someplace with great and current reviews. Found them!! These guys were busy, all bays full, yet they found the time to work on my car in the parking lot!! Fabulous, honest-kept me updated throughout the entire process-can not recommend them enough!!! And now I can rest easy, too, knowing that my family new to the area have a dependable mechanic in their contacts!!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

The best mechanics! Saved my butt and my car twice! I m new in town and the first mechanic were jerks but they fixed my car, even took me home because I was new to the city and picked me-not a regular service, I just lucked out! They are reasonable, fast, but busy! They are the best in town!

Had multiple issues with my 2008 Toyota Avalon firs few mechanics all fails to fix my car and one company quoted me $6000 to fully fix it. My mom told me to take her they where able to cut the price in half and even fixed same day. Amazing work no check engine light and a life time warranty. Awesome job thank Alex for all your help.

Red River Auto did a fantastic job with a large and complicated job for my 20 year old vehicle that has some eccentricities. They were quick, honest, and did excellent work. They give you pricing up front so you know what to expect. I honestly never thought my vehicle would drive as well as it used to, but they came through and got the job done. I will be using them for all future auto work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I dropped my car off late Monday afternoon for #2 cylinder misfire. My car was ready by lunchtime Tuesday. Very friendly, very professional and very fast service. Pricing was lower than I was expecting so that is a plus. Would highly recommend.
