Took my car to Rays for repair on someone that SIDE-WIPED me. 1st visit he told me it would be two weeks before he could get it in. Next, he told me two months. Finally time came to take it in, my car sat at his business for four weeks, while I had a rental at a cost of $3,500.00. I could have been driving my car, all this time. Now, I ve exhausted my rental funds with Ins. Company, while I wait to get my car fixed elsewhere. This has been going on since June 23 it s now the end of Sept. 23. So aggravating. Scott should have called me to pick up my car while he waited on the parts, instead of me driving a rental!!! Going somewhere else and starting all over!!! Grrr

The service is impeccable! You really don't get great service at alot of places these days, and certainly not to this level. Scott provided some of the best service I've had anywhere in a lonnnnng time. He helped get my car in when I could work it in my schedule. He communicated with me well the whole time they had my car. The insurance company did not give enough on the estimate. He contacted them, got them to approve more, and received the money from them. I didn't have to do anything! He helped me save some money, too! He even picked me up from the rental company after dropping it off when my husband couldn't leave work in time to come get me to make sure I wasn't stranded. He's such a kind and down to earth person who really wants to help people. He sure made a customer for life! Oh and my car looks great! So give him your business. He deserves it, and you won't be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience got my truck back looks like new. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my auto paint and bodywork.

Super nice and honest folks. We had my husbands tailgate repaired and painted and we only had a short amount of time to have it done. Scott worked with us on the repair and had us back on the road in a very short amount of time. This use to be the best body shop in town but this last time I went there I had nothing but trouble. Eventually they paid another shop fix the paint Rays did and State Farm had another shop fix the other stuff that they said they would fix and always said the parts weren't in yet even thoughthe other shop got the parts in 3 days. I will never go there again!

I took my car up there for front end assembly. I called two different occasions. Both times I was given a different excuse to why he hasn't given me a quote yet. Gave him my # for the 2nd time 2 weeks ago. Nothing...guess my business goes elsewhere! Put a tent over the circus
