Had to get a front end alignment on my SUV, but I didn't want to have to sit and wait all day. Pep Boys got me in and out in less than 2 hours and they very affordable. They also have a courtesy inspection that caught a problem with my front struts. Can't thank them enough!

Absolutely terrible experience WILL NOT BE BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND!Told me it would be an hour for an oil change and to check my tire alignment.IT TOOK 3 HOURS!Straight up lied to my face and wasted my time. Now I m paranoid they were messing with my car since no oil change should take 3 hours!Jacob- thanks for nothing!!!Not to mention these trashy people stuck my previous oil change sticker to the bottom of my car door??? & didn t replace it. This place should be shut downTheir customer service is non existent. Prepared to be annoyed & ignored.There is a tiny waiting room here, their service is not worth the wait though.

Took my truck awhile back to get shocks. Told them it was an old truck. I was just fixing it a little at a time. I knew it had a lot of work that needed to be done so don t try to get me to spend more money and what did they do. Exactly what I told them not to do. So as far as service I rate them low because they can t follow instructions. I give them a low rating on parts bc after the new shocks my truck drove rougher than it did. I figured they just needed to be broken in but they still drive rough. Now they are going to say well we told you to replace a bunch of stuff. I did, just not with y all and what ever shocks y all put on, I m going to have to have them replaced bc they are bad.

I stopped to get a flat fixed, and they wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow. Didn't even offer to inflate it. Thank goodness for my little air compressor. I will drive somewhere that needs my business

Came in this morning for a Replacement Part and went on in got an Diagnostic on my 2014 KIA Soul,your Crewmembers Jacob and Seth were very honest and gave me a few options to go about what else i may need for my vehicle,appreciate yall and ill be back through again soon.

I took my truck in to get a/c fixed and the girl and guy that helped me were professional and very helpful. I wish i could remember their names so everyone will know who to talk to. The Bossier store has a top notch crew!!

Brought my truck in for a flat repair. It was losing air. I stopped and put air in before I came to the shop. There was a small nail. Unfortunately I think there is still a leak somewhere. My tire pressure was down to 30 by the time I got home and I had to put more air in it. The service was great but there still might be a problem they didn t catch. I may have to bring it back.

I took my vehicle in for a free tire rotation & wheel alignment 10/06/23, after my mechanic put on new front end parts.The tires were bought from that store about 6 months earlier. I got a call that it needed over $1,100 of repairs which I declined because that was untrue.I asked them to at least rotate the tires, but was first told the front tires & rotors were torn up. Then told the company policy is to not put more worn tires in the back. I told him that was the point of tire rotation & left. This is unethical & I'm going to report it further!

Absolutely worst place to buy tires ever!!! I bought 2 new tires here they called me to ask which tire I would be replacing, I stated the front 2 tires. They put the new tires on the back. Car is driving so bad I hate I ever went to this place Don t ever go here no customer service

Great job, they actually checked the quality and levels of my fluids and even showed them to me. They didn't just go by the suggested maintenance the computer generates. They called and asked if they could do additional services that were actually needed. Thanks so much for getting the job done well on a Sunday.

I totally appreciated the men at Pep Boys helping us out the way they did. We were 9 hours from home in West Texas and needed to get home. What I did not appreciate was being charged $19.99 to install a 24.99 air filter then not being told I was charged $35.00 for an extended warranty, I do not live where there is a Pep Boys and never buy extended warranty. We did not go over the invoice and when I asked the manager if they installed new spark plugs he said "I think so" even so I was charged for new plugs. Again I did appreciate their overall service.

Know before you go! Know what you need, and stick to it. If additional services are recommended, take the inspection report and have a certified mechanic review or give you their opinion before scheduling unnecessary repairs with PepBoys. As most "car" places go now days, they put a kid at the counter who thinks they know more than the average person. Always lovely as a female to get attitude and sass talk from someone because you don't "appear " to be someone who would have an expansive knowledge of vehicles. PepBoys, if you are going to have your kids to recommended services with attitude, be sure they are trained enough to back up their statements with knowledgeable reasoning. That poor kid wasn't ready.

