If you came here looking for a review to pursuade you on what shop to go to then look no further and let me be your persuasion. Ignore all of the other reviews. I have nothing but respect for this shop, the owner, the clerk at the front desk and all of the other employees. I was in a very unfortunate accident and this shop heard out my situation, gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for the damage that was caused to my vehichle and gave me a time frame that was also super reasonable. They was very understanding of my situation and treated me like I was just a friend. My vehichle is my pride and joy and this shop took care of it and got my car fixed the best that it could ve been. I wouldn t have wanted to take it snywhere else. So again if you are looking for a review to figure how if this is the right shop for you then your answer is Yes. Yes this is the right shop to take your business too!

I felt so compelled to write a review even several months AFTER they assisted me with my total loss vehicle. The employees of Precision Collision were phenomenal. I called them and they towed my vehicle and assessed it promptly. Thank you for great service!

I appreciated the speed at which Precision was able to get started on my vehicle. The customer support was very good and kept me up to date with my vehicles repairs. They also were able to work with my insurance company easily to get approved repairs that were not initially noted by my adjuster. Incredible service! Curry (owner) and the team he has built are kind and attentive. I wish ALL businesses treated their customers the way Precision Collision does. They went above and beyond in every way.The work was top shelf. Whoever does the paint, thank you! Your work is smooth and consistent. The Precision team has been so good to work with. With our economy and supply chain being crazy as it is now, they were able to replace and repaint my hood and bumper in under 3 weeks. The front office has been so kind and I think the technicians did an exceptional job in restoring my vehicle. They worked really well with USAA claims too!

If you are think about using Precision collision as you next collision stop please do ,They was so informative and very helpful with the process as well as very understanding after my hit and run. Many auto-collision shops in the area but decided to go with Precision due to the timeliness of when they could get me in, reviews and I love supporting small businesses.They finished their on my car within the day and were very courteous during communication.Wasn't expecting my car to be detailed either after the fact which was a HUGE plus.I appreciated Mr. Curry s and Miss Mackie s customer service and professionalism.

They have worked on three of my vehicles (yeah I know! my insurance kinda went up) and they have done a very professional job everytime. Their work is excellent, office personnel very friendly and professional, they even clean the inside of the car. Like getting a new car when you pick it up! I would highly recommend them when the unfortunate happens.

Okay 1st off. I am super super picky about my car. I have a red Honda Civic si that I brought to this location with some bad damage to the rear. This is the first time I have had to deal with any kind of external damage to my car, so I won't lie I was a little scared. These guys did more then impress me. Curry (owner) and his guys went to town on my car. Not only did they match the paint perfectly and in a timely manner , Their customer service was amazing. Curry communicated to me everything that was going to be done. And did just that. Also (something I was totally not expecting ) they completely detailed INSIDE AND OUT of my car. Made it look, and smell better then the day I bought it. I wish I could give a 100 star out of 100 on here. Thank you so much curry and to the team... I hope I never have damage to my car again. But if I do .. I KNOW WHERE IM GOING.

They fixed my SUV beautifully. There were a few small hiccups at no fault of theirs but they immediately corrected them without any sort of issue whatsoever. I highly recommend Precision Collision, LLC. Hopefully I don t ever have to bring my SUV back (lol) but if I m ever in another collision or end up with body damage this is where I ll be going. Thank you all for everything and for being so great. Y all took all the hassle and headache off of me and took care of every single thing.

They have had my car for 2 months, been paid for the entire job by my insurance and haven't done a thing. Find a different company to work on your car cause this place just feeds you excuses nonstop.