The customer service @ 2941 E.Texas in Bossier City is hands down the best I ve ever experienced. They are very transparent every step of the way during the repair process. They answer any questions or concerns no matter how small. Being able to directly talk to the mechanic whose doing the repair was another stress reliever. The whole team is awesome from the beginning to the end. Thank you Seth, Jacob and mechanic Willie.

Avoid at all cost! They changed two tires and charged me $400. Then they claimed the charge didn't go through even after I showed them my account where the money was gone. I was told to pay an additional $400, or they would have to put the old tires back on. If I could leave 0 stars, I would and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Beyond shady!! (2941 E Texas St, Bossier City, LA 71111) Also, check your receipt. I also discovered they charged me for $80 worth of stuff ($160 since they did it twice) for things I didnt ask for. Save yourself the trouble and go next door to Firestone.

It's hard being a woman going to a service department to get work done on my vehicle without being got over on. This place was outstanding and met all my needs. They even told me stuff that needed my attention without asking.

I went to get an alignment and two new tires. They called me a few hours later saying so much stuff was wrong (granted it was) and fixing that, plus the alignment and tires, would cost $2,700!!!!! So I said uh no. We went and picked up our car, I have a mechanic friend, he was able to fix everything that was wrong for less than $150! Plus getting the alignment and tires done somewhere else. Altogether spent $330 to fix what they said was wrong. They definitely tried to get a huge profit out of me. By severely overcharging me!! 10 out of 10 do not recommend going here!!!

Dont take vehicle here for Air conditioning or anything really!!! They do not want to help you.Worse customer service ever. Worse car repair experience ever!!!Took car in "Thursday" evening, said AC cert guy will be there Saturday and to bring it in. So Saturday morning comes and at (8am) we do just that and dropped off car for a diagnostic AC check. They said, "try to get car back to you on same day, but it may be Monday, Just leave vehicle here and we will call you.Later at 7pm Monday I called for update and they said its not ready. I asked when will it be ready and how come its taking so long?They said "certain work comes 1st, but its about 90% it will be tested and ready Tuesday."Its now end of day Tuesday (7pm) and car still hasnt been moved or even looked at. Its only a 30 min to 1 hr max test!!!Finally after having enough of the being told tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow and hearing same run around over and over, I stopped by and asked for keys back. Picked up car keys and they had nothing to say about it!!! Just handed me the keys and said "have a nice day" in a overly nice way. (Pouring salt on wound).Gee thanks for keeping car Ransom for so long and stringing us along. So Frustrating!!!!!They are not motivated to fix any Air Conditioning issues at all. Just kept car ransom for 4 days. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience, never again chosing "PepBoys" for anything.Good luck to those brave enough to test the PepBoys waters. For us never ever again. Just keep things honest with potential customers, yall dont want any AC work is how it appears! Dang we are in awe about this!!!

Had 4 wheels balanced. Was professional, clean, and service was performed as expected. Miss having the in store products to look at, but as a service center, it's a good value and place to use.

Worst service ever. Dropped off at 7am on Saturday just for a diagnostics test. I called everyday to see if it was done. Kept saying my car was next. Tuesday at 630pm they still had my car without doing ANYTHING!!! Picked up my car in same parking spot i left it 4 days ago. Horrible service. I will not let anyone I know go there!!!!!!

They will LIE on the phone and tell you one thing, to get you over there. THEN they will up the price on you once you get over there, and want to add on things that you never agreed to over the phone. I need a REAL mechanic, NOT some dude that has a McJob, PRETENDING to be a real mechanic. If real mechanics worked on the weekend, these people would be out of business in a month. Do NOT take your cars and trucks there!

Always satisfactory work., Jacob was great and the team got the job done while being very informative. The waiting room has got to be The Worst part of the service. This is no slight towards the actual service members this is if for the owners of the building (PepBoys Inc). Please repair this area as it reflects the buisness C-Suits investment and awareness for the customers experiance.
